The survivors’ last refuge has been destroyed. The group is in tatters. Will they find everyone alive? Will even the strongest among them fall? Can they rebuild when a deadly virus threatens their existence and an even larger threat looms on the horizon?
A. L. Masters lives in rural America. She studied business and enjoys cooking, hiking, and photography. When she's not dealing with more mundane matters, she can be found hidden away with her laptop and a mug of coffee. She writes apocalyptic stories to satisfy her craving for adventure and disaster (without the risk of death).
Why did I read this entire series? I genuinely don’t know. It’s full of alpha bullshit, women who are constantly being sexually assaulted, and some weird three way romance. I didn’t hate it but it could have been so much better.
Wonderful series of books, with well developed characters. I would recommend these books to anyone interested in the zombie/post-apocalyptic genre. Awesome read.
