Spiritualism is concerned with both consciousness and awareness. This book will take you beyond where you are not a doer, enjoyer, observer, experiencer, or knower. There is no idea of 'I', 'me', or 'self'. A spiritual person remains unaffected by anything to which the mind is attached. The only and best ways to identify who we are is to observe, witness, understand, and know ourselves.
We learn about the three levels of consciousness working in the brain: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the superconscious section. This book will help you progress towards enlightenment when you learn to free yourself from sufferings, attachments, and anxieties.

The Third Eye by Gian Kumar is quite theoretical in its approach….Kumar leans heavily on abstract concepts like consciousness, duality, and spiritual awakening, often presenting them through philosophical explanations rather than practical exercises or anecdotes.
This can make it feel more like a reflective guide to understanding spiritual theories than a step-by-step manual for transformation or activation but that is to be expected!
