The story revolves around a protagonist Disha, who was never loved and admired by her father and mother after her childhood days, was tormented by a recurring nightmares which led to many sleepless nights. There was no one beside her except her neighbour and childhood friend Huggie who always understood her and helped her through these nightmares. On other hand she observed that her parents were hiding something from her as she saw her paralysed father soaked in blood in the backyard many times but due to the broken bond she wasn't able to utter a word for years.
Why does she had all these nightmares? What were the secrets her parents were hiding? Why was her father was soaked in blood? Whose blood was it?

Parellel to that other story of a village was shown where there was a witch feeding on innocent villagers every night. The king and prince of village tried to find people who practiced witchcraft and black magic to kill the villagers. But it turned out along with these killings there were various conspiracies and secrets hidden in the palace of king and forest of the village. Who was this witch? What were the conspiracies? How is this connected with Disha??

The book was gripping since the start when the entry of witch was beautifully narrated. The thrills, horror and mysteries were plotted really well. Language was lucid and character description was detailed. I totally loved the twists at the end and all the secrets enclosed slowly with turning pages.

There few parts which might have been described much deeply and can be narrated much well. Though there were two stories going parellelarly in the start, it became difficult to keep tracks of all the characters but once you have gripped the book it can be completed in one sitting keeping you on edge to read further.

The book is recommended to all beginners who loves horror fiction. This book will bring you thrilling vibes, adrenaline rush, full magical and frightening imaginations.

📍The moment I read about the malicious, #malechauvinist King Javaraya who is against Aranyani & her tribe..i was like "bring it on"! I was all pepped up to watch Aranyani get the better of him & read through the story! More to #womenpower The author @ramnathsreeramula did a marvelous job of bringing so much on the table jn just 146 pgs! It's part mythology part thriller. Also TW for descriptive narration of nauseating scenes.

The story begins on a front & ends on the same page while inbetween the timeline shifts generations. The author was successful in creating hate towards the evil, manipulative, clever king. How he treats his adversaries, his own people was strangely enchanting to know, esp his thought process & brain's working capacity. My heart went to Disha & her best friend, her neighbor, her only support system.

How the threads come together & culminate to form a satisfying ending, was satiating to see..
I quite liked this short, page turner.

Going through or being acquainted with a nightmare can be a daunting as well as a haunting experience and only those who truly encounter them are the ones who know about the depths.

Besides disturbing the sound sleep of any individual, these bad dreams could also prove to have an impact on the mental and emotional health as well.

Disha, our main protagonist from the book, ‘The Red Clouds’ by author Ramnath Sreeramula suffers from such nightmares that wrap their evil hands around her soul at night.

Right from the childhood, Disha always felt alone and was never given much attention by her parents. And to top it off, she had to fight this nightmare that pulled her deep within a world that was filled with fright.

Hence, in order to find answers and to get to the root of her problems, our main protagonist sets on a journey wherein she will discover the truth and will unearth the hidden secrets.

The author has done an excellent job by starting this series with a bang and I am definitely looking forward to the upcoming ones. Hence I am going to give this FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have you ever read a book that you couldn't put down and felt compelled to finish in one sitting? So, this is the book you should be looking for.

The story begins with the introduction of the main character, Disha. Disha plays the protagonist, who suffers from terrifying nightmares and lives with her parents, one of whose father is paralyzed. These nightmares happen regularly, and while no one being her side except for her friend, Disha takes a chance to solve the mystery surrounding her.

Parallel to Disha's story, another is unfolding in the kingdom of Makkala, which includes the king and prince, as well as their disciples. The plot revolves around the mystery of witchcraft, and their mission is to track down the perpetrator who has been causing harm to the villagers in their kingdom.

The characters in the book are well-placed and described, and there are several plot twists at the end. Throughout the story, the book will reveal mysteries while making you predict the next story and surprising you when the mystery is revealed.

The author has done an excellent job of describing a world in which magic and darkness are emerging. I had so much fun slowly uncovering the layers of these easily layered and completely human characters and watching preconceptions be torn apart by reality.

A perfect page Turner....

This fabulous novel is thrill , absolutely stuffed full of overflowing, intense, smart and powerful writing. The story opens on a very fascinating note, it has kings, palaces, witches and mysterious talks to attract the readers.

The opening pages where a king is tensed as his people don't believe him. Then the plot moves towards Disha, our lead character. She has nightmares that are breathtaking. But why does she see such dreams?

Later the mystery of the witch, the good and the evil the unfolding tracks of Makkala evoke interest. This novel kept me in front row of excitement from the very first page. The cover of the novel made me curious, about the content within.

Engrossing read....

Spine chillers and secret generally entrances me. Furthermore, this one ended up being one of the most marvelous and spine chiller, I have anytime examined.

The story rotates around the hero Disha. She is tortured by a horrible which is giving her restless evenings. In the end, her bad dreams unveil into the universe of enchantment and secret.

I honestly think depicting is everything. Also, the manner in which the creator has introduced the plot and turn is genuinely astounding. As the story is mentally rich, it was both charming and energizing to understand it. With amazing describing style it turned out to be so much invigorating, awful and strange.

This book comes into the fantasy genre which tells us about the story of Disha, who gets horrifying nightmares every night and this torments her every night. One fine day when she had a nightmare because of which her sleep was gone and when she was awake she got to see a old lady and what happens from there on goes about the plot line.
.
The characters in the book were developed well but I just wish that the writing style is a bit better as I felt bland. The language is good. It is quite a good read and perfect for beginners.

The Red Clouds by Ramnath Sreeramula.

Thrillers and mystery always fascinates me. And this one proved to be one of the most mind-blowing and spine chiller, i have at any point perused.

The story revolves around the protagonist Disha. She is tormented by a nightmare which is giving her sleepless nights. Eventually, her nightmares divulge into the world of magic and mystery.

What happens next is the story all about.

I believe portraying is everything. And the way the author has presented the plot and twist is truly amazing. As the story is psychologically rich, reading it was both intriguing and exciting. With impressive narrating style it became so much exhilarating, horrific and mysterious.

Reading it felt like watching a movie.

The prologue is enough intriguing to bang on the thrilling space. A mysterious laugh shook the Makkala palace. There is a rumour that a witch is killing the villagers and no one is spared from her wretch. The king wants to save his kingdom but he can't stop the killings.

Disha, being ignored by her parents, has the worst childhood, and a dangerous dream which haunts her and does not let her sleep peacefully. Her father is soaked in blood in the backyard and she wakes up from her sleep suddenly.

Why is she dreaming such hazardous things? What is the mystery behind the village?
Is Disha connected with the village in any way?

The story unfolds one by one and a secret is revealed that is going to shake the readers. I must say a thrilling read which is going to send a chill to your spine. The cover is so scary and the content is scarier than the cover. A mysterious king, a palace, a witch, a dream, the hidden past, the hidden truth. What else do you need in a thriller? I am shaken by the events that happened. A very engaging and gripping read. I enjoyed it thoroughly. If you are an avid reader of thrillers then I must say then you gonna enjoy it.

The Red Clouds written by Ramnath Sreeramula is a fictional read filled with magic, witches and witchcraft. The story, from the beginning to the end, was very interesting and never lagged in between. I usually love reading these kinds of stories, but this one stood out of the box.

The whole story revolves around a character named Disha. She never had proper attention from her parents. She gets tormented by recurring nightmares. These nightmares took her even to a point where she spends most of her nights wide awake, without proper sleep ! Her neighborhood friend Huggie helps her through these issues. Disha. Could sense that her parents were hiding something from her ! The rest of the story revolves around the following questions -
~ Why did Disha have so many nightmares?
~ Did her parents really hide anything from her? If so, what was it ?

The way the author has narrated the story is so perfect. The twists and turns were implemented in an interesting manner. A well written book which can be recommended for a single time read !

This book is an amazing read and whole book is filled with eerie feeling and suspense. This dark fantasy and mystery book revolves around Disha, who is tormented by daily nightmares about world of magic and mystery.

The story is outstanding and plot is worth admiring but the narration pace was not well balanced which caused some hindrances while reading.

In some chapters, middle ones, were somewhat slow paced which made the story lose the track and intensity and when it caught the pace, it seemed very havoc.

I loved the cover and title of the book though and not gonna lie, i picked this book by title and cover only. I would appreciate the author for wonderful skills and efforts, but this book could have been even better.

After a long time, I read such a unique dark fantasy story. This is a perfect bed night story for everyone who loves thrillers. I love the way the author narrates/edits the whole story, especially the way introduces the characters.
While reading the story, you can feel the thrill, but in the middle of the story, you may get some questions and think; while you're reading it, surprisingly, you will get all the answers.
Talking about a story a little bit
The story is about the girl Disha. A nightmare torments her. Eventually, her nightmares are about the world of magic and mystery.
This happens every night, Disha used to get up every night to find the answers to her question. But suddenly, one night, when she witnesses something unbelievable happen.

Thrillers are fascinating but this one is a nail-biting deep down intriguing one.

The story revolves around Disha. She had so many sleepless nights because of her nightmares, besides her parents also kept a secret from her. What it is? But she could ask what it is? Because of her damaged relationship with them.

One night something unbelievable happens which led her to unravel some secret. And there is a wise old witch is has sworn to protect Disha at any cost.

On the other hand, there is an evil dark side, that is trying to destroy Disha at any cost. What will happen? Who will win this war?

The story is all lined up with twists and turns which kept the readers at the edge till the end. The characterization is good and evolving. Overall it's a fine read.

• "Not all his creations are beautiful. Some are evil too.” Was this a deadly nightmare of Disha or something that happened to her in real?
• Disha used to get up every night to find answer to her question, until one night when she witnesses something unbelievable.
• The occurrence of some abnormal circumstances brings her closer to age-old conspiracies, some forest secrets and a wise witch, whose sole purpose is to protect her at all costs.
• A mysterious enemy on the other hand wants to to destroy Disha’s plans. Will she be able to fight back and take the stand for her life?🤭find out by reading the novel!
• Fiction for sure takes you to an imaginary world where you get lost in the thoughts of new atmosphere been created for you. The Red Clouds was that kind of book for me.
• Horror that has been writing in such an engaging manner that hooks the reader tk complete the book in one sitting!
• What I loved the most was apart from structural and well described plot with those haunted vibes, and mixed emotion feeling there was a relation portrayed of two characters - Disha and Huggie🌟such a beautiful depicted bond.
• The only place where it made me feel a bit confused later was so many characters together. It took me a little while to get back on track with the events happening.
• Overall, the language is lucid and simple to understand. The story just sounds like a horror fictional movie that you're watching!

Before I get to the review let me tell you, the story is gripping and compelling. I had a eerie feeling while reading it yet the horrifying scenes were very fascinating. So all over I'll say the author had done a good job in story telling in his very first attempt.

Our protagonist Disha has nightmares every night and every night she gets up to find answer to her questions about her dreams until one night she saw an abnormal occurrence that made her believe in magic. The circumstance brings her to the secrets of the forests and to a wise witch who wants to protect Disha. Disha also has enemy. Can she save herself?

🩸THE RED CLOUDS🩸
By Ramnath Sreeramula

✒️I generally enjoy Horror books, and this one was no exception. Seriously, I picked this book up after I had read " The Harbour Girl " (It's wonderful and I highly recommend it.) I was worried that I would not like this book as much.

✒️I had read some positive reviews of this book . So I was very excited to start it. But I was also apprehensive as I often find I am not on the bandwagon with hyped books. Plus, would I hold it up to the high standard of "The Harbour Girl"?

✒️ This book holds the story Disha, she is our protagonist and she had a very bad childhood which we don't even want to imagine. In the beginning, I was worried. It started a little slow for me. But I kept reading and let me tell you this book has some teeth. Okay bad pun. This book drew me in and showed it has everything and can stand on its own merit.

✒️ The Author mixed Horror with History and fiction effortlessly. He gave personalities and back stories to the characters and often I wondered about the family members would approve. If this book starts slowly for you – keep with it. It sucked you in and there is not going back!

✒️I read this somewhere
