Saving Anderson Book Three

Loving her isn’t the risk. Losing her would be.

Desperate to prove himself and save his company, Barry knows what he needs to do. The consultant that stormed out of his office has gotten under his skin. Her beauty was one thing, but she openly challenged him and now he couldn’t get her out of his head. She was a talented fixer and that was exactly what his company needed. But that wasn’t all he needed. He needed her.

What a jackass. Natasha was furious with the arrogant Barry Anderson. She knew what she brought to the table and he had completely looked past her skills and had focused on her physical appearance. She had worked hard to earn her reputation and was convinced she could help Anderson Corporation. The one thing that stuck in her mind was how attracted she was to Barry. He was certainly not her type but the image of his rugged good looks and confidence had a hold on her.
Drawn to each other, can they look past first impressions and remain professional? Or is romance in their future?

Saving Anderson Book Three is the third book in the steamy CEO and assistant instalove series, starring a grumpy billionaire CEO and the consultant who shatters his walls–and his rigid control. HEA is guaranteed!

Preparations for the Lawsuit Defense . . .

Natasha Lucas is the consultant helping CEO Barry Anderson save his company. She is not intimidated by him and will meet him head-to-head on any issue, and that challenge calls to him. Now they were at a restaurant reviewing the issue with Loomo Enterprises, a huge automobile company. As part of his toy line, Barry wanted to create a trendy kid’s sports car they could drive. He contacted Cheng Delung, a popular kid’s car inventor, who hired a designer to create what Barry envisioned for the detailed design. The test run was a huge success, but then Loomo contacted him about a lawsuit. Barry was sure that Delung and the designer had known the design they picked was already trademarked, but he had “disappeared” and could not be contacted. Barry realized he had been conned.

Natasha discussed her hunch with Barry about this lawsuit. Loomo is ruthless and will want to sue them for everything, then buy Barry’s company and proceed with his plan themselves. So they needed to find loopholes in the case with his company lawyer and could all meet here again. When Barry pointed to the restaurant windows at the 5 paparazzi taking their pictures already, she realized why he said they could not meet the lawyer here as she had suggested.

Starting her in depth research, Natasha felt something about the car company seemed “off” and she was determined to find it. The company had been outstanding a decade ago. But with electric cars becoming popular, their profit margin was dropping. She believes their ulterior motive is to take over Barry’s company, stripping it of all its assets and when it heads toward bankruptcy, take it over. She needed his input now, asking what he would do to combat this. As her empty stomach made a growl, he ordered her to accompany him to a restaurant for lunch. But when the waitress showed flirted and leaned against him, Natasha found herself in a rage, jealous over him, and feeling stupid that she ever thought he was interested in her. He’s a player, she knew that, and she was just another toy for him, and she watched as the waitress gave him her phone number and swayed her hips as she walked away. But as Natasha looked up, she saw Barry was looking only at her. She would have to remember that Barry was someone who belonged to everyone and no one. He was not for her.

Barry told Natasha he had to go to Peru for a month. But he wants her to go with him to continue to work on this. She refused, but he reminded her he paid for her time and the company is top priority right now. He is ready to take them on. And he wants her beside him. While in Peru will Natasha confess her feelings for him? Will this interfere with their working relationship at this crucial time in the lawsuit preparation?

The story is getting good, and we’re learning more about the company and what the problems are, and the relevance of them. My only issue with this book is that Natasha went straight from watching him flirt with a waitress and feeling stupid to giving in and kissing him, and I didn’t feel like she would have done that. I feel like her character is at least a bit stronger than that, after all her internal monologue about him being a player. Well, I guess we’ll have to see where this goes in the next book.
Overall, I enjoyed this third installment of this novella series.

5 ⭐️s= Perfect story, exciting, engrossing, well developed complex characters, solid plot with few to no holes, descriptive environments and place settings, great mystery elements, realistic dialogue, believable reactions and behaviors, loved this story so much I’d buy it.

4 ⭐️s= Great story, highly entertaining and enjoyable, exciting storyline, well developed characters and settings, a few discrepancies but nothing that can’t be overlooked. Believable actions and reactions, realistic dialogue, a book I would consider buying.

3 ⭐️s= Good but not great story, noticeable discrepancies, grammatical and or spelling errors, undeveloped characters or unbelievable behaviors but still readable. Nothing majorly wrong with the story, just not interesting enough for me to continue. Would not buy the book.

2 ⭐️s= Not offended by the story, but not interested enough to finish. Unbelievable characters, poor writing, many mistakes, big holes or discrepancies, many spelling or grammatical errors, characters not believable, unlikeable or TSTL.

1 ⭐️= Offensive, extremely poor writing, horrible characters, victimization, gaslighting, blatant abuse, unnecessary violence, child endangerment, or any other highly objectionable behaviors by Main characters. Would never buy this book, and do not recommend it to anyone.

This is book three of the Billionaire Bad Boys series each book connects to the previous with a sexy billionaire and the women they never thought would bring them to their knees rendering them and all their billions powerless. Barry sexy as all get out billionaire who is a grump on best days, thinks he is a gift to all women use to getting his way each/every time however, he has found he needs help, and he only wants it from the one women with the ability to save his company. Natasha a consultant who is really great at her job can’t believe the owner of the company he is such an arrogant jerk for him to question her abilities is just crazy especially when she knows her worth but what makes her even madder is the fact all he could see was her physical attributes now putting that all aside the attraction is was intense from the moment they met although, neither was willing to admit it yet neither can stay away from each other but they say never judge a book by is cover and her first impression are everything but will she give him a chance to show her who he really is, the grit he is made of, will he understand why she wants to be seen by her qualifications to each job, will they save his company, and where are they headed patiently waiting for the next book 😊.

They did not hit it off right away, they were attracted to each other but were put off by the other. This is a quick read, and a continuation of the story in the other books. So far I like it. The characters are good and we are learning more about the company and the characters. This is a very entertaining story and I cannot wait to read the rest of the story.
