This story starts with a really confusing weird romance between the couple. Let me explains: The hero and heroine meet for the first time when they were kids, the hero was twelve years old and the heroine was younger like five years old. The hero currently at that time was in the heroine’s house and guarding his very bad dad in front of a room where his dad was fvcking the heroine's mother. When I read this, I immediately know that the hero have a very bad mafia crazy dad. The hero even admitted like that as well. And suddenly the hero heard someone was walking inside the house, he immediately goes to them and find the heroine and the heroine’s dad. The dad of the heroine was furious because he saw the hero and immediately knows that his dad was in the house fvcking his wife. He told his daughter to hide but the hero was scared as well (he was twelve and was raised badly by his father). The hero immediately got scared so he shoot the dad. The hero’s father and the heroine’s mother got out from the room and see everything. The hero’s dad react to try to hurt the heroine because he is crazy like that. But the hero saved the heroine by stabbing his own dad with his favorite knive he said. His dad didn’t die yet but was badly hurt from it… The heroine was the first woman he went against his father he said… It was bloody and traumatic experience for them…. After that, the hero and heroine never meet again. But the heroine knows that the hero’s dad was responsible for the death of her father so she held a grudge. But the heroine only knows that the hero’s father who shot her dad, not the hero himself. The hero still feels guilty after many years. Especially he saw the heroine cried over to her father…. They meet again after many years later when the hero was in his 30’s because the heroine’s cousin that she was very close to, is romantically involved with the hero’s older brother. When they meet again, the hero immediately is so possessive of her because she was dancing with someone else. The hero immediately feel the spark between them and also the heroine as well feel that… But because she was so mad at the hero’s father so she hold that to the hero…. she let that spark feeling go away and immediately gives the hero hatred. Which is understandable 😂 Then she said to him to go away and she never ever wants him, they go separate ways again “Luca King was a notorious playboy. He was a master of one night stands. In fact, it was rumored it was his rule. Never sleep with the same woman twice.”. I thought when the heroine said that to the hero, the hero will be celibate for her…. BUT NOOOOO! 🥵 And that separation lasts for TWO YEARS. Yes two years of separation but also they weren’t dating yet. But in those two years, the hero stalk the heroine. Like literally stalk her everyday, go through her social media, her everyday life, EVERYTHING for two freakin years of them separated. THEY MEET AGAIN in two years later… And that’s when the fun part begins. BUT IN THOSE TWO YEARS, even though the hero stalk the heroine keeping tabs on her every single day and they weren’t dating yet and they didn’t even have s3x yet or kissing etc, THE HERO WAS FVCKING MANY WOMAN…. In those two years, the hero and heroine meet couple of times because of the family and in those times they meet the heroine always gives him the hatred by her words….
And when the fun part begins, they meet again after two years later. It was a halloween party so everybody wear a mask, the hero and heroine meet there again after two years later. The hero decides to go to the heroine because he was wearing a mask and knowing the heroine won’t even notice that is the hero. The heroine was being so brave that night and said let’s have s3x because she thought the hero was a stranger and she wants to lose her virginity. They have a great sex, but in the end the hero still didn’t tell the heroine that it was him. The heroine didn’t even know it either that it was the hero luca that she have sex with. then the heroine was pregnant with the hero’s baby because of that night. The hero immediately after they have s3x, THE HERO really pursue the heroine and really do anything to have her. But the crazy part is that, the hero never tell the heroine that it was him that night at the halloween party… AND ALSO THE HERO SAID HE WAS GIVING HER SPACE OF NOT TELLING HER IT WAS HIM 😂 WTF WITH THAT LAME ASS EXCUSE!!!! So the heroine have no idea for the first months of her pregnancy that it was the hero! In those first months of her pregnancy, the heroine’s family was ashamed of the heroine being pregnant so they go searching for mens whose willing to be engaged with the heroine and marry her. BUT THOSE MENS, IS KILLED BY THE HERO HIMSELF BECAUSE HE DIDN’T LIKED THE HEROINE IS ENGAGED OR WITH ANYONE ELSE.
And in those times of the heroine not knowing who is the father, the hero knows stalk the heroine even more crazier than before and literally like a freakin shadow. She have bodyguards from the hero, the hospital and doctors is arranged by the hero to give her the best because she was pregnant with his baby and also his feelings towards the heroine got even more crazier since she was pregnant and since that night…. AND SINCE THEY HAVE S3X AT THE HALLOWEEN PARTY, THE HERO IS CELIBATE FOR A LONG TIME…. NEVER EVER TOUCH OR GO TO ANYONE ELSE.

The hero tricked the heroine by marrying him because it was the right thing to do he said to her. The heroine agrees because she didn’t have any other choice. Also the heroine didn’t know that the hero was killing the fiancée of her family arranged for her so she thinks it will be okay if the hero is the one who marry her even though she said it’s fake…. The heroine knows it’s fake but the hero doesn’t. Because for the hero this is real… And he will make sure the heroine knows that in the meantime. they were slowly building their relationship from the start and have an amazing baby together. It was great for them at the time, the heroine and hero is in love and said it as well… Then something happened, then THEY GOT SEPARATED AGAIN FOR THREE MOTHER FVCKING YEARS. YOU READ THAT RIGHT. THREE YEARS. ANOTHER SEPARATION 😵💫 like my mind is like my soul left my body moment when i read that *three years later* 🙄🙄🙄 because here we go again with the same bullsh*t 🥵 in those three years of separation, the hero and heroine obviously never ever go to anyone else or touch anyone else.

Me encantó. No se si fue por ser el último, porque la pareja me intrigaba o qué, pero fue un gran cierre para la saga.
Pese a algunas cosas que se puedan criticar, (que Luca no diga nada cuando su familia la repudia), la historia termina cerrando.
Es bastante hot, y me gustó que ponga en el libro la libido de las embarazadas. Naturaliza un estado que normalmente se deja en un lugar idealizado y poco real.
El final medio abrupto, como que resolvieron muy rápido esos 3 años. Pero, el epílogo compensa todo. ❤️
Dan ganas de saber sobre la siguiente generación.

Absolutely loved this super original twist on a secret baby trope! Margaret Callahan feels like she's been constantly dodging Luca King for years. He embodies everything she can't stand. Egotistical. Playboy. Constant reminder of the fact his dad killed hers. After a one night stand after a masquerade ball in Vegas, she is left pregnant with no way to find her baby daddy. She has no idea that Luca King had knowingly searched her out at the masquerade and now knows she's pregnant with his baby. So it's like a secret - from her 🤷🏻♀️. Meanwhile, every man her brother sets her up to marry ends up dying mysteriously, lol.
Eva Winners just blew me away with this one. Fracking fantastic! Luca was obsessed, lol. Stalking. unaliving 🙈. Staying up to date on his "What to Expect When You're Expecting" reading. He was a very busy man, lol. Margaret was kinda crazy, lol. Impulsive, demanding, flirty, a bit of a brat, and not willing to take crap from ANYONE. She definitely liked to put on a show, but kept her vulnerability on lockdown. Tons of trauma to weed through for the both of them and the type of secrets that can kill. These two had crazy chemistry the whole way through, nearly catching my kindle on fire 🔥🔥🔥. Seriously one of my favorite books in the series and that's saying a lot for a series that has been en pointe the whole way through. Truly sad to see the conclusion to the Belles and Mobsters, but I know it won't be the last we see of our favorite characters. Soo many breadcrumbs provided for next gen :) Cannot wait to see what's next!

I was anticipating Luca and Margaret since Cassio's books and finally, after so many books, we got their story!!!!
Yes, there were some similarities in their story with previous couples, but I still enjoyed this couple and their story very much!!!!
Luca and Margaret were meant for each other!!! Plain and simply!!!!

Margaret after a one night stand with a stranger, she got pregnant and that's a fatal mistake in her world... Her family wants desperately to marry her off, but the candidates are dropping down like flies around her...

Honestly, I am really sad that I have to part with this bunch, even though I know that I will see them again!!!

I'm sad that this series has come to an end but some hints were being dropped left and right about the children of the main characters of this series, which makes me wonder if there's a second gen series coming up next? 👀 Keeping all that aside, I loved Margaret & Luca together. Luca was so protective and possesive that it was almost impossible not to love him and his moments with little Penelope were so soft and adorable! Margaret on the other hand; I loved her badass personality at first but then she made some questionable choices that made me feel quite dissatisfied but that mistake bought some angst along with it so I'm not complaining much. Overall, this entire series was one hell of a thrilling ride and I can't wait to see what the author has in store for us next!

Despite the familiarity of the storyline, the deja vu plot and predictable outcome I enjoyed this journey. I appreciated Luca’s brand of crazy and Margaret bad ass attitude. The cameos were a nice interlude, I’m glad this time the author didn’t cram all the interconnected characters from other worlds. I appreciated more focus on the action and less repetitive musing carried out by the characters, the story progressed without glitches.
So… why my low rating… unfortunately when Italy, the language and its culture are brought into action I become even more demanding than my usual annoying self 🫢
I really like this author, she has talent, she’s super nice and I enjoy getting lost in her beautiful words. However I can’t help by pointing out a few faults regarding the Italian vibe at play in the story.
Starting with misspelling and grammar mistakes which rained down on my parade, I know Google translate is free, yet if we pay for a book…
Moving on to the mafia side of the story… I’m sorry but the Italian mafia background was erroneous, with jumbled misinformation and wrongly placed facts. It felt like I was thrown into a fiction from the 50s thankfully Ms Winners doesn’t delve too much into it, preferring to focus on her characters, thus she avoids falling into the deadly trap of stereotyping. Nonetheless, I’m still burning to make it known Italy isn’t a set of the Godfather which, I cannot stress this enough, is FICTION! Nobody in Italy is free to roam the streets wearing a fedora and guns in full view! Unless you end up on a movie set…

I’m aware reality probably isn’t that glamorous and doesn’t sell. Yet a forward clarifying where the author stands, would have been appreciated… clichés aren’t pretty. I know I sound bitter and I was slightly (not) cringing 🫣 while writing this, but my Italian souls needed an outlet…

I want it to be known I hold no grudge against the author, I’m still going to read her stories (maybe not those set in Italy 😅) and I don’t want my fellow readers to take this as a deterrent from reading a good story filled with passion, action, hot sexy moments and endearing characters.
Luca’s story brings us to the end of our journey in the 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 world, I must admit this is my longest commitment to a series! I usually lose interest and get bored, yet Ms Winters kept my curiosity alive, wanting to learn all these characters’ stories.

Despite the familiarity of the storyline, the deja vu plot and predictable outcome I enjoyed this journey. I appreciated Luca’s brand of crazy and Margaret bad ass attitude. The cameos were a nice interlude, I’m glad this time the author didn’t cram all the interconnected characters from other worlds. I appreciated more focus on the action and less repetitive musing carried out by the characters, the story progressed without glitches.
So… why my low rating… unfortunately when Italy, the language and its culture are brought into action I become even more demanding than my usual annoying self 🫢
I really like this author, she has talent, she’s super nice and I enjoy getting lost in her beautiful words. However I can’t help by pointing out a few faults regarding the Italian vibe at play in the story.
Starting with misspelling and grammar mistakes which rained down on my parade, I know Google translate is free, yet if we pay for a book…

When the Belles & Mobsters series made its debut with Luciano, I knew that it was not only going to be a hit with readers, but with myself personally. Not a reader of a lot of mafia-style romance novels, decided to give these books--and Eva--a chance, not anticipating one hell of a rollercoaster we could be on with each man. Seven books span this series and like the deadly sins, there are seven men we are following in each of them.
The series is as follows:
-Luciano, Book One (Luciano & Grace)
-Nico, Book Two (Nico & Bianca)
-Cassio, Book Three (Cassio & Aine)
-Alexei, Book Four (Alexei & Aurora)
-Raphael, Book Five (Raphael & Saylor)

You can join the series at any point as each book is a standalone, but they are all interconnected. We'll see characters woven throughout the series as sub-characters, so don't worry about playing catch-up. However, I do recommend starting from the beginning so you're not guessing who's who, who's related to who and how they came to be a couple. It's honestly a worthy journey from Luciano all the way to Luca, one which I'd gladly do a hundred times over.
Shifting the focus now to Luca, it's his turn to take centre stage and have his story told with the woman who he's had in his eyes, mind and heart since a young age, Margaret Callahan. He's Italian, she's Irish. The two come from very different, but equally powerful Mafia families, and their coupling doesn't even come close to being as powerful. Because its more powerful. It's cataclysmic. Their love is so powerful, as they themselves are, that things will either fizzle out as a result or burn brighter than ever.
As outlined in the blurb, we were already given a hint as to what we could expect in terms of characters and storyline. Luca is a playboy, master of one-night stands and is Margaret's constant shadow. During a masquerade part one night, the course of their lives changed entirely. Their party of two was soon to become a party of three. From there, this is where things really get interesting. Having no idea who the father is, Margaret is fierce in her belief that her baby won't be involved or harmed by the world both she and Luca know and have experienced. Her only clue was on a part of a man--in a very specific place--, and with little chance of finding out who the owner of the piercing was, she decides the path of single parenthood is the safest thing for her unborn child. It was time to disappear. That was the only option, until Luca became THE option.
There is simply not enough character space to accurately list everything that made me not only love, but champion this book. Luca is as every bit the mafia alpha-male character we've come to love in Eva's books, but with a touch of humility about him. He out of all of her Mobster Men, seems the closest to normal as one can get as a mafia man can, and I know that if I were Margaret, I wouldn't be able to resist him either. Dark, dangerous and dirty, Luca King/DiMauro is irresistibly attractive on and off the page. Margaret is every inch his equal. Not shy to the ways of the world they were born into, she can give as good as he can, and isn't afraid to step up where other women would expect their men to take the lead. She's a protector, a fighter, and ruthless when she has to be. That said, like Luca, she also has that softer side which when presented with her unborn child, brought it out in her. Two people, two coins, two sides. These two were meant to be and the journey to their well-deserved happily ever after was riveting, action-packed and unputdownable.
I haven't enjoyed a series like this in a very long time, and I'm truly grateful to Eva for writing characters that I won't ever forget and have had the immense pleasure of getting to know. Each book is unique, amazing and gripping in its own right, and Luca now proudly joins the ranks of a series that has yet--for me--to yield less than the five stars each one deserved.

Luca & Margaret. Cassio’s brother and Aine’s cousin.
I was looking forward for their story and I can’t say I was disappointed. Not thrilled either but it was a pleasant book.
Their interactions were interesting and I liked Margaret’s spirit. Until her change of attitude towards him that seemed too sudden to me. She agreed to his proposal without much thought. And then I didn’t exactly see how she fell for him, it seemed a bit rushed and lacking some chemistry and buildup. But overall they were a good match. I liked Luca a lot despite his issues.
I liked the angst towards the end although I would have preferred a shorter time apart. I felt kinda bad for him despite everything.

Luca. I just knew the King brothers would hold a special place in my heart. I’m so glad I read the books in order because I really thought Luca’s story was kind of told bits and pieces throughout the other books BUT I was wrong. I cried reading this book. Felt all the emotions when he was reunited with his baby girl. I wish Margaret would’ve made him work a little more in the beginning but it still was a beautiful story! I’m completely obsessed with them together. Penelope is a sweetheart and her relationship with Nonno was so precious! Im going to need a future book telling us what happens in the future with that agreement.

Aici duce o viață liniștită, dar lipsa familiei își spune cuvântul. 🩵Acesta este ultimul volum al seriei, dar nu va fi ultimul roman pe care îl voi citi de la autoare, deoarece mi-am propus să citesc toate cărțile scrise de acesta, pentru ca tare mi-a plăcut toată seria. Luca și Margaret sunt dinamita pură: el italian încăpățânat și ea irlandeză focoasă, iar în momentul în care cei doi se ciocnesc totul se cutremură. Luca va face totul pentru Margaret, pentru a o proteja și pentru o vedea fericită, dar greșește când i-a decizia să ascundă ceva de ea, iar consecințele îi vor sfâșia sufletul. Maggie își iubește nespus fiica, iar pentru a o proteja va face tot ce îi stă în putință, iar chiar dacă asta însemna să renunțe la cel pe care-l iubește. Ceea ce nu mi-a fost pe plac este ca autoarei îi place să despartă protagoniștii, dar compensează cu finalurile fericite. This story was a bit bittersweet as it marks the end of the Belles and Mobsters series but it's opened up the door for many other stories. The only open end I feel from this series is Tatiana I'd love a standalone hea for her ♡ Luca and Margaret's story was a nice wrap up to this series.
Margaret had always hated the King name and everything it meant, the name that stole her father, the name that her mother betrayed her father with but Benito King was now dead and so it was his sons she took her anger out on. Originally arranged to marry Cassio she couldn't think of anything worse than baring the King name but Cassio had other plans that involved marry her cuzn and so he set up a plan to use Margaret unknowingly to sabotage their engagement, tainting her to void the agreement. But Cassio didn't know about his brothers obsession with the black haired beauty and so he placed himself in Margarets life and in doing so she wound up pregnant but she had no idea who the father was after meeting Luca at the masquerade party and spending a night masked with whom she thought was a stranger not the man she openly despised. Margaret lived with the shame she brought to her family carrying a child with whom she had no idea but Luca knew but he also knew her hate for him and when she disappeared taking his daughter in her belly he formulated a plan to make her his once and for all. He wanted to become her friend first and enlisted the help of his Nonno. Away from the pressures of her family to wed Margaret was a different person and so was Luca, they surprisingly got along and Luca hatched the idea to convince him to marry, a fake marriage to get both their families off their backs, of course to Luca it wouldn't be fake and he was convinced with time he'd win her over. But both Luca and Margaret hold heavy secrets and one thing is for sure secrets never stay hidden long, these secrets would rip them apart and when they come to light surviving the fallout will cost them precious time. Can a marriage built on a foundation of lies really stand the test of time or will their betrayal cost them what they cherish most once and for all.

It's the end of the Belles and Mobsters series. What a ride it has been. Luca did not disappoint. He's just as much of a simple for his love interest as the rest of the mafia men in this series and universe.
Much like the rest of the guys, he's got his eyes on his prize: Margaret. She has, technically, already rejected his advances. She's Aine's cousin and was arranged to marry Cassio. This is a storyline already explored in Cassio's book where his love interest is Aine.
But Margaret and Luca end having a one night stand. She doesn't know it was him. This ended in quite a surprise because miss girl is pregnant. She doesn't know who he baby daddy is and now Luca is trying to convince her to marry him.
There's so many twists and surprise in this story. It takes place over period of many years. Their own relationship balances on a thread. Margaret believes Luca only wants her for sex or for their daughter. Luca is determined to kep what is his safe.

Okay I am FUCKING FUMING because Margret pissed me the fuck off .
OH WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN . First , her personality is so contradicting like she hates him then she doesn't like SORT OUT YOUR BLOODY FEELINGS .
Then second and that is what pissed me off that took the book from 4 to 2.5 stars , THE FACT THAT SHE RAN AWAY FOR 3 FUCKING YEARS , TAKING THIER DAUGHTER WITH HER , 3 FUCKING YEARS I MAY SAY just for her to come back OUT OF FUCKING OBLIGATION AND SUDDENLY OH MY GOD I HAVE FORGIVEN THIS MAN FOR KILLING MY FATHER WHEN HE WAS 12 ( A LITERAL KID ) GETTING BEATEN UP BY HIS DAD TO FOLLOW ORDERS WHILE MY WHORE OF A MOTHER FUCKS HIS DAD IN THE MEANTIME THAT WAS PLANNING TO KILL ME AND MY DAUGHTER FOR WHAT THE FUCKEVER REASON OH AND PS I LOVE YOU . Yeah right all the signs said to run away from THAT BAD MAN . The man did everything he could just for her to accept him .
So Fuck Margeret , Luca deserved so SO much better .

Luca pone fin a la saga de bellas y mafiosos! Es simplemente imposible no caer rendida por cualquiera de estos mafiosos; la saga me encanto por como va ligando a cada uno de los personajes; aunque se puedan leer como standalone te recomendaria leerlos en orden por que todo se va tejiendo junto. Luca fue increible; sin embargo me hizo enojar mas de una vez; la gran mayoria de sus conflictos se evitaba hablando; Senti abrupto el final, todo se venía desarrollando bien y de repente lo senti muy apresurado; la introduccion de personajes de otros spin off termino confundiendome, sin embargo el final me dejo esperando la siguiente generación de estos mafiosos.
100% recomendada esta serie.

I am sad as I write this it's not because it was a bad book but it's because it is the end of this series. The way Eva weaves her stories I know this isn't the end of the men in this series. I didn't expect this couple but wow I fell in love with them. I am normally not a fan of enemies to lovers but when Eva does it she does it perfectly. Margaret was great, especially with her past. I adored her bond with her brothers. Now let's talk about Luca that man was fine as wine. He like Sasha stalked his girl also. His possessive side and alpha attitude were on point. These two together were hot. Oh and Ms. Winners I'm still holding on to hope that you will tell me that secret.
