An interesting weave of plotlines - but the verbose writing style, poor proof reading and fabricated words let this novel down. There are also inaccuracies and holes in the detail. Quite bizarrely, despite the distraction of too many adjectives and adverbs, incorrect syntax and wavering point of view, I did enjoy this book - but it could have been half as long and four times as pacy.
