An interesting collection of data physicalization projects packaged in a very nicely designed book. It's fascinating and inspiring to see so many different approaches and to get insight into how the creators went about making their projects (i.e., the tools, materials, software, processes they used). But, perhaps ironically, one limitation of the book format is that I often felt I didn't really have a complete understanding of what these projects were about because I couldn't actually touch them. Many of the write-ups don't include a complete description of the work and sometimes the photos are unclear or only capture part of the design, leaving me with a gap in understanding.
