Stop Smoking Start Vaping: The Healthy Truth About Vaping

Rate this book
If you are a smoker who can't quit, this book could literally save your life. Vaping nicotine is the world's most popular and most effective quitting aid. However, it is controversial and poorly understood.

Dr Mendelsohn outlines the scientific evidence in simple terms so you can make an informed decision about whether it could work for you.

Is it really safer than smoking? Does vaping cause 'popcorn lung'? Does nicotine cause cancer? Is vaping cheaper than smoking? Is it really a serious threat to young people? Is it another ploy by the tobacco industry to get more people smoking?

The book guides you through the maze of getting started. What is mouth-to-lung vaping? Which devices are most suitable for beginners? How much nicotine do you need? What are nicotine salts? How do you actually vape and when should you stop?

Good option and idea. One of my favorite things about portable vaporizers is how discreet they are. I can carry mine around without worrying about smell or bulky accessories. The design feels sleek, and the heating system preserves flavor nicely. Battery life varies depending on the model, but mine lasts long enough for a full day. It’s also healthier for my throat, which makes me appreciate it even more. Check availability at https://hazesmokeshop.ca/product-cate...

It gets super in the weeds of vaping and is perfect for someone wanting to quit smoking and give an alternative a try. For a researcher it's great at giving an overview of vaping but has a lot of sections you can skip.
