As someone looking to get more into witchcraft this was great ! So small and compact I could pick it up any time and learn something new. It made learning about witchcraft a lot less intimidating for me ☺️

The little book of witchcraft is great for those wanted to know a little bit about pagan/ witchy stuff and how to incorporate a bit of magic in their everyday life. Hurrell style is concise and not too "airy fairy". A book to return too during the year.

A nice little introduction to witchcraft that isn't too intense, and has some history thrown in.

I personally don't like the terms white magic and black magic, which are used throughout the book, but the author does acknowledge that this black and white mindset is changing, so that helped.

So historical and interesting I loved it and found it especially helpful when building my altar and foraging for herbs it is very helpful for a begging witch and I would highly recommend it!

This book while small in size is very full of information both helpful and informative!
While this book is obviously aimed at people who have an interest in witchcraft in some form or the other, I think it would be a really interesting read for anyone interested in history in general.
This book focuses a lot on the history of the things involved in witchcraft like plants and crystals as well as the Salem witch trials and others that happened!
It also includes some basic spell work for anyone interested!
The only reason I haven’t given this book a five star review is because while it focuses on history and the growth of witchcraft I don’t personally agree with the little sprinkles of text that seem to try to send people to tiktok for information, although tik tok like everything else might have some useful and helpful information and is probably a good way to get said information. That’s pretty much the only down fall!
