Production begins at last on Mizuhara’s movie, bringing her one step closer to her dream. The filming proceeds smoothly, thanks in no small part to the leading lady’s acting talent. However, a certain some-one’s plot sends Mizuhara and Kazuya off alone for a location shoot. Sharing meals! The sight of Mizuhara after a bath! What’s poor Kazuya to do?! He knew making a movie would be challenging, but not like this!
Took me forever to finish this volume... not because it was bad but because I was waiting for my reading journal to come in and then the holidays happened as well haha. I did really enjoy this volume and was so, happy that we got some more Chizuru acting scenes. I also loved a lot of Kazuya and Chizurus interactions this volume... I feel like our girl Chizuru really opened up more to him. And Mini Yaemori was the goat in this volume! Making it so, that Kazuya and Chizuru had to film the last scene of the movie alone! And! Having them stay in the hotel room, just the two of them! Like yes queen! Mini doing gods work haha. This would've been a 5 star read for me... if not for the ending. The whole last chapter with Ruka was just meh. That girl is literally driving me up the wall! I feel like that whole story line has run it's course... especially because Kazuya hasn't really given her a chance; since he's in love with Chizuru... and that's fine, but he needs to break up with Ruka and stop stringing her along. Besides that, I had fun reading this and it was fun watching Chizuru wrestle with her feelings for Kazuya. Though Chizuru and Kazuya are both blind to each other's feelings... sometimes it kills me haha. I am a bit nervous to read the next volume though. The ending of this one stressed me out!

Well I think Chizuru can see her grandpa in Kazuya. Clear as day. Both determined and wanting the best for the people around them. Caring and cute.
At the same time I do also really feel bad for Ruka. BUT she is also overdoing it. Sometimes I can feel stressed to read her parts, because she does not see his true love.
The series just get better.

This volume had a lot of good story beats. The movie filming comes to a close and we see a lot of development between Mizuhara and Kazuya. Ruka is still awesome and I hate seeing her being dragged along. It's time to sort this out and move forward for all parties.
Is that actual romantic development I see... it might very well be!!! The while filming scene at the end was so emotive too! I really feel for Ruka....
Chizuru thinks about whether she likes Kazuya. He is so caring, but exaggeratedly paranoid, unaware of his qualities, and alluring. Ruka is always the element of surprise.
