Cassidy has a plan for her life and moving to New York to pursue her dreams of becoming a professional photographer but moving from Canada and everything that she knows is a big gamble including leaving her boyfriend Allen behind, although recently she has wondering if what they have is a passionate love or one where they have just become complacent. All becomes clear the night that she meets Romer, they have chemistry that she had no idea even existed and she cannot get him out of her mind. Is she ready to walk away from all she has ever known and live the life she wants if she is brave enough to take it, or will the decision be made for her?
Romer needed a new start away from the heartbreaking memories of losing his father so leaving Texas and moving to New York to attend university, attending a mixer where he really couldn’t have felt less at home changes the moment he meets Cassidy, she is the breath of fresh air he didn’t know he needed so when he discovers she has a boyfriend to say he is devastated would be an understatement. But he will settle for friendship but that is until a single night changes everything, is this his chance for real love or will he lose his heart forever?
This was a short read with a super sweet ending. From the very start there is no doubt that these two characters were meant to be together, and you want that for them, Cassidy trying to fight her feelings you just want to hug her and tell her to follow her heart. Recommended 4* Read

The author has given us a wonderful story that pulls us into the lives of Romer and Cassidy and does not let go. They are each out of their element when they attend college in New York but feel an instant connection when they meet. The story keeps us turning the pages with drama, patience and love.

I thought this was such a fun romance. Romer is such a sweetheart and Cassidy is so bubbly and fun. I really liked them together, and love that Romer was so willing to be friends but yet determined to get the girl.

New experiences and new love when attending college in the big city. Meet Romeo and Cassidy as they first get to know each other and have that unspoken attraction. Liked the characters and their chemistry together. Wished this was a little longer to get the whole picture of what they experience together.

Virgin College Cowboy: A College Romance by Gigi Love
Romer and Cassidy are so beautifully written. I really loved this book. The sweetness and care that Romer has for Cassidy is everything. He is her rock even when he knows she can't be that for him at the moment. So good.
