Getting over a traumatic breakup, Kelsey is ready to live her best life. Everyone knows that the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else. It was supposed to be a knot girl summer, experience all the pleasures of being an Omega before settling down.

That’s what she tells herself, anyway. The summer is heating up and so is Kelsey's dating life. Two unbonded couples catch her attention and she refuses to settle for anything less than her dream pack.

Building your perfect pack has a lot more growing pains than Kelsey had bargained for. Two Alphas that don’t get along, a male Omega who has his own ideas about pack life, and a Beta who is there for the ride. It’s too tempting to have it all, but she’s determined to make it work.

This is a poly FFMMM Romance. It is the 4th book in the Heat Haven Universe. It can be read as a standalone, but there will be cameos from the previous books.

2 stars for two reasons: 1) men get pegged 2) the ladies bump coochies.

Those things were fun but otherwise the writing was really really bad, and tedious to get through. Love that this was high heat and lighthearted but with the questionable prose, the grammar mistakes, the poor structure… hm.
I would have rated it lower but the author has my respect a bit for those two additions. The spice was the only semi redeeming quality

Just another impecable story from the queen of the steamy sweet why choose OV Sarah Blue. It’s just mind blowing to think she’s making her one year anniversary as an author this December, considering how many books she’s published in these months and the astounding quality of everything she releases.

I think Too Tempting is her most ambitious project to date, with a lengthier and more complex storyline. And just the way she went for it and delivered with this book is just amazing to me. I couldn’t get enough while reading, every character had something that intrigued and fascinated me. The way she described the two established couples falling for our main Omega and everyone overcoming their issues and working together to become a pack was so refreshing and new, I just loved every second of it.

We got Kelsey, Smith’s omega sister from Protector’s Promise. Remember how she was in the middle of getting her dream pack together while Smith and Cami served us the best OV bodyguard/pop star romance ever? This is the story of how Kelsey made it happen. And oh boy, was it juicy!

Kelsey is just so confident and charming, and yet she has this spot of vulnerability and tenderness that just made me melt. She had gone through a lot with her ex girlfriend and we see her recovering and finding her people. Her journey is really well developed and you won’t be able to resist feeling for her. Especially when her trauma resurfaces and she has an unfortunate meeting with her ex. I’m still thinking about that scene and how intense and well described her reaction and consequent panic attack were done. TW for dealing with mental health issues and trauma.

As to no surprise to anyone, my favorite character was the Beta in the pack. I have clearly a type when it comes to OV lol But hear me out, Emmett was flirting, funny and loved to take care of his people. The way he was on board from the get on with Kelsey’s idea of getting everyone together and create a pack was great. He was the glue of the pack for me, and he made it work so flawlessly.

Emmett also has a very amazing side plotline with other characters from the Heat Haven universe. The way I screamed when I figured it out, it wasn’t cute let me tell you lol If you love these books, you can't miss this one if only just for this plot. You’ll fangirl as hard as I did for sure!

Then, as to no surprise for anyone either, my other favorite was Cameron, a male omega. He was insecure, jealous and his internal conflict made me feel for him a lot. I kept thinking, this would be me in a OV pack dynamic lol His character development and the reason why he was feeling the way he did was so well done, I think that’s probably my favorite part of the story. It just made so much sense and was so fullfilling to get to see him overcome his issues and be happy and loved.

Shyla and Dom, both alphas, had to work to overcome their initial issues with one another and I really loved this conflict because it’s not something we get that often in OV. Shyla is a female alpha and as such, she’s had to fight all her life for her place. And Dom is very much used to being the one in charge. Their first meeting had me literally die from second hand embarrassment. It was hilarious but also painful lol But getting to see them realize what the other brought to their pack was so well done and interesting! Their grumpy friendship was the cutest, and seeing them work together to provide for their pack made my heart melt.

This is probably one of Sarah Blue’s dirties books. The smut was just impecable and so well done, get ready because there’s a looooot going on. I'm adding a list at the end of this review for your enjoyment lol

After this, I can’t wait for the Christmas short stories and to revisit each pack and to see what they are up to!!

An FFMMM omegaverse? Yes please! I loved finally getting FF in an omegaverse. I liked how Kelsey brought two separate couples together to create their family and it was fun watching them try to find their footing with each other. The pool scene with Kelsey, Cameron and Emmett was very sweet and I loved how attentive they were towards Cameron but, that was pretty much the only scene with him that I liked.

I really wanted to like Cameron and some people will love and sympathize with him but he just didn’t work for me. He was insecure and had understandable issues he needed to work on but, the more times it was brought up, the more annoying it got. Every moment was either about him or ruined by him and it just took away from truly appreciating all the relationships. When something serious happened to Kelsey, Cameron somehow managed to bring the attention back onto him. Even the bonding seemed all about him and felt rushed for Kelsey and Emmett. A lot of people probably won’t see an issue with him the way I did, but he really got on my nerves.

It was a good OV overall. I liked this one more than the last one but not as much as the first ones. If you liked the author’s other books in the series you’ll probably like this one too!

4.5 stars. Okay, Sarah Blue. I’ve read multiple books from this author but usually they are a ~3 star read for me. This will be my first 4.5 star read from her. It has that special sauce that was missing in the other books for me. Found family. Polyamory. FFMMM. Two omegas (one male and one female). One female alpha, one male alpha. And one of my favorite betas I’ve read. What I loved about this book was the honest conversations about jealousy in polyamory. Usually books don’t show the jealousy between pack members, but this one did and it showed the process of working through it. It also showed the growing pains that can happen when you have so many hearts and minds in the mix.

Can we take a moment to appreciate the scene where Kelsey took control? 🤤 So good.

I was putty for Dom and Emmett. Not surprising though since Dom is my type: big tough softie. Emmett is the sweetheart who takes care of everyone and is so much fun to be around.

If you like omegaverse, polymaroy, nests, and complex pack dynamics don’t hesitate to pick this up. I had a great time.

We have reached the end of my Heat Haven omegaverse binge! Too Tempting follows Kelsey, the sister to Smith (the hero from Protector's Promise). Kelsey, an Omega, has gone through a traumatic breakup, and is working on healing while also promising herself that she will not settle down until she has her perfect pack. Well she goes from no one to four people, when she finds herself entangled with two separate couples. First up, we have Dom and Cam. Dom is an Alpha (and Smith's boss), and someone Kelsey has had a crush on for awhile (and the feeling is mutual). Cam is Dom's Omega. Next up, we have Shyla (an Alpha) and Emmett (a Beta), a couple Kelsey meets at a lounge.

With this many players in the pack, it's no surprise that things are not on easy street. This group had to work hard to get to a place where they were finally a family and ready to be bonded. While their coming together was satisfying, this was my least favorite book in the series. I love poly romances, but this one was a little chaotic and the author's writing wasn't my favorite in this one. I did like the connection to a few of the other books, I'm a sucker for some good easter eggs.

Overall, I'm glad I finished the series, as it was a great intro to omegaverse romances!

Tropes: FFMMM/polyamory, omegaverse, (a bunch of other kinky sexual stuff that the author has listed in her content messages on her website, also linked in the ebook)

TWs: domestic abuse (not between characters), conversations about suicide, parental death

Plot ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
Spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Romance 💘💘💘💘💘
Vibes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Multi-1st person POV

Tropes: FAST burn, poly AND why-choose (MM, MF, FF, MFM, MMF, literally any combo you can think of, it's included), omegaverse (no shifters), D/s and switch, low drama (some ex-gf trauma that's off page but other than healing from that relationship, it's not a huge plot point), 1 very detailed heat, standalone

Kinks:plenty of 1:1 and group scenes, pegging, edging, cream-pie cleanup, DVP, hot as fuck dirty talk

Alright everyone, I think Too Tempting is my favorite Heat Haven story of all! It was kinky, romantic, and oh so human. Each of our MCs (Kelsey (Omega), Cameron (Omega), Dom (Alpha), Shyla (Alpha), and Emmett (Beta)) get their own POV chapters that are fairly balanced so it doesn't feel like anyone was just added on to expand the group and possibilities for group activities. They all have unique personalities that come with their own challenges and adds to the overall group dynamic. Separately finding 2 alphas who have pre-existing relationships with both an omega (Dom & Cam) and beta (Shyla & Emmett), they find a common link through Kelsey. As one would expect, trying to merge these relationships caused some waves in not only the existing relationships but also in the overall pack. But that said, these issues weren't trivial, nor were they unrealistic, and because of that, this book was on the longer side for a contemporary omegaverse, but I really feel like it was necessary.

A lot of this story was working through real life issues such as jealousy, possessiveness, inter-pack merging complications, PTSD and trauma responses, and other mental health complications (but also so much spice). If you're looking for an action packed, drama filled, angsty romance, you may find this a little boring as it's really just focused on these individuals coming together (he he) and forming a new normal with each other. I loved the positive use of therapy and discussing relevant and correctly dosed medications and how they can help balance someone out. There's great banter and great humor and I really enjoyed each of the individual relationships as wells as the pack as a whole. The spice was plentiful and the combinations were imaginative and the dirty talk was oh so fucking hot. Sarah Blue is quickly becoming one of my go-to authors and I am eagerly waiting for her next book, whatever that may be. 🥰

So we have a lot of different tropes going on so I thought it right to list them all for you.

- Polyamorous relationship
- FFMMM
- Omegas heat scenes from Kelsey and Cameron
- Mating/bonding
- Bondage
- DP and DVP
- Voyeurism

Triggers wise there can be a few, as it does touch on some issues that could be triggering for a few people.

- suppressant misuse
- Childhood trauma
- Abusive relationship
- Mental health issues

I love everything Sarah writes and reading this as an arc was amazing, this review is a honest review.

This story had so many different things on, and addressing relationship and personal struggles in people and it was so amazingly written.

The pack mentality and how they all worked together to make sure that their omega was happy and cared for was so good, seeing them all work through their own personal issues to make sure everyone felt cared for and safe.

Kelsey, who is smiths sister from protectors promise, is an omega who had come out of an abusive relationship with her ex alpha and is looking for a pack for herself. She goes to sweet nectar to find someone to enjoy her omega needs but never thought she’d meet a alpha and beta who makes her feel loved.

Emmet was so lovely, a southern gentleman and I definitely have a soft spot for him, he was so sweet and always made sure that Kelsey felt safe and secure with him.

Shyla is one bad bitch, domme alpha and she is evehrhing anyone wants in a strong women, she had a traumatic past and we get touches on that throughout the book and seeing her learn and grow with the pack, but when Kelsey wanted another alpha to join the pack she really had to figure out her differences and eventually made it all work.

Cameron, oh he made my heart break. He had a lot of internal issues with feeling wanted and needed, and also jealously. The character development with him was written so perfectly, and it shows that working together within the pack, and caring for one and other really made him shine near the end of the book.

Then we have Dom, smiths best friend, and Kelsey’s crush. Dom is so used to be in charge within his job, and with his relationship with Cameron. I loved him so much, he had his alpha side, but we also saw his sweet and caring side and the way him and Shyla worked together as alphas in the pack was so lovely, even if it was only friendship.

The spice was written so well, the omegaverse is always top tier smut but there’s something about how Sarah writes that makes it even better.

I think I die. Someone put on my grave stone: ‘Here lies Kelsey, dead from so much slick releasing from her body, she dehydrated and perished.’

Well, if you’re looking for a fast burn that doesn’t really ever let up, then look no further. 😏🔥

Kelsey is an Omega out of a bad relationship, looking for a pack, but at the start of this book, just a good knot 🤣

The premise is that there are two separate unbonded couples who she wants but their coming together as one pack proves to be a challenge.

Kelsey(O)- loved her. A really fun and flirty omega who just wants everyone to get along! There are brief moments where the trauma of her ex create some conflict but it’s quick to move the plot a long and there’s not really a lingering cloud over her because of it.

Emmet(B)- OMG, this beta deserves ALL THE STARS and he’s a strong reason this is 4 vs 3.5 stars. There was not one single flaw about him. He held the pack together and I’d take him over an Alpha all day. I loved everything he was a part of.

Shyla(A)- She is with Emmett, and is very much a stereotypical alpha female. I dunno, I didn’t “hate” her but I thought her character didn’t have enough personality, there wasn’t enough in her POV chapters that helped endear her to me, and quite frankly her connection to Cameron to me didn’t feel natural, but at least she served a good purpose to help keep him from totally ruining their dynamic.

Dom(A)- Kelsey’s brother’s boss and best friend and whom she’s had a crush on forever. I liked him a lot, just not as much as Emmett. He’s had a reciprocal crush on Kelsey but it was never the “right time” and then he met Cameron. I love how caring he was for an alpha, even though he felt he wasn’t good at the emotional part. I didn’t see any issues with him connecting with Kelsey in that way. I love that once Kelsey admitted she wanted Dom, not even Cameron’s tantrums could make him waver on his commitment to her.

Cameron(O)- Ugh, this guy 😬 He is why I struggled and really he was the main source of conflict in this story. So I get his behavior served a purpose and as an omega was not totally out of character, but it just rubbed me the wrong way how long his jealousy and insecurity went on and how he hurt Kelsey, and by extension Dom. Though his being self aware of his attitude made it marginally better to stomach. Being the source of conflict led to his character being developed the most over the course of the story. I really loved the pool scene with him, Kelsey and Emmett so to see the direction his character went after that was disappointing.

So the plot was flimsy and I didn’t always love all the different ways the plot filled in between all the spice, but it was still enjoyable. I would recommend based on the spice alone because that is one of the best things about an Omegaverse story, and these were written really well 🥵

Too Tempting is the 4th installment in the Heat Haven series, and it is about Kelsey, the sister of the MC from the previous book, and her potential pack mates. We have Dom, an Alpha who Kelsey has had a crush on for years. Cameron, Dom’s omega lover. Shyla and Emmett, an Alpha and Beta couple that Kelsey meets out on the prowl one night. I went into this book with high expectations, since I've enjoyed the previous books in the series, but I was underwhelmed right off the bat. Sure, the smut and pairings were aplenty, but for me, the flow was lacking, as well as the connections between some characters. The shining star of this book was by far Emmett! Betas always seem to be my favorite.

In This chapter of Heat Haven series wee Get to meet a different pack, and by different i mean that the pack contains 2 omegas and 2 Alphas. How is that going to work? In This book we Get to tag along in the prosess of trying to bring 5 people together to make a pack. We Get jeleosy, angst, hard feelings, tears and love.
But Will they make a bonded pack in the end? We Get to tag along and what a journey it is.

I think this was my favorite of the series! I just loved Kelsey. She was so funny! I am always drawn to the betas in omegaverse stories and Emmett was no exception!! I was absolutely smitten with him! I have really enjoyed the Heat Haven series and am sad to see it coming to an end. I’m such a fan of Sarah’s storytelling, I think I’d like anything she puts out at this point. 😂 I do think this would have benefited from another round of editing, but I still had so much fun with this story and already know I’ll be rereading it when I find myself in a slump.

Oh. My. God. This was so hot. I mean scorchingly hot!

This was the final installment in Sarah’s Heat Haven Omegaverse and I enjoyed every single minute. This whole series has been perfectly balanced between absolutely heartwarming wholesomeness and deliciously hot moments. This has been so sweet and cute and absolutely filthy hot. This was such a wonderful ending.

With that said, I think Sarah went out with a loud bang with this one. I think this was the hottest installment in this series. She did not hold back and it was a thrill to read about Kelsey’s pursuit of her perfect pack. And she really did find it.

Kelsey was so adorable! I instantly liked her. I loved how she thrived and came to life when she found her people. And the meet-cute with Emmett? So cute! I can’t get over Emmett. He’s definitely my favorite pack member. The sweetest Beta. He was so in-tune emotionally and so charming! He had me swooning from the moment we were introduced to him. Dom was also delicious. He was an Alpha and so tender and caring. I loved that he was such a rock and safety for Kelsey. Shayla was the other Alpha in the mix. She was a badass and I loved her dominant side. I also enjoyed how sweet she was when her walls came down. Cam was another Omega. He was shy and insecure, but also had one of the purest hearts. I loved how much he grew and found his happiness and confidence.

I loved the happy ending and how everyone settled into the pack. So wholesome!

This has become a comfort series to me. I’ve loved this series so much!

This was a one-sitting, could not put down, binge read. I have loved each book in the Heat Haven universe, and Too Tempting was the perfect finale in this series of interconnected standalones.

Kelsey is an Omega healing from a bad relationship and a bad breakup. She becomes the glue that bridges an Alpha/Beta pairing with an Alpha/Omega pairing to make the pack she’s always wanted.

I loved watching the pack dynamic form between the five different members. How each established pairing absorbed Kelsey as their omega and then navigated the turmoil of expanding their relationships to the other pair. While they were growing as a group, each couple built their own relationships together, even if they were to remain platonic. I loved seeing that getting so many different personalities, needs, and emotional issues to meld together is HARD. It is a work in progress, and this book did an excellent job showing the behind-the-scenes workings of pack life.

Great spice! Too Tempting has everything – A female Alpha who can lock. A male Alpha with his knot. One downright delicious Beta. And two needy Omegas with all the slick they can make. FF, MM, FFM, MMF… Every combination is possible with this pack. A bit of dom, sub, and switch behavior with restraints, praise, and impact play, is also on the menu—an absolute treat.

I thought Liv’s pack was my favorite of the Heat Haven series, but Kelsey and her pack might have edged them out of the top spot. I highly recommend this entire omegaverse series. It is on the lighter side and is always a pleasure to read.

Too Tempting shows how truly talented Sarah is; I devoured this book and couldn't put it down. It has plenty of surprises and a whole bunch of HEAT!

𝒲𝒽𝑒𝓃 𝒹𝒾𝒹 𝒸𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓂 𝓅𝒾𝑒 𝒸𝓁𝑒𝒶𝓃 𝓊𝓅 𝒷𝑒𝒸𝑜𝓂𝑒 𝓂𝓎 𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔?

I loved Kelsey; she just needed a little TLC, and she was ready to take on the world and the pack she always wanted. All she wanted was to be loved, and I couldn't have asked for better pack mates. Of course, there were some bumps along the way, but I loved their journey.

𝐻𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇 𝒿𝓊𝓈𝓉 𝒽𝒶𝒹 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓌𝒽𝑒𝓁𝓂𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓃𝑒𝑒𝒹 𝓉𝑜 𝒷𝑒 𝒻*𝒸𝓀𝑒𝒹 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃 𝒶𝓃 𝒾𝓃𝒸𝒽 𝑜𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝓁𝒾𝒻𝑒?

Oh boy, the spice in this book was F*CKING AMAZING!!! You are not ready for all this HEAT!

𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝓌𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝓂𝓎 𝓀𝓃𝑜𝓉,𝒷𝒶𝒷𝓎? 𝒜𝓁𝓂𝑜𝓈𝓉 𝒶𝓈 𝓂𝓊𝒸𝒽 𝒶𝓈 𝐼 𝓌𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝓂𝒶𝓇𝓀.

This is the end of the journey; what a wild ride it has been; this is the final book in the Heat Haven series, and wow, Sarah did not disappoint; this was a fantastic conclusion to the series.

Hello!!! A smutty OV that actually addresses how turbulent forming packs can be?! The merging of established relationships to be a bigger, solid unit? The insecurities, the emotional needs, the crucial respect between all parties involved? She really went there.

It's not all sunshine and daisies here and I really loved reading the trials and tribulations this pack faced together.

I can't say this is my favorite in the Heat Haven universe, but it's up there! The smut was spicy, the emotions were sweet, and the resolution was darling. And we got cameos from all the other packs in this series! What a conclusion, this was great.

If Sarah writes it I’m gonna read it, I was lucky enough to be sent this as an arc but all my opinions are my own.

This is the last book in this interconnected series and I’m so sad it’s coming to a end, I’ve loved every book and this was no different.
Sarah never fails to make every book and character unique which can be hard to do. I’ve not really read many books with FF action but i absolutely loved it and will definitely be reading more.
I think the pacing of this book was great, we got smut action from the beginning but we got to watch how all the different relationships developed gradually.
I will say some of the characters I found it harder to connect with compared to others. I absolutely loved emmet and he was definitely the glue, while I found it hard to connect with Cameron as his personality isn’t one I tend to gravitate to which made this 4 and not 5 stars. But I honestly couldn’t recommend this series any more!

I was surprised I didn't like this one more tbh. I was super intrigued by two omegas in a pack and by a ff relationship in the pack, but I found it didn't really work for me. I give Sarah Blue points for breaking out of the typical omegaverse mold with this dynamic, but I liked the first half of the book much better than the second. Kelsey was cute but helpless. Cameron was annoyingly helpless. Dom had no personality. Yeah, thinking about it it was a bit more of a mess than I thought. I like the previous books in the series so much more.

Eta...loved the pegging.

Much more emotional drama and angst in this one. Too many points of view. Smut scale: 5/5

2023 Buddy Read

My tastes are all over the place. What can I say? I'm greedy. I want someone who can take control of me, yet every now and then I get the itch to top someone else. This is why I need a large pack, a group of people who fill my every need and at the same time, I can give them all my love. I have a lot to give, and I won't make the same mistake of giving it to someone who doesn't deserve it.

The Heat Haven series has been a delight to read! I really like how the pack dynamics changed between each book, and didn't mind how the author roped the books all together. Even the side arc from the book 1 characters wasn't a drag for me. I was glad the author never fully went back over scenes and content we'd already read - instead, it was briefed over in different scenes that still felt engaging, as well as maintaining a specific universe timeline set out almost in book 1.

"You know she's the one, right?"
I sigh and sip again. "Yeah, I know."

I enjoyed the natural path towards both 'couples' deciding to pursue Kelsey, and how they accepted her up-front need to be heard and respected. The dynamics themselves were super interesting - I've never read a female Alpha before. Something that surprises me as I write this review was that, in retrospect, I consider their miscommunication and struggles to piece a pack together a strength and not a weakness. The - it all felt like the author could've easily avoided the drama to give us an early HEA, but the real life struggle and how you work through it for what you want is what this book is about, right?

I also felt that the jumble of POV's we read felt really well balanced! Typically when we get more than 2, I find at least one POV more of a drag to read than the others. At first, I thought that might be but I really just wanted to wrap him in a fuzzy blanket and hug him until he felt better. I think the author did well keeping the changing POV engaging.

"So, what are the plans for tonight?" Kelsey asks, looking at Shyla.
"Whatever you want, sweet girl. We can watch a movie, call it an early night. I could tie you and Emmett up together."

This series has been strong for fun spicy scenes, and this book didn't disappoint. There were a few things that kind of niggled at me - like when Kelsey repeatedly

Things I've learned about myself in the last twenty-four hours. Number one: that I'm not sure there's a better heat Beta in this plane of existence. Everyone in the pack is hydrated, fed, and sleeping.

Emmett, on the other hand, was my favorite! He really was a great pack Beta, and I liked his easy connection with each member of the pack. I want an Emmett to keep me fed and hydrated. *pouts*

All in all, I'm sad that the Heat Haven series has come to a close. I'll be keeping an eye on this author for further omegaverse reads!

Was not a fan of the male omega everyone had to walk on eggshells around. Everything in this book was about him, including the FMC's relationships with every other pack member.

I appreciate that this book had a sapphic relationship where more happened than just eating out and fingering (literally that's all we get usually when there are also MF and MM relationships in a book), but it wasn't enough. There's just a quick scissoring scene from an outside character's POV (ask me how bothered that makes me), and then the majority of their time together is with the others in the pack. Sapphic relationships are starved little things unless it's dedicated sapphic fiction. Let bi readers eat. 😭

The premise for this book was great, but the relationships weren't fully developed and didn't pull together for me. I didn't feel the chemistry between most of them, and that really had to do with the two points above, along with the female alpha rarely being present for pack bonding, and the male alpha having little personality.
