This book was such a rollercoaster ride of emotions (as cliché as that sounds 🫢)

I found the plot to be unique and loved the character development between the two leads. There were so many secrets that were unravelled which just had me hooked wanting more and more and more(:

The only criticism I have is the lack of detail about the surroundings as in other characters, most of the book was heavily concentrated on the main characters which is understandable. However I personally find joy in the small details, it’s why I prefer books over movies.

I don’t want to go into too much detail about the book cos I personally hate spoilers! But I have to say this is one of those books for me that I wish I could read again for the first time 💗

I will say that Saint definitely possessed a degrading kink and I ate every single scene and left no crumbs. I loved how Marie played with the idea of dangling the bait in front of the enemies faces and nobody knew. Reyna was a boss and I loved that she owned each scene however, think the book would of been better if he wasn’t able to get his hands on her so quickly, potential for slow burn in this book.

The book was good! Loved the plot! Loved the character development! Although, I would’ve loved to see a bit more groveling on Saints side. But I think he made it up for everything in the end!
