“You should be careful,” Devin said calmly, bending over to scoop Rory into his arms. “This bathtub can get incredibly slippery.”
“So I noticed,” she said dryly. Mortified, she noticed how erect her nipples were. They stabbed the air like tiny knives of arousal and she was positive that Devin had noticed. “I think I can walk now,” she said quickly.
To her relief, he set her on the ground and reached for her towel. “This is the second time I’m rescuing you,” he said, in that quiet way Rory was beginning to recognise as his annoyed tone. “Let’s not make it a habit.”
Rory tightened the towel around herself, wincing from the motion. “I slipped in the tub. Hardly a rescue.”
A dirty look crossed his face. “I haven’t had sex in two years, Rory. Consider yourself rescued…” He turned to leave “…from me.”
She was speechless. For starters, this had been the longest conversation she’d ever had with Devin Shaw and, secondly, she was positive that he wasn’t as crazy as he let everyone believe he was…

Kimber Lee

Kimber Lee comes from South Africa and commutes to class on an
elephant named Bill (not really). She started writing horror stories
as a child and now, she writes erotica as an adult. Her favorite kind
of hero is exotic and probably has a heavy accent. He’s weak when it
comes to the heroine and a total badass outside the bedroom.
If Kimber Lee could find a surgical way to be permanently joined to
her laptop, she would. But until then, she’ll continue to be a night
owl and write until dawn. When forced into daylight, she enjoys
reading scary stories, Indian food and EDM. She dreams of going to
Greece or Sweden because… accents. Oh, and the scenery.

I am so sure that once you read any of this author's book you don't just red one, you binge read all of the books. Kim's first book that I read was ' The Escort' and immediately I fell in love. Even though her most books are short stories, they will make you cry, laugh, scream and most of all they will surely- without a single doubt- make you impossibly wet! The writing, for all her books, is beyond flawless. However, if you read closely you will see how her style has evolved throughout different books. Very few authors can make you feel everything all at once in 10 chapters, and even a rarer breed of them will make you want to reread the books again and again.

My views of this book is similar to those of the authors book "The Handyman" so I'm gonna make it quick and it you guys want more read my review of the handyman.

1) The book lived up to its criteria or what it was trying to sell
2) I just personally wish she had intended the book, made it a novel because the plot was amazing. This being said, she did a better job in developing characters and plot in this book that she did in The Handyman.

In a world full of erotic and romance novels, this particular author, knows how to turn up the heat a few notches with each of her stories. Not just that, there's never a single moment or "bleh" moment in between, the stories move at such fast paces. Best thing, though? They are generally fresh and novel.

This book was enjoyable to read. I just wish there were more feels (for me) in some of the scenes since I felt like they didn't really reach me. Wattpad enriched their website by letting you view reader comments per paragraph, so it was a fresh take on how other people get their feels.

So I read this a long time ago during my Wattpad years and I really wanted to read it again just to see how it was. I still liked it but I feel like it's a bit different from when I first read which is what usually happens. I did love Rory and Devin, I always saw them as interesting characters and I especially loved that they were complex. I loved the plot behind this book and I can't wait to read all the other books that I've read by this author!

You can read it here.
