The best thing about this is Nicole Hollander's illustrations. There's a "vice" for each letter of the alphabet, with a brief, humorous description, and then one of Hollander's cartoons. There are also some coupons for bad girls (one or two liners). You know how many letters there are in the alphabet, so you should have an idea of how substantial this book is.

I would just like to say, while on the topic of vice, I *SO* do not get why gluttony is a sin. In my opinion, not only should gluttony be taken off the deadly sin list, but the Good Life should require...nay, *necessitate* at least a small amount of gluttony.
