This is the final showdown between Raven and Kieran of The Dire Blackwood Pack. Kieran has really lost it and is so obsessed with Raven that he lost touch with reality. Raven knows she has to kill him or the pack will never be safe. She needs to be able to close the rift between the shadow world and our world. Lucky for Raven and her men that Cody has realized how crazy Kieran has become and he helps her to do what must be done. Raven is so strong for everything she has been through and she knows if she doesn’t succeed her triplets will never be safe as they have a destiny to fulfill as well. This being the final book is so full of action, adventure and just so much emotion. I was sad to see this series end.

The conclusion to Raven’s story is one of epic proportions. It’s action packed and a fight to the end. I enjoyed the storyline and the characters. Raven is a sassy FMC, her mates are awesome, and I’m sad to see it come to an end.

In dire consequences. I absolutely didn’t want to start the book at first because I was mistakenly thinking that the series could not get better after book 2, dire consequences.
The author self-proclaims that this series shows her writing process start at “ohh” bleh through the 3 book series ending in “OHHHHHH!!!!!”
I WAS WRONG. Sooo very very wrong and I admit it.
The third book is equally as good as book two, in its own right.
The justice that Raven seeks and obtains is everything I wanted her to find in the second book.
The humor and heartfelt love and emotions the characters are
exactly what the reader seeks in every book is absolute perfection and exquisitely written and portrayed.
Kudos to the author. I will forever recommend her books, and her as a person and author, no questions asked. I cannot wait to support her career and show her works to other readers to make others fall in love with her books and characters.
I absolutely understand now why readers insisted micca Michaels not rewrite the series. I love it as is and agree with the people who have read it already.

Holy Mother Ireland!
In this, the final instalment of Micca Michael's Dire Secrets series, we are strapped in and sent on a rollercoaster ride filled with peaks and valleys, and surprising twists and tangents.
Not only are we introduced to a whole new set of people with their own stories (hello, Hot Sulphur Springs, you're next on my reading list!), but the final image of the story Micca Michaels began to weave in book one is revealed in all its glory - a kaleidoscope of shimmering colours, with stars gleaming from the dark spaces in-between.
For those wishing to see justice served, and the villains, who have regressed and lost their grip on sanity as the story unfolded, to reap the rewards of their actions? Well, this book isn't called Dire Consequences for nothing.
This series made me laugh out loud at times, and bite my nails at others, yet through it all, I kept my composure...until the end of this one. When Raven finally faces the true extent of her loss, I broke, and I don't break easily.
Damn you, Micca Michaels, you almost made me ugly-cry. Thank you.
Also, I can't wait to see what Jack's story has in store for us. I just know that karma is coming for her, and I'll happily sit back with Raven and laugh at the insanity.

Dire Consequences is the final book in Raven Sullivan's story. It's time to help out a few friends, fight the bad guys, and fulfill Raven's destiny. With her mates and pack by her side, Raven is more than ready for the Blackwood Dire's alpha to face the consequences of attacking her family.
Micca is what I consider still a newbie in the writing world, Dire Consequences is only her third solo book so I'm giving her a little leeway. There were some issues like with repetitiveness, and the story needing to be filled out a little better but other than that it was a good story, with some awesome key elements.
The varying supernaturals, lots of magic, the packs, and the mysterious elders all contribute to the story. Even with some of the logistics a little off, I loved reading from so many perspectives. My favorite part was how this series is integrated with the Hot Sulphur Springs duology my Micca and Tami. I loved seeing familiar characters, seeing the story from a different group's perspective, and getting entirely new facts.
The Double Raven's story might have wrapped up with Dire Consequences but I have a feeling readers will be seeing the group again. Looks like it's Raven's bestie, Jack, turn to fulfill her destiny in Micca's upcoming book, Savage Tempest.

In this conclusion to Dire trilogy, Ms Michaels certainly gives us what we’ve been all been craving- the end to Alpha Kieran and his pack. He’s been out to get Rave, and then her babies through out the first 2 books. The world is interesting, with rare shifters and magic. I like the scene set ups and the back stories that are developed are interesting. However, with so many POVs, we didn’t get to know the characters as in depth as I would have liked, and I didn’t feel like we really got to see a strong mate bond between her and her mates. Things moved really fast and seemed to be rinse and repeat with each of her mates. All in all a satisfying end to the story, with a clear move to a beginning of the next chapter with Jack and her mates. I give this story a 3.6 because Alpha Kieran got his just rewards for his idiocy which was satisfying.

What a fabulous ending that was also a very sneaky introduction/ continuation of other characters stories who could now easily have their own book or books in this universe.
I did love how this book seemed to tie everything up nicely for raven and how the themes of family both by blood and choice run throughout the whole series.
I would love to see a book set in the future with the khaos triplets are growing up/grown up and any more potential children raven will have along with Jacks
Very easy to read and get sucked into brilliant escapism. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole series and recommend them.

This is the last book in the dire secrets series. It's filled with action and drama! It is very fast paced, I feel the ending could of been better though. Raven and her guys have an okay connection but I feel it could be better, their isn't that many I love you's etc so their is not much love their. And one thing I didn't like was that she just said what the babies were being called and the guys just went with it, their was no real conversation about it.
I did love that alpha Kieran and his followers finally got their comeuppance.
At the end we get a glimpse of Ravens best friend Jack's book, which I think is going to be a really good series!
Overall a good read.

Not bad on the whole
This is the final book in Raven’s story and picks up where the last book left off.
I enjoyed this book and it was good to see the end of Raven’s story arc though I will admit I was a little disappointed with the ending as it almost just stops. It is clearly going to lead into another series, this time focusing on Jack but it does make for an unsatisfactory ending.

Such a great read. Finally everything that has happened to Raven will be dealt with. We finally get to see her deal with the crazy Alpha who would stop at nothing to get his hands on her. We see her and her mates bond grow deeper. Also, we get more from Jack and her mates and that's a story I can't wait to read. The Rialdi brothers also get more story time and I'd love to have more of their continuing story too. Definitely a must read and can't wait for more.

The final in Michaels' Dire Secrets series and what a conclusion this is! An absolute beautiful read that is sure to thrill and delight from the very start! Full of adventure and amazing characters (double raven and unique shifters) made this paranormal read. Fantastic storyline with great flow. After reading books 1 and 2 I couldn't put this book down! Loved this read but hated to see it end!

Wow lots of big things happen. It’s the final showdown. I love the pregnancy and babies story line. Wish we could see more of this one day!
There is a lot going on and multiple POV’s can be a lot but the author keeps it very clear. The powers Raven manifests are amazing! I love how strong a bad@&& she is. She is a strong character and Jack is coming up as a very strong one as well.
I love how the author wraps up all the storylines at the end. Spoiler…….HEA.

Another great book in the series! Fast paced with lots of action, strengthening bonds and revelations. With a strong, sassy FMC and a great team of guys, this book does not disappoint. Also in this book, Raven's sister Jack and her mates (from a previous related series in the same world) are an important part of the story incorporating another strong FMC and her group of mates. All in all, if you've enjoyed the first two books in the series, you don't want to miss this one!

This was the last book and what a wild ride. Things really come to head, plenty of action drama, twists and turns, an emotional rollercoaster that kept me wholly entertained to the last page. This has been a fantastic series with so much growth and development as the story progresses. These characters are great, the world building was awesome and the plot was nice and thick. A very enjoyable, well paced series and I am excited for more from this authour!

Oh boy. This book packs some huge action, both steamy and war. The final showdown between Raven and Kieren happens. He gets what he deserves. Raven finds new powers. She and her mates continue to bond and grow closer. They also bond with their triplets. They are becoming amazing parents. Jack finds a few of her mates during this book. I love how all the worlds connect that Micca writes about. It is amazing.

One of my favourite books this year.
I have loved this series and the spin off series she co wrote with another author. I could not wait for the release of this book and was not disappointed. I loved the premise, the story and the execution of the book, and I also loved not only the character development but also the authors development through the books. Definitely one to re read.

Let me start this off by prefacing I read the first two before the re-edit and re-release. Micca…you have completely outdone yourself. These books are absolutely amazing. The characters are fantastic. I love the story line. The double raven. The rare shifters. I am extremely excited to read more about Jack and…them…lol. Absolutely amazing!

Wow, this was an awesome read that grabbed me and kept me reading until the last page. It moved along at a pace which was perfect for the flow of the story. You will love these characters and you want to see them achieve what they set out to do. This book is a must read that needs to be on your TBR list, no doubt about it.

What a ride this series was. The first two books updated and now the showdown in this book! I love how Micca wrote the caracters and the story slowly unfolding and yes this sets the base for Hot Sulphur Springs too. It also is clear this is an epic finale as the title is dire consequences and yes evil pays for sure. Great ending!

Raven is a mom now, and you better believe her and her mates will do everything in their power to protect their babies! Between all of the action leading up to the epic showdown and the sweet and steamy moments between Raven and her men, Dire Consequences was an epic conclusion to this series. I look forward to reading more adventures from this world!

Fantastic finale!
Micca Michaels gives us a fantastic finale to this series! The story of Raven and her mates as well as Jack and her mates is beautifully written with complex characters and plot twists that keep you turning pages throughout. I loved reading this story and highly recommend it. Don't miss out!!

If you enjoyed the first two books in the series you will definitely love this one! It is action packed, fast paced, and full of answers to the lingering questions. This book includes Jack and her mates a lot and sets up a series about Jack for the future. My only issue is that the ending felt a tad sudden, but I do understand because the author is prepping for the next series.

I really enjoyed the story. It was fast paced and kept me entertained the entire time. Raven gets a kickass confrontation which I loved and there was a lot of action. The multiple PoVs made it even better and I didn’t want to stop reading. The ending made me very happy. This is a great series and well worth the read.

I love this step in Ravens journey. Seeing her grow with the guys and learning more about them. Seeing some of the hurt settled and trauma put to bed. But also finding out more about Jack and the men who will surround her in happiness looking forward to what happens next

Excellent finale to the series. Everything you want to see in a conclusion to a series. Wonderful characters and happy ever after. Full of drama and action with plenty of steam. Loved this series and hope to see some spin-offs. Definitely recommend.

This book will give you closer for Raven and her mens journeys. We get to see her grow as a unit with them and her babies but this book also gives you more into Jacks story and what else is to come. Can't wait for more.

This is the final book in the Dire Secrets series. You will find this book will not dissapoint in its conclusion to this series. Raven will find her purpose and fulfill her destiny and the bonds wirh her mates only grows. So much happens in this book you will not be able to put it down.
