As a male prostitute in the slums, Je-oh is at the bottom of the social hierarchy. A pawn among pawns. Sure, he's tried to break away, but each attempt has only left him with more wounds. Until one day, he gets rescued...by a serial killer who kidnaps him along with his pimp. The killer, Seong-rok, is on a mission for his lover, a former prostitute plotting to turn the tables. Why he rescued Je-oh is unclear, but a slick-talking manwhore was definitely not part of anyone's plan. Regardless, Je-oh is no ordinary pawn. Now that he has entered the game, he will use every trick up his sleeve—or in his pants—to get revenge.

Ok so this kinda ate.
It's reminiscent of both blind play and killing stalking but Je-oh is a badass and Seong-rok isn't a delusional psychopath. This is also more of a romance than both of those.

It was a good little void filler whilst I wait for ghost nocturne to return

killing stalking but not fucked up au. we're not stalking anyone, we're only killing bad guys. there's some consensual kidnapping (the ever relevant fantasy of being kidnapped by a hot hitman instead of having to go to work👌). surprisingly non-problematic despite the setting and almost woke by bl manhwa standards - perfect if you want something edgy and gritty but not dark or taboo. the main character actually has a personality. the plot is interesting and there's a good plot-romance balance. love the evil ladyboss. actually, this makes me pretty excited for the future of fucked up bl manhwa genre😌

En emisión. Fin de temporada dos. Capitulo 57

Lo primero que voy a decir de este manhwa es que fácil entra en la lista de gustos culposos. Cuando leí la sinopsis le tuve miedo, pero lo hermoso de los dibujos me ganó.

¡Y estoy contenta que eso haya ocurrido! No me esperé que esto me gustara TANTO. No solo es porque el arte es bellísimo, también por los dos protagonistas que, a mi parecer, son espectaculares. Sus personalidades me gustan, en especial la de Jeoh, y siento que aún cuando han hecho cosas malas merecen ser felices debido a todo lo malo que han pasado.

También la trama es interesante y me atrapó por completo, tiene sus toques de misterio y policial que así como me encanta me tiene al borde del miedo esperando que nada malo le pase a Seongrok y a Jeoh.

Espero actualicen pronto, no quiero dejar esto en el olvido.

Mi parte racional dándole un 4/5: a ver, está genial? Lo está, pero el principio se me hizo un poco abrupto y confuso, hay personajes que me sobraban (la mayoría me ha caído más bien mal), y momentos de tensión "raros". No merece un 5/5.

okay TENGO TANTAS COSAS BUENAS QUE DECIR, primero me encanto el plot la verdad usualmente son aburridos o dan mil vueltas, amo amo a los protagonistas puedo SENTIR su AMOR y la forma en que me hicieron estar de lado del detective y los criminales al mismo tiempo this is GOOD WRITING aunque si tiene ciertas cosas que me parecen medio sin sentido me gusto me gusto y la tercera temp la verdad lo poco que leí me da la impresión que no me va a gustar mucho pero bueno ya veremos

I like BL stories but this hits different it is like "Killing Stalking" vibes but here, we have a cunning Bottom (Je-oh) and a murderer (Seong Rok) but no Swinging of Bat...

this is a twisty story tho, the truth is I came here for the You-know-what scene but ending up loving the whole story, I can't wait to know how everything will turn out, I hope no one will become ash or something.

Wow! Was für ein toller Auftakt! Schon bei der Ankündigung hat mich dieser Titel mega interessiert, sodass ich die ersten Panels auf Englisch gelesen habe. Danach stand fest, dass ich mir die dt. Ausgabe holen muss! Die Handlungen sind moralisch absolut verwerflich, aber sie reizen mich und machen alles so viel spannender. Ich bleibe ihr definitiv am Ball

So far, this has been full of twists and turns in terms of plot. I don't think this is a love story or that the two main characters will have a happy ending. I believe it's interesting to watch these characters' actions as well as how they interact with each other. Je-oh has quickly become my favorite character. I love how petty he has been as well as making decisions I wasn't expecting him to take. I look forward to seeing more of this type of behavior from him. In terms of Seong-rok, I don't find him as interesting. I felt as if his whole backstory and motivation were revealed a little too early. I'm choosing to believe that this was done so that we can explore his new motivations in season 2.

I can't really say that I would recommend this manga. I don't feel as though I will keep reading if it goes longer than two or three seasons. Considering how fast-paced certain parts of the plot are, adding on more would feel as if they were prolonging the end of the series. I am sure there are people who disagree, but this is just my personal opinion.

The Pwan‘s Revenge war ein Titel dem ich gleichsam neugierig und skeptisch gegenüber stand.

Und ich muss gestehen, dass ich positiv überrascht bin, wie sehr mich diese düstere, beklemmende und derbe Geschichte mitgerissen hat.

Der Protagonist Je-oh verkauft seinen Körper, um die Schulden seines Vaters abzubezahlen. Reiner Überlebenswille lässt ihn durchhalten. Als er entführt wird, scheint er eine Chance auf Veränderung zu wittern.
Sein Charakter ist kaputt und das zeichnet sich auch in den Gesichtsausdrücken wieder.

Allgemein schafft es die Zeichnerin die Atmosphäre und Emotionen der Charaktere hervorragend in Szene zu setzen.

Der erste Band wirft tonnenweise Fragen auf. Aber so geschickt, dass die Spannung beim Lesen immer weiter anstieg und ich nun ganz hibbelig auf den zweiten Band warte.

Wer mit (sexualisierter) Gewalt und einer Stockholm Syndrom Thematik nicht zurechtkommt, sollte jedoch einen großen Bogen hierum machen.

Exceeded my expectations. Je-oh, you are a one hell power bottom! I'm lying if I say I came for the smut but the plot made me stay. I will do a longer review if the manhwa will finally ends.
