Fallin' For the Enemy

Rate this book
Javiera Samuels was no ordinary teenager. At the age of ten years old, she was sent to California to live with her father, Jarvis Samuels, also known as Supreme. Being raised by Supreme was no easy experience. She endured many tests and all sorts of training which taught her how to protect and provide for herself – stuff that men twice her age would have trouble passing.

When Jarvis leaves without a trace, he leaves Javiera specific instructions, leading her back to Atlanta with her mother. Having been home schooled all her life, Javiera has had limited contact with the outside world, until she meets Rotimi.

Taking over his father’s company, Rotimi II has inherited all the respect from being his father’s namesake. Along with that respect, Rotimi II inherited a special mission from his looking for and killing the guy that knows his biggest secret. After Rotimi II meets and starts falling for Javiera, he is placed on a mission to find Supreme– not knowing that the key to finding Supreme was closer than he thought.

What do you do when the one you are falling for is also the enemy? When all is revealed, will Javiera, and Rotimi be able to move past this deceit and have the relationship that they were never supposed to have?

Rotimi and Javie

Javie was sheltered by her dad who was the biggest kingpin in the south and west. He trained her to be a beast when and if needed in these streets. Her dad is presumed dead and she travels to Atlanta to be with her mother. She tries to protect her at all costs and doesn't want her to attend public school but her uncle convinces her to let her live a little. She meets Rotimi being out one day and he is intrigued as she is. They get to know each other and fall in love. Later they learn a secret that can destroy their lives. A great read!

I’ve only read two books by Bianca Xaviera and now I’m looking for more books of hers to read. This well written book kept my attention from beginning to end. There were a few plot twists that I enjoyed as well. I was hoping that Rotimi would wait until Javiera turned 18 before he got into a relationship today, but they were actually good for each other. Happy endings for everyone.

Another great book

I was entranced with the bantering and feisty comebacks between Javiera and Rotimi. The main characters had me laughing so hard. They fell for each other hard without knowing they were enemies. The ending of the book was too rushed. I was thrown off with the age 17 and 25. I would have liked for Javiera to be 18 years.

Falling for the Enemy

I gave it five stars because In the end it was a cute lil story but Lord knows I just don’t understand why these 25 year old men fall for these 17 years old girls but I guess since they turn 18 shortly after it’s alright…🤷🏽‍♀️

Great Book ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, really great read. Javie was throwed off, she really burned Ro’s building down, lol. Cane was a snake and I’m glad Supreme handled him. I’m glad Javie and Ro got it together, they were the perfect balance for each other.

I loved this book from beginning to end. It was definitely a page turner. A few plot twist at the end that had me gasping. But Bianca for sure didn’t disappoint

Great Read

Great Read. Javie’s age was a little young for me to be with Tax but the storyline was great and kept y attention from beginning to end.
