Compact little book (literally, it fits in the palm of your hand). I organised a book group around it at work and it worked well as an intro to conversation design for those who had little familiarity with it. Everyone liked how snappy it was. For myself, I could have used a few more examples especially when they say "don't do this!"...it would have been nice to see an "instead, do this!" A couple of times, later examples seemed to contradict their earlier injunctions. But overall, a very good intro and I especially liked the focus on voice-first.
