I lost my dad last month, and it was devastating. I have so many confusing emotions and this book has helped me organize what I’m feeling and understand the stages of grief and how to move through them. Thank you for writing this book.
This is a really good book to read and learn about the different stages of grief. The author has been very frank in sharing his experience and thoughts, which I really appreciate. I am actually evaluating this book for my son, who seemed to have problems coming to terms with the loss of his father. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is grieving for the loss of a loved one. Like the author said, each person grieves differently and at a different pace, this book would help put everything into perspective and hopefully one would arrive at the acceptance stage eventually.
