Kimberly Quay has loved romance & fantasy as far back as she can remember. Her childhood home was full of fantasy, romance, and thrillers books and movies. Born and raised in Florida, she spent most of her youth outside searching for fairies and hoping to meet (and fall in love with) a vampire.

Author of contemporary romance, paranormal shifter romance, and urban fantasy, she’s a sucker for a good rom-com and is fascinated by old graveyards. When she’s not working on her next novel, she’s reading or hiking the trails of North Florida.

Loved this book! Ember and Liam are still going strong, even stronger! The excitement and spice are on point once again! Stella has redeemed herself even more in this one, and her relationship with Philip is adorable! Isaac and Ciara also make a terrific couple. She's his perfect match when it comes to his burly but sweet nature. And then there’s Belial—well, I won't spoil him for you, but he was an excellent addition to the group of characters. Celeste was a perfect foe with surprising tricks up her sleeve. All in all, I LOVE this series, and I really hope we'll see more of Ember & Liam and their friends!

I’m seriously at a loss for words after reading this book. I don’t know quite how to describe how bloody amazing this whole series has been so far and then this book hits you right between the eyes!
Love this series so much. Please give it a try if you want to read about a totally badass woman, the man she loves and a whole load of supernaturals all created in a brilliant world. You won’t regret reading this series I promise you. I read it in one go and finished it at 2 I’m the morning. Yes I’m knackered, no I really don’t care, it was totally worth it.

Just when it seems Liam and Ember will get a bit of time to enjoy their mate bond and explore their relationship, Celeste happens AGAIN! Celeste, the wicked fae witch of the west, will do anything to break up Liam and Ember's relationship, and this time, she just might succeed! When will they get a break? In the meantime, their circle of trusted friends grows stronger and larger by 2; will they as a group be enough to end the reign of terror that Cybil and Celeste are holding over the shifters? A great action packed continuation of the season shifters; can't wait to see how everything turns out!.

This is book 3 in the Season Shifters but sadly it’s the last one of the series and I loved this story actually the whole series and in this story Ember wakes up with most of her memories gone including the ones about her mate Liam and it’s all down to Celeste who wants Liam for herself plus she has plans to destroy the supernatural world but Ember won’t give up on getting her mate back and destroying Celeste. I loved this story and the bad guy well girl she was good at being bad but love is a powerful emotion and it will defeat evil most of the time, this is a fantastic story I loved it and the whole series and I highly recommend this book.

Absolutely love the way the story continues to build on the first 2 books. Ember and Liam just make you want to be able to know the, better. Can’t wait to see where they will go next.

Winter Unleashed . . .

Ember now has to deal with an evil fairy, Celeste, who wants both Ember and Liam for her own plans. Ember awakens and her memories seem to be gone, most particularly the memories of her mate, Liam! But Ember is not a quitter and she wants her mate back, and her wolf can help her. Celeste has other nasty plans as well, and trusting her wolf will guide her where she needs to be. Will she get her memories back? Can she stop Celeste from her evil plans? Can she get back to Liam?

Liam and Ember battle Celeste in this final chapter.
This is a great conclusion and it contains action, sexy scenes and tension.
This is a great book and his highly recommended.
There is so many more possibilities available for this series. We can read the stories of the other characters or even the next generation. It would be a shame to say goodbye as the world crafted is such an interesting one.

Spicey shifter romance books where the FML is a badass, you must read this series!
Hot Shifter Romance Series by @authorkimberlyquay

This is the third novel in the shifter series.
Like the other two books before it there is a common enemy that the main character and her friends have to fight.
I really enjoy the take on shifters(werewolves) and how they have a hierarchy within their realm.
The two main characters continue to have an unbreakable bond and it made me so happy to have them back together again.

I love love love this is world so much! When I think that the story can’t get any better, it does. Do you take me on an emotional roller coaster every book – yes… Am I sad about it? No. Do I keep coming back for more? Absolutely! I am both sad and happy that there is another book in the series. Because I need it now, but I’m also going to be very sad to see this series end. Sooooo when do I get book 4?!? 😂

In the third book in this series Liam and Ember continue to grow their bond. They encounter resistance from both Cybil and Celeste. The storyline continues to hit high steam levels as the sparks start a wildfire between Liam and Ember. I have really enjoyed each installment in this series and look forward to the next!

This book was the best in the series!

So much happened and I was loving every moment of it. I literally love every character even Lyle, the cheeky demon!

I need to know if Poor Bruno is going to be ok.

The smut was decent and the story line was great. Ember came into her Vinura powers finally and it was great.

Can’t wait for the last book in the series about them moving to their new home

I don’t know how I feel about this series as a whole. I think the premise is interesting. I’m just not as hooked as I would like to be. This book was my favorite of the three. Im glad that Ember is no longer viewers as cursed. I really enjoyed Ember and Liam trying to find their way back to each other after Celeste took her memories. Belial is great. I’m still not a fan of Stella after the stuff with book 1 and nothing will change that. I like her even less now and I don’t like that she’s with Philip. Philip deserves better.

If you've read other reviews that I've written for Kimberly Quay's books, you'll be well aware that I LOVE her books. I especially love her Season Shifter's series and I especially loved Winter Unleashed. I've always thought Kimberly was a five-star author, but she gets better and better with each book. Winter Unleashed is the epic conclusion of Ember and Liam's story but I'm praying that it's not the end of the series. It had everything that I crave in a book- wonderful characters, a little bit of spice coupled with a really strong storyline, and pace; I blew through the book in only a couple of hours. All in all, this was a perfect read.

This is book three of the Season shifters series. Great book! It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention. The world building is detailed and imaginative. Full of supernatural fun

Winter Unleashed is another page turner full of supernatural fun. Readers are introduced to pixies, goblins, one vengeful fairy and a good demon. Could that be? Or is Quay giving her readers a run for their money? I’m excited to find out. This book ended with Ember and Liam ‘packing their bags’ for a new adventure. I cannot wait to read about where they are going in book 4.
