Eric has made promises to the people. He and Adam are together again but how long will that last when Adam derails and wants vengeance? This series has been really good. The world building is fantastic. Suspense galore. Overall, a really great read!! Well written with pacing that will hook you.
This series has been amazing and this final volume doesn't let up on the character development or the plot. Eric and Adam are together, but how long can that last as Eric tries to keep the promises he's made to the people, protect them from Williams, and prevent Adam from wrecking everything in his quest for vengeance. After the events in the last book, you hope that Eric and Adam's personal relationship would be such a gift nothing could tear them apart, but the author has set it up to show the crushing challenges of leadership that Eric has taken on in a world where not everyone can be trusted. This series has great world building, lots of suspense and a great couple facing immense pressure in Eric and Adam. All the volumes have maintained the same high quality.
