Mira sets out out to the Forest of the Devout looking for the Elder of the Tower of Necromancy and to perform some errands for Solomon. The trip is far from eventful. While the volume consists of a couple of independent short adventures on the road, it focusses on the spirit kidnapping and the consequences at least as far as this region is concerned. So a bit of world and character development, but the short events make it feel somewhat meandering. As previous volumes it contains a few repetitive jokes in regards to Mira being underestimated and her looking like a cute young teenager. Nothing ecchi, just exasperating. The search for the necromancer feels a bit odd. The situation with the spirits is much more interesting. Still, an okay read. I just wish there was a bit more cohesiveness to the story.

Adorable

Mira’s adventures as a girl continue in the fourth volume of this series. A lot of her summons are sad that they haven’t been called in thirty years, and they have various ways to demonstrate their dissatisfaction.

Mira gets a pet as well, a Pure Rabbit. I think the author needs to focus a little less on the references to her bathroom breaks, but that’s just a personal preference of mine.
