Helped me upgrade my definition of rest. Just sleeping isn't resting. It's a more involved process. Slowing down, setting up the environment, etc.

Okay I liked a lot of things in this book but wish it was organized better or had more science to back it up. Each page was super cute with quotes and colors but there was no flow to the order of the thoughts in it. Just random ideas about resting pasted together and it wasn’t cohesive at all. Also very repetitive. I think it’s meant to be digested as one or two pages a day but it just missed the mark overall. I wish it referenced studies or facts but there was no credibility. It kept saying “some evidence might suggest…” after awhile I just skimmed to get through it.
