Chunks of this will not be relevant to everyone (about being a mother, managing kids, working in stressful office settings, dealing with bosses, meeting deadlines, having irritating colleagues, handling projects, etc), but there are still good bits of info in this book with regards to dealing with life in general. An easy read in a casual, motherly tone.

The book acknowledges the fast track lifestyles that we live and highlights the perception that the more busy you are the most important person you become (but the bad news, you may fail in your own eyes)

Personally, it been very useful and insightful on how balance life and live healthy one.

It was a decent book. There were a few things I could take away from it. It centered around the corporate world in which I don't work.
