We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope”.

o The overall length of the book is 388 pages and the underlying theme of the book revolves around decoding and briefly delineating the prospects of India in terms of progression in every field summed with its fair share of dynamic presentation of circumstances inclusive of analyzing the regulatory and policy perspectives and how do they aid and erode the development of the nation.

Delving further, the book has been divided into 11 chapters with the first chapter starting briefly with discussing the relevance of a Business summit and how India stays behind in elements of Soft Power and many other ways.

As the reader goes further, a systematic account is presented by the author where he lays down his suggestions with its fair share of simplicity.

o The writing style of the book has been kept simple and rather very engaging and one must take into account the fact that the underlying presumption of hidden complexities as offered by books featuring such subject matter.

The one comes out as it is laden with examples and descriptiveness and the beginning of the same can be seen in the first chapter itself and thus this book can be safely called as a must-read for anyone willing to lay their hands on an awakening read.

Naushad Forbes clearly explains the problems plaguing India not only from an economic point of view ,but through a holistic lens. The policies to tackle these problems have been talked in length but the author provides specific prescription. A lot of focus on research, innovation and bringing in competition in the economic policy is the way forward. Further he also emphasises on the culture and institutions that are the foundations of the nation.
