Had to stop the book I was reading and read this! I absolutely loved the characters and storyline so much. Rose and Murray are such a strong couple. So many kids. All the siblings children. They make a clan by themselves. I thought Maeve would be with Teddy but nope!! Thanks Lydia for another great story!! Back to my Emilia C Dunbar story. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I enjoyed reading this story. The characters were good. The plot and storyline were good too. The only thing I didn't like was that it ended to abruptly. They did get love in the end.
This book reminds me of what original paperback romance were probably like, only better. Rose is such a headstrong kind of girl with the mouth to match, gotta love an independent woman. Murray however is swoon worthy with a voice to match, when they collide the sparks are smoldering. A definite must read, my only issue was a little confusion when reading and a craving for more cute/spicy moments.
This was an easy good feeling book. The story was cute and I did enjoy reading it. The reason it only got 3 stars is because even tho the characters was good, I felt it missed a little bit of a plot. When the story ended is kinda where I would like a twist in the story to happen. So it was just a little to short and not enough happened for my liking. But it was a very cute book and I would recommend it if you are looking for a quick romantic read.
A sweet enough romance, all the characters (except for 1) were kind, no unnecessary drama filled family dynamics. Head strong female lead, charming male lead.
Short story plot. Abrupt ending. All the makings of a decent novella.
I don't get why the titles of these books are so misleading and over sexualized. It does not fit the book ...At All.
Good story and Characters. Lydia didn't ramble off but stayed with the two main characters. Murray must marry an English woman to make Alliance with the English for trade. After an fall and landing on top of Rose just as her brothers find them. Guess what happens marriage and a move to Scotland. Get the book to see how the two fall in love.
I loved this story and its characters! It was funny and entertaining. The chemistry between the characters made my heart flutter. The interaction between them was believable and engaged my senses. A must read.
Great enemy to lovers story, also has an element of arranged marriage. Word of caution can be a little hard to read as his parts are words in his native language. Overall great story.
Where do I begin? I absolutely adore Rose and Murray. Their story was absolutely wonderful. They're equal in every sense and I loved their banter and their passion. What started with a scandal ended with a love of a lifetime.
This story has Rose a very independent lady dealing with Murray a Laird who needs a bride to keep the clan off his back this story is full of two people trying to find a right path. Excellent book
Murray is on a mission to find a wife in England. Rose is your not so average, meek or mild woman. Will these two have a loving relationship and marriage?
This is a fast-paced story of an English woman marrying a Scot. I like the way the lines reflected how they speak. I can almost hear them talking. It's also a whirlwind romance that works.
