very disappointing

What is going on with this author? One minute he has the character talking hillbilly barely able to figure out what he is saying and in the next sentence using words like verklempt, absquatulated, bothahrayshuns and lattissimus Doris?? Also. The main characters mothers name. One sentence it is Lorena and the next sentence it is Lenore. Make up your mind. Poorest written book ever. Really disappointing. Characters are getting too mushy. Just not well thought out or written.
