Dev Cart is a digital zine dedicated to NES development, 6502 Assembly, and cartridge games. In this issue, we introduce audio on the NES using NESASM and 6502 Assembly. We also provide a survey of NES development news, NESmaker happenings, and upcoming cartridge games.

Lexington Alexander was born in San Luis Obispo, California in 1984. He graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor's degree in general studies in 2010. He began a career in game development before becoming an independent author.
