The Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John—are four accounts of one extraordinary life. Each book tells the story of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. These book aren't fairytales, fiction, or legend; they are gospel truth. Our eternal future hinges on whether or not they are trustworthy testimonies of the events of Jesus's life and accurate records of HIs teaching.

Wow wow wow!!! This is one of the best studies I’ve ever done. I feel like I learned so much about how to study, read, and share the Gospels. Highly recommend - it will help you read the Gospels in an entirely new light, no matter how many (or few) times you’ve read them.
Great Bible study —-we used it with our military wives weekly Bible study group. I love a study that doesn’t assume you know too much, but also doesn’t go light on theological concepts. Another reviewer compared it to a freshman 101 course and I would say that’s a great description. It was a great book to work through for women from a variety of backgrounds and worldviews but it is not strictly a book for women either.
We read this in the context of a church-wide study. Consequently both the video component and our group discussion added to the impact.
In this helpful book the author gave me a fish to eat while also teaching me how to catch and prepare fish for future meals. The content was similar to college 101 material but delivered in a manner accessible to a high school freshman.
Excellent study with video and discussion. The lack of 5 stars is due to the "homework" questions. Many of the questions were answered immediately after the space to write the answer. Once I caught on to that, I was less likely to search the answer out for myself.
Bible study book that we used in my ladies small group at church. Another Lifeway study with video access by a new-to-me author. This was not our favorite study we've ever done, though we did acknowledge that it was well thought out and structured, and we did learn some new things.
