Are you ready to embark on your journey into womanhood?
Have you ever wondered the difference between being a girl vs a woman? I used to think that becoming a mom and purchasing my home at 21 gave me the automatic right to call myself a grown woman until I realized motherhood and my accolades have absolutely nothing to do with becoming a woman at all. Especially because with all of my accolades I still managed to make poor decisions in my personal life.
In Identity Switch, Adrianna Mason dives into her journey from girlhood to womanhood and gives insight into how your life can change for the better regardless of how it may have started. This book is fitting for any young woman who is looking to truly get to know herself again, become more aware of her habits, and hold herself accountable for creating a better life.
Everyone will have their own journey into womanhood, but we are all along for the same ride. Get ready to change your mind so that you can change your life.
I initially was indecisive abt purchasing the the book for it is geared more toward the younger generation and I am a bit older. I wanted to support Ms. Adrianna and felt I could learn something from the the book so I purchased the book and read it right away. I am so glad I did. I enjoyed the book. This is a powerful quick read like the original Identity Switch. I began rereading the book and answering the questions. The questions are so good and in depth and can be helpful to women of any age. But the questions touched me a bit differently and are helping me a dig little deeper on some past issues I need to deal with.
For the younger women, I feel its an very important read...a must read. This book can help one avoid unnecessary mistakes, heartaches, struggles, to help one love and trust in oneself, make better life decisions and so much more, if one does the work . It also addresses the importance of sound counsel , whether a parent or someone else.
Ladies, if you can get it right early, that would catapult you so much further to the best life which would bless you and others all round you!
There were so many parts in this book when I wondered why is this lady spying on me. At 27 with 2 kids and a failed relationship, I found myself trying to walk back to finding me, the woman. It wasn't easy but I made progress and on my journey I came across her mom which also led me to Adrianna Mason. The gems in this book have solidified all the work I've been doing. Some of the same questions in this book, I've have asked myself and I also came across new questions that I will be addressing.
Relatable as a single teen mom two time divorcee. Still working on self (came a long way everyday is a new day). I enjoyed the read only took me a day. I think all woman should read it. Great read.
This short, yet amazing journey of Ms Adrianna is a story every woman need to hear. If we can get younger women and girls this message, while the older women; we will have much better relationship with ourselves and the decisions and life we have!
I love the fact that Facebook was short, sweet, and to the point. I don’t need a 50 chapter book on transitioning and becoming. I just need the offer to get to the point and with their life show me what to do.
It opened my eyes to various thought processes that I held onto unconsciously and others that I need to solidify regarding how I see myself and my impact on those around me.
This book is definitely a page turner! It has some amazing gems of that us women can definitely relate to. I'm still learning some lessons in my 30s but I've definitely grown from the woman I was in my 20s.
