This is so intriguing! I can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned in this book. It all makes so much sense.

I really enjoyed the book and learned a lot about proper nutrition and the biochemical processes in the body. Our diet has been significantly influenced by this perspective.

What I didn’t I like was the constant promotion of the Instagram channel. In some places, the explanations were too long-winded for my taste, and I would have preferred a more concise and scientific explanation.

I have not read the book Glucose Revolution, this seems to be !a good summary with practical advice that will result in improving your health.

This book should be read by every one. easy to read and understand and to the point. reading this would make us a healthier nation.
