Okayyyyyyy Mz. Biggs!!! Very good story! Malachi a black bank owner (described as a walking GODDD BAYBEEEEH), instantly falls in lust with Michelle who has a 2 month old baby and is running from a psychotic ex.! The way that the picture was painted of their first meeting was a vibe! The story itself, from beginning to end had me on a rollercoaster & I screamed at this book the whole time to “STOP SO I CAN GET OFF🤣😂!”
Kofi & Kimmie made a great couple! When the people say “spin the block,” that’s how they were coming behind one another as well as their best friends Chi & Necole. I was saddened by the trials they had to go through, it broke my heart!
Justice & Tanisha had to be some of the most delusional characters I’ve ever had the displeasure to reading about 😂! Like I’m glad it ended the way it ended for them, because they were cuckoo for coco puffs 💨! The storyline was very well put together & I enjoyed this one 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.!!
I have been knocking the firsts out of the park this year. Mz. Biggs this is the first book I have read by you. It had a BBW as a main character and I was all in. This book started with drama from the first page. I wasn't expected it but it set the storyline up perfectly. Justice was doing entirely too much. His issues stemmed from his childhood however he needed therapy, and not to taking medicating in his own hands. He also needed some anger management classes. Jessica was an interesting soul, her mother should have taught and showed her what real love was. Tanisha had major issues as well their mother could have done much better with the two of them. Tanisha was wrong with what she did to Kimmie. But hurt people hurt people. Necole deserved all the love, trust, and respect she got from Malachi. Malachi swooped in and took charge of her heart. He made sure that he loved all of her curves and stood by her through it all. They most definitely have a few speed bumps along the journey but the reward was worth it. I loved how Malachi called Necole his Queen from the minute he met her. He meant every syllable of the word.
This was a magnificent read that you will be glad you downloaded or purchased. It is a balance of urban and romantic. You get them both. I do have a couple of questions, what was the outcome of Jessica's baby? What happened to Murk?
Hell no this book was a hot as mess... Some of the sentences ran on to where it didn't make any sense and I had to reread it a few times... Cole got on my damn nerves through the whole book... How they together then not together then back together all in the same scene in the same sentence .. Like for once can the men not be so forgiving of the dumb shit these women do... This man just confessed his love for you yall had a whole conversation about how love dosen't have a time limit or anything he accepts your child as his own but yet you wanna do the favorite thing all these women seem to do in these books when they find out they pregnant GO BEHIND THEIR BACK AND GET RID OF IT .. There was no reason for her to try that or feel the way she felt... And for Kimmie to be like that's my friend I'm going to stick beside her is some good bullshit ... How could a woman who just lost a child and have trouble conceiving a child be ok with her decision ... And what happened with Jessica baby that died... Why didn't the mother get her comeuppance... She stated the mess in the supermarket...
Life Lessons Can Teach You What You Deserve! Mz. Biggs. Excellent Read! Lord how many of us has loved the wrong man? As I read Necole's story I found myself saying yeah thank you lord for teaching me how to love myself, and to get all that I deserved. Necole was such a beautiful soul inside and out, she just fell in love with a person not worthy of love. Justice was just a hot mess! He used anyone to get whatever he wanted without caring about anything they needed. He was the worst person ever. Can I say I loved the relationship Malachi and his mom had. Malachi is the best! He went with his heart not knowing what laid behind the door but he saw a rose and he made sure Necole understood what she was worth at every turn he had her and Axel in the best care. What can I say about delusional women? Tanisha, was just sprig to the point half of her mind knew what was going on but the other half just was make believe. She finally realized her actions held consequences that she wasn't willing to pay. But choices we make cost us more than we know sometimes. Jessica was just lost bless her soul. Kimmie and Kofi were such a good fit with Malachi and Necole, neither friend could be closer if they were actual blood relations. All in all I say this read was very interesting. It may make some folk reevaluate their relationship and their and know their worth! Great Job!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗
Necole definitely deserved more than a man like Justice bc he was ungrateful, vindictive and narcissistic. The way he talked about her & to her was totally uncalled and he thought she was just gonna stick around. When he got beat up I was dancing in my seat bc he deserved it. I was wondering why he was how he was with women but he can’t possibly feel like that’s ok & the way he was raised played a major role in it. You would think Jessica & Tanisha had common sense but I guess that would be asking too much. Malachi is definitely the man and as soon as he laid eyes on Necole he knew what it was between them. Yeah she’d been through some things with her self-esteem as far as her ex but I’m glad Malachi spoke life into her & always held her in the highest regard. Kofi is crazy as hell & Kimmie is perfect for him, they are like two peas in a pod. I love their relationship and how far they would go for one another. I bet Jessica knows her worth now & never to deal with what she did in the past. Malach & Necole started out rocky but they got their happy ending & the ppl who wronged them are non existent. Wanna find out how it all goes down pick up these read by Mz. Biggs I guarantee you won’t wanna put it down. Great book boo I might need a spin-off bc this was good even though I know it was written as a stand-alone.
Just finished it was very intense. The part where she tries to harm her baby I felt that could have been more of a storyline and reuniting with her parents. I would have like to see Jessica’s children get a break and it was never confirmed if her child died last but not least I am a big girl and Necole had things that I went through always told you have a cute face but so I loved how she started loving herself. You have a good book I think a sequel is needed
Enjoyed reading one your stories for the first time. It was edgy and real. Society tries to make plus size women feel bad, the reality is before the model Twiggy in the 60's women where painted as voluptuous and voluptuous is back in. I love the way Malachi made Necole feel, but Necole had been hurt it takes a real man to love a woman that has yet to heal. Great story it was a enjoyable read.
By ANYTHING THAT COMES FROM NZ Biggs While I appreciated you giving us some insight but it wasn't necessary your work speaks for itself! This definitely had some comedy I'm some truths about knowing your worth, but honey that morgue scene and Olive Oil..priceless😂😂😂
Great story with lots of twists and turns and plenty of drama There is family love and support ride and die friendships, betrayal and true love Between Kimmie and Kofi and we get to see the love unfold between Malachi and Necole Malachi mother was a hoot and she did not play Overall it was a very enjoyable story and you will not be disappointed
While this was a very entertaining story,I don't think its the best I've read from this author. I loved all the good vibes and positive messages. There are some laugh out moments that will have you holding your stomach. Also I have to say Justice and Tannisha is ha have to be two of the goofiest villains. Overall this was enjoyable and entertaining.
I am generally a fan of this author, but this was not one of my favorite reads by her. Necole wasn't all that likeable, and neither were a lot of their supporting cast. She was childish in a lot of situations and the things I guess these characters found sexy, I thought were stupid and disrespectful. At any rate. I'll just chalk this up and prepare for another one of her books if she writes more.
The story was actually pretty decent. I feel it got lost a little bit in though. My biggest issue with this book are these MEN. Just because they aren’t physically abusive doesn’t not make them superior. These had to be the most rudest foul mouth men ever! Very verbally abusive to me.
Enjoyed this story. Hated that the sisters (Jessica & Tanisha) had such low self esteem that cost them!! I was proud of Michelle Necole of realizing her worth even though she had her moments of self doubt. Great job!!
This book was engaging from start to finish. The characters were awesome and the flow was great. I would love to see the characters return. And Malachi's mom was hilarious.
This well written story kept me laughing. I loved these characters and the relationship they are building. The insecurities, the trauma, and the ex and wanna be ex kept the story interesting. The laughs in between really kept me reading.
Honestly the best part of this story was the note from the author. This was so much back and forth with rude men and self esteem issues women...then mix in trust issues and a lack editing...i really tried to like it...not for me
Yasss I loved everything about this book, as a BBW I totally understood Necole’s insecurities and fears. Chi was just the man to come in and love her through it all and I’m loving it. Great read and they also have great friends as well!
Ms. Biggs always come through for Jack-Town. Justice was definitely a FN!!! I loved how Chi feel for Necole and I loved how Kimmie loved Kofi but didn’t back down from him. I love the BBW books.
The story was good. It’s funny how love can change a person and overcome things they were afraid of . I plan to read more books by Mz. Biggs. At first I was kind of skeptical but this book was everything.
I don't know how I feel about what I just read... I'm like really so confused 🤔🤔 I know that we all go through some crazy things but these women OMG!!! Necole ... Just Wow 😳😳 Tanisha Wow 😳😳😳 and Jessica 😳😳😳😳 Lawd today....
This book was everything & more! It took me through every emotion & ended perfectly! The song was perfect for Necole & Malachi. I cant stop singing, "Babyyy you are my Cinderella" lololol
That was an awesome read! Justice really had broke Necole down by calling her outta her name but all it took was a real man named Malachi to build her back up and that he did! Great Read!
It seemed like the author got bored by the end of the book, there was no mention of tanisha and what happened to her and more details could have been given to the end of justice. Overall it had the potential to be a great story but it never really took off.
This was such an amazing book!!!!!! It kept me on edge! Did me even better to see it was written by a Dovely Soror of THE Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated! Beautiful work - soror 💙🕊
This book has alot of twists and turns, drama, loyalty and love . Everything shows how life can be if you trust the right people in your life and believe in yourself to never be the in place where someone controls you. Very good read..
There were a lot of things going on that were unexpected, but they only added to the beauty of the story. As a bbw who was once self-conscious, I could completely relate to Nichole and her being unsure of Chi's motives.
Ain’t no fucking way a book like this, has this many five stars. Not only did the plot not make sense. it felt like i was reading a wattpad story written by a 13 year old. I couldn’t even get half way through the book
I like this one. It was short but I enjoyed it. I’m not gone lie Necole was getting on my nerves!! He kept showing and telling her! I get the hurt and all of that but an abortion?! It was all over the place and I was here for it!!
I love how kimmie had her bestie’s back from the beginning! Sis did not come to play when it can to her and was willing to go war with her own man. Kofi got in my nerves at times but Malachi got him together quick. Great read!!
Loved this story read it within 4 hours just couldn’t put it down . I would love to see a spinoff especially with kimmie and kofi having their Miracle babY
