A beautiful story with a truly unique artstyle. Volume 3 shows the true heartbreaking moments in Jeonghwa's life. From losing Jinrin, to being hunted wherever she goes. The finale was a beautifully sad ending, the only word I could use to describe it is bittersweet. There were so many little bits of foreshadowing that I didn't notice throughout the story, and I'm tempted to reread it in the future to see if I could pick up on them.
I won't be forgetting this series anytime soon. Delusion has become one of my favorite Webtoons read to date.

It's been so long since I cried this hard.
The moment I started this webtoon, I knew it was going to be a tragic story. And I absolutely detest tragic stories. But I just couldn't stop reading. I never expected myself to become this emotionally attached to the characters.
I pretty much loved every damn thing about this volume. What an absolutely breathtaking and beautiful tale this was.
Just look at these quotes:
The ending was the definition of poetic. Heartbreaking, beautiful, devastating, and yet strangely hopeful all at once. What a truly wonderful story this was.
I honestly cannot believe Webtoon isn't promoting stories like this. Instead, we're constantly flooded with the same isekai/reincarnation stories over and over again. Hidden gems like this deserve so much more attention.
Overall: An absolute masterpiece.
That ending completely broke me. Even though I knew from the very beginning that this story wasn't heading toward a happy ending, I still wasn't prepared for how much it would hurt.

J ai préféré celui la aux deux autres car il m a permis enfin de mieux comprendre l histoire et les personnages, je reste un peu dubitative sur la fin mais j ai apprécié cette série de 3 bd meme si le sujet principal est le vampirisme ce qui a la base n est pas du tout mon style de lecture .

Cette trilogie vampirique magistrale s’achève sur un plot-twist exceptionnel, redéfinissant l'intégralité de notre lecture. Si l’identité et le passé de Madame Song nous sont partiellement dévoilés dès l’entame de ce volume, c’est à travers une lettre confessionnelle d’une rare puissance émotionnelle que le voile se lève véritablement. Ce procédé narratif transforme le monstre en une figure de mélancolie pure, offrant une conclusion bouleversante à sa trajectoire.
L’œuvre opère une transition fascinante entre deux époques : nous quittons les réminiscences d’un ancien monde figé dans le sang et le secret pour basculer vers un renouveau salvateur. C’est dans cet interstice que Yun s’accomplit enfin ; en parvenant à maîtriser son art, il ne se contente pas de peindre un portrait, il parachève le souhait le plus cher de Madame Song, libérant ainsi leurs âmes respectives.
Dans ce dernier acte, les liens complexes tissés entre les protagonistes atteignent un point de rupture inévitable. Cette tension, accumulée avec une précision d'orfèvre, finit par éclater, résolvant les conflits intimes et les non-dits qui hantaient le récit.

Oh how the turntables turn. So much stuff just radically changed in this chapter and that was kinda crazy. Also, I feel like we did not end the story with K at all, which was weird, but I guess we are just leaving open ends like this is a carpet with tassels. Cool stuff, ig, it was okay, nothing too special.

A beautiful ending to this gorgeously illustrated series. The ending leaves me wanting to reread the series to pick up on details I missed that hinted at the ending. Ending is a bit like Agatha Christie; not what you would expect.

60 de 60 capítulos. Fue un webtoon completamente hermoso en su extensión: historia, diseño, final. Lo amé muchísimo. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.
