Well-written and Compassionate

First, I’m thankful for someone that can write complete sentences with some variety to them. Too many times, these books come out as very boring and monotone.

The subject matter is dealt with professionally and is reasonably supported by research. I’m not a huge “positivity” guy, but I agree w most of what the author said to help Gen Z’ers cope w mental illness.
