Love this book! Read this after a breakup, and it helped me get through it. It is very direct, like the friend that you have tough love with. It may get a bit repetitive at times, but there are still lots of helpful reminders that will get you through a heartbreak. This is really for people who are hurting real bad; if you've had a more amicable breakup, this may not be the most suited for you, but you will still find some encouraging insights.

I've never found so much comfort in a book before. I recommend for anyone who has been heartbroken, is going through heartbreak or feeling like they've lost themselves in their relationship. It's hopeful, and full of reminders to put yourself first.

This book had me thinking of every single relationship (boyfriends, friends, family, etc) that I’ve been in my entire life. It definitely brought up some emotions I didn’t even know I had still.

It was a quick and easy read.

I would’ve gave it 5 stars if it wasn’t for all the typos, and grammar issues. Only con. Other than that great read for someone with a broken heart!
