Perfect for fans of Sarah Morgan, Jessica Redland and Kate Forster. It's the most wonderful time of the year...but is it the time to fall in love? When Darcy returns to Manhattan, she’s put in charge of the Inglenook Inn, a cosy boutique hotel in the heart of Greenwich Village. The Inn needs a boost in bookings if it’s to survive, so Darcy is convinced that hosting Christmas this year is the answer. What she doesn’t expect is to meet a face from the past, which can only spell trouble. Myles left England behind and took a job in New York. It’s a step forwards in his career, and has the added bonus of being nowhere near his family. He’s also hoping to avoid Christmas, the worst time of the year. But when his company puts him up at the Inglenook Inn and he recognises Darcy, it isn’t long before they clash. As the flames on the log fire flicker and the snowflakes swirl above the New York streets, maybe this Christmas could be the one that changes everything... *Please note this is a re-release of Snowflakes and Mistletoe at the Inglenook Inn , previously published by Helen J Rolfe* Praise for Helen Rolfe’s heartwarming 'Beautiful, magical and incredibly moving’ The Writing Garnet ‘It's a book version of a Hallmark movie’ Amazon Reviewer ‘A warm romantic feel-good read’ Goodreads Reviewer ‘The perfect festive romance’ Jessica's Book Biz ‘What a wonderful festive read!’ Goodreads Reviewer
Helen Rolfe writes contemporary women's fiction and enjoys weaving stories about family, friendship, secrets, and relationships. Characters often face challenges and must fight to overcome them, but above all, Helen's stories always have a happy ending.
Location is a big part of the adventure in Helen's books and she enjoys setting stories in different cities and countries around the world. So far, locations have included Melbourne, Sydney, New York, Connecticut, Bath and the Cotswolds. She also loves creating village settings or places with a small-town feel and a big sense of community.
Born and raised in the UK, Helen graduated from University with a business degree and began working in I.T. This job took her over to Australia where she eventually turned her attentions back to the career she'd dreamt of when she was fourteen. She studied writing and journalism and wrote articles for women's health and fitness magazines. Helen began writing fiction in 2011 and hasn't missed the I.T. world one little bit... in fact she may just have found her dream job!

MY TAKE There were parts of this story that I really loved. Like the family resolution storyline. As children, we think we understand things and do our best to understand what's happening. It looks very different when we learn (and understand) what was happening.
The romance was sweet between Darcy and Myles. I liked that they were both equally dedicated to their jobs, something that bodes well for any future they have. I found her reason for not being willing to consider a relationship a little weak, but I let it pass.
Went on for ever, just misunderstanding after misunderstanding. Finally skimmed through it. First one in series was much better. Not sure I'll try another, even for free!
I love Helen's book, read all of them, and still enjoy every one of them again and again. Just kinda wish I could live as some of the characters from her books, especially Darcey. Oh, how lucky she is. Thank you Helen for another wonderfully romantic novel.
This has been one of the most heart warming books I have ever read, such a lovely story one I'm sure most would love to be part of, I didn't want it to end .
Loved it…a great Christmas read…in any season. Love the knitting references and characters from the previous book. Kept my interest all the way through.
