I was born and raised in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Wanting to escape life in a big city and concentrate more on working to live than living to work, I moved to the Outer Hebrides in the north-west of Scotland in 2004 and I have lived there ever since with my wife and dogs.
I write post-apocalyptic, sci-fi, dystopian and horror fiction. I’ve released fifty one books across six different series - Safe Haven, The End of Everything, Unsafe, Relentless, The Burning Tree and Scares in Scotland.
In addition, most of my titles are now available as audiobooks narrated by Kim Bretton, so if you’re one of the many people who struggle to find the time to read, you can listen on the go.

The End of Everything: Book 12 by Christopher Artinian and narrated by Kim Bretton is still going strong...I don’t think it’s ever going to falter. I sound like a broken record, yet I highly recommend this series if you enjoy zompocs, strong female leads, and fabulous writing and narration.
What’s it about? A flashback occurs in the prologue with Robyn and Wren’s family (loved this). From there, the ladies continue their quest to free others from Olsen’s hold. There is a lot of action, along with humor, friendships, fighting for what’s right/to live, some crazies, and so on. I love they’ve taken to some of Mike’s tactics- nice way to tie in the two stories (another series you should read if you love zompocs). Kim, yes yes yes to the narration! Great tone, emphasis, and voices for the characters.
Not going to say much more as it will give spoilers away, so listen/read the book or start the series from the beginning if you are new to it. You won’t be disappointed.
Parental guidance/trigger warnings: It’s the zombie apocalypse- bad people, horrible situations you would hope to never find yourself in…death, killing, kidnapping, weapons, etc. In the prologue, the sisters discuss difficulties at school (Wren not having friends/fitting in). Language used: Fx3, Sx42,

I just finished binge reading this series. It was my first time reading this authors work and I am hooked, however what is next? What happens to Wren, Robyn and Mila? Does Olsen get defeated? Is there another series that picks up their story? It appears the Safe Haven series may have come first but I haven't read that series yet. Is there a series sequence? Please don't leave me hanging on book 12 of EoE.
I enjoyed book 12 of this series a lot. The characters continued to fascinate and move me as I listened to this audiobook. When I first heard about this series, I really wasn't sure whether it would hold my interest or not. I tried it as I was looking for something new, and many books later I'm still being entertained by the stories. Christopher Artinian's writing has captivated me since the first book and I'm looking forward to more of his stories. I recommend this series to others, even if zombie thrillers are not your particular cup of tea. Kim Bretton's narration was outstanding, and she kept my attention with her performance. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.
Wow, what an adrenaline rush this storyline had. This is was an awesome story in this great series. It had the fast pace thrill ride from start to finish that we have come to expect from this author. These sisters and Wolf together can accomplish anything! This is my favorite series of Mr. Artinian. In fact even though I get this Author’s books using Kindle Unlimited I actually buy all his books because this is how good of an author I think he is. I only actually buy just a handful of Authors books too. If you are not reading this author you are really missing out. So get the books and leave your reviews.
I am so disappointed, the book ended too quick lol. Well what can I say, my heart was in my mouth, on my quilt, it was beating harder than a bailiff at the door, and my dog jumped right out of his fur each time I burst out laughing. What a fantastic story, the books are just getting betterer. The camaraderie between the girls is hilarious, the way the action is wrote makes you feel like your there fighting along with them. There's grateful people And some not so grateful, And there's always one who you want to punch in the mouth, oh yeah, Bobbi did that for me. Amazing book. I hope Chris writes the next book quickly.
The author Christopher Artinian is a champion when it comes to writing a long series full of amazing characters, action and totally unexpected twists ! in fact after every book I just couldn’t wait for the next one to come out, ( waiting is the hardest )
As usual a perfect narration by Kim Bretton with her angelic voice always completed the package by wrapping it into a beautifully done audio.
Absolutely, without a doubt, I fully recommend, this series !
Amazing as usual! Better than any other zombie or SHTF book series out there. I really hope this series never ends….. although many of these characters need a week, month or year off without fighting for their lives and the lives of all they love. These girls are on another level. This would be the #1 TV show of all time of it made it to the screen!
Narration by Kim Bretton for this series is like a match made in imaginary heaven. She does such a great job. I can’t imagine anyone else narrating these books.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
This was another edge of the seat read, very dramatic and emotional, that kept me enthralled from start to finish. I just loved the snark and banter between the girls and the way they worked together always amazing me with the nail biting plans they pull out of their hats. Another pulse pounding instalment that left me desperately wanting the next book and regretting how fast I finished it, the narration was flawless as always, giving the characters so much life and depth, I just can't imagine anyone other than Kim now. I received this book in exchange for my honest review.
Wren, Robyn and Mila are in a race against time and Olsen's Army to rescue as many villagers as they can from 3 different villages. Yet again they have a terrifying battle with Olsen and her army but now have much needed help from some rescued villagers. Can that feeling of doom be just that or will they be able to save more and then head home to Safe Haven with more people to help secure their home before the inevitable and hopefully final battle with Olsen and her army.
I got this on day of release but took a few weeks to even look at it due to my mothers passing. I love these books. Really sucked me into another world for a few hours (which I am glad of as I’m not enjoying this one at the moment). These characters all have so much depth and feel real it’s so easy to immerse your self in their world. I need the next one like now though 🙂
Wow! what a rollercoaster of a read. i held my breathe on more than one occasion and was on the edge of my seat the whole way through. An absolute outstanding instalment of the series. This book is jam packed with action, horror and heartbreak. The 3 girls are awesome as usual and loving meeting all the new characters, Cannot wait to see how their journey continues. Another must read book!
This series makes you wonder if you'll make it through an apocalypse. I see the author has given it much thought. We've gone through every scenario and Wren, Robyn and Mila are still standing. Poor Olsen is so obsessed with catching them, she puts everyone around her in jeopardy. I like how the girls are always strategizing their moves. Now its time for them to make their way home to Safe Haven. Hopefully they'll make it without any incidents.
Once again, Christopher Artinian swings and hits it right out of the park! Wren, Robyn and Mila at their finest. Watching them grow in skill and confidence with every book has been awesome. Fiercely loyal and just plain fierce. Another excellent read!! Keep them coming!!
I love these tales, every book as good as the last . I will feel a loss when this and the safe haven series finally end and I know it's coming. But the whole series is a great read. When I think it cannot get any better the one place in the South you decide to mention is my home town of Lewisham. Thank you, now get writing please.
What can I say! Mr Artinian has done it again ! Another riveting and exciting read. Very easy to be hooked on this amazing series which after 12 books is still going from strength to strength and has lost none of its momentum. I really hope there is a lot more to come. It's a credit to the author when you long for the next book.
Nooo. So close, so enthralling, so mind shattering, the three Girls, Women, brave and courageous, with the help of saved villagers go from one village to another saving villagers, killing soldiers and zombies. We’ll don Christopher, but no it’s not the end.
I can’t say enough good things about Christopher’s writing style Fantastic character building and his ability to blend light hearted and heart wrenching moments is unmatched Kim is hands-down one of the best narrators in the business The ratings don’t lie a well deserved five stars I received a free review audiobook and voluntarily left this review
This whole series is very good very griffin I read all 12 books and less than a week of course it doesn't seem like it's over so I can't wait until the next book comes out I hope it will be soon if you read this and you like anything having to do with zombies you will love this book promise Yes I
You will enjoy this series! The young heroines are amazing. The action never stops. Sometimes you wish they had a little downtime. The only problem I had was the fact that so many of their friends, who were good people, were killed very soon after being introduced. The journey is sometimes a bit long. Of course you will love Wren!
Having now read the final book in the epic End of Everything series, I can state that although perhaps I didn’t enjoy it, I found it mesmerising and captivating. I couldn’t stop reading. I want to know more about what happens, I want more , more and more from this tale.
Christopher Artinian has delivered yet again. The girls are on their own and boy are they in a world of crap. Yet again, When and Wolf are facing off against the rams, this time, Robyn and Mila are right there with them as even more blood is shed.
I tried to hold off and wait to read this one. I made it less than 24 hours. The characters are so likeable and the storytelling is so enthralling that I can't wait ford the next one. Another fantastic job.
This is such a brilliant series and even after 12 books it's still got me hooked . Following Wren ,Bobbi,Mila and wolf as they slash their way through the story . Really looking forward to the next book .
As always I couldn't wait to get stuck into this one and as always I wasn't disappointed. Another great addition to the series and I'm pleased there never seems to be to long a wait for the next part of the story
As always this series amazes me. I felt the family connection more than ever. The desperation and love the trio express is wonderful. As well as their need to return to Safe Haven "home". I loved it.
Non stop action in book 12 ,things going on all over the place ,Mila,Wren, and Robin can't catch a break in this fast paced read,BUT,Do All 3 Make it ? What about the Wrens Dog, does he make it?I'll never tell .....you will just have to read the book to find out.
Another rollercoaster of a ride! Full of twists turns and emotion from start to finish. Brutal but with added dark humour that keeps you hooked and wanting more. This is the series that just keeps on giving and shows no signs of getting old, boring or repetitive.
I love this series for the fact the heroines aren't damsels, the Disrespectful men are put in their places and the growth of every character! I love this series so much 😭
For me mr artinian has found his magic with book 12. I did struggle with the last 2 but this one I thoroughly enjoyed - not as predictable or the same old story line as the last couple.
Wow, what a journey. From start to finish this book has had me on the edge of my seat. The characters and story are fantastic and soo well written. I cannot wait for the next book!
