This is my first book by this author and though there were some minor proofreading problems l really enjoyed the story overall.

Ivy and Aiden had good chemistry. At first Aiden was so formal but when he finally let go, he was HOT 🥵 I’m a big sucker for the formal veneer on a dominating man and this delicious story delivered. The plot wasn’t all that involved but it allowed for the focus to be on the present development.

I am definitely going to read more from this author. The spice was just 🤌🏼. Exactly what I needed to escape for a bit.

I love Mahi’s books and I was really excited to start reading her new series!! This was a short book but I loved Ivy and Aiden, we met them in her previous books so I was dying to read their story and it captivated me from the beginning.

Aiden and Ivy had an 11 year difference but their chemistry was off the charts and after a while they finally admitted their feelings for each other. Aiden was very protective of Ivy and she was his best friend’s sister so despite of their attraction he never acted on his feelings until he realized she wanted him too. Their scenes together were very steamy and they really complemented each other. They were amazing together, I loved all of their interactions and how at the end they finally accepted they wanted to be together.

Can’t wait to read more of this new series and read about Mia and James next.

This was a cute, quick story with steamy scenes I absolutely loved. I loved the age gap trope, the brother's best friend trope, and the therapist/patient trope. Aiden's dom side was completely perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I do wish there was more substance to Ivy, as I felt she was very whiny and overall didn't add much value to the story.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few spelling/grammar errors, as well as unexplained shifts in content, that got in the way of me really enjoying this to it's full potential. Because of that, I've knocked off a star.

This was a really short but super steamy read. I was drawn into the story and I liked both Aiden and Ivy. The story also contained a little bit of kink that made it even more hotter. This is the first story that I've read by Mahi Mistry but I am definitley going to check out her others, especially 'Tempting Rebel Princess' since both Zara and Hayden are in this book and I want to read their stories as well. Super steamy and enjoyable read. I received a review copy of this book and am leaving a voluntary honest review.

The concept for this book wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t executed well.
The book was far too short, and far too superficial with content that needed to go in depth being just brushed over.
And also to be honest the reason this is such a low rating for me is because as well there were so many grammatical, and spelling errors, and just the completely wrong words being used in this book. It made the reading experience really unenjoyable for me.
This was not an arc or anything that I received, this is a published book on kindle unlimited, and I just don’t think it’s justifiable that this badly an edited book has been published

I loved this book!! I was surprised that it was an offshoot of her other series but you don't need to read it to enjoy this one. The heat between Ivy and Aiden was intense but it was their friendship that made it that much better. Can't wait for the next book in the series.

I liked the story, I loved the kink and all the spice, and I really loved Aiden and Ivy's over all story, I just couldn't get past the messy dialog. Sometimes it was like robots talking to one another. Maybe it was just me. Had promise just didn't cross the finish line for me.

Ivy has stayed true to be a good girl by being the best girlfriend, and friend but then she finds out that didn't help her. Ivy's boyfriend and best friend are caught together which of course hurts Ivy. But now she has decided not to be so good and that leads her to her brother best friend who is about 11 year older than her. Enjoyed this book and love Ms. Mistry writing!

I really enjoyed this book. It was short and sweet. And the spice/kink😏 hehe was *chef's kiss*. Aiden and Ivy's chemistry was amazing. And can we talk about Aiden's nickname for Ivy🥹 So damn adorable. I didn't realize that this book was set in the same world as Mahi's other books, but I loved getting to see Zara and Hayden again. They added such a fun vibe to the book when they were on the page. If you like age gap, brother's best friend, and a lot of spice and angst you'll enjoy this book.

Aiden and Ivy are childhood friends. They met when Ivy fell out of a tree at age 6 and Aiden gave her a piggy back ride all the way home. He became friends with Ivy's brother, Hayden, and as time went on they both developed feelings for each other. After breaking up with her boyfriend, Ivy goes to visit her brother. Only to find Aiden staying at the house. Being in such close courters, things are bound to heat up.

There's just one thing other thing I want to mention. Why the fuck would you go to someone you have feelings for, and a strong personal connection to, for therapy?!!! Anyways now that that's off my chest, please check out this book. It was such a fun read.

I thought this was a steamy romance. I really liked both Ivy and Aiden, the twist being Ivy was Aiden’s best friend’s little sister! These two had good chemistry and have secretly liked each other for years,. I thought it was so sweet when it details how they first meet - a totally adorable meet cute!.

This novella is about Ivy and Aiden. Aiden is a therapist and best friends with Ivy's brother. Aiden is also about 11 years older than Ivy. Aiden has always been around but never seen Ivy as a woman, more as a little sister. Ivy has always had a crush on Aiden. Now, Aiden and Ivy are living under the same roof. Aiden is also Ivy's therapist because of her ex. Let me just say, Aiden has too many good lines for me to even quote them but here's a good exchange. "Is that any way to use your mouth in front of me, Petal?" “Do you want to see how I use my mouth, Doctor Aiden?” Aiden is quite the kinky and dominating doctor. One day their attraction pushes the limits of doctor and patients boundaries. Aiden definitely likes to punish liars 😉. I think Ivy craves this form of punishment. Expect lots of spice and forbidden attraction.

As a forbidden romance junkie this book was just my cup of tea. I really enjoyed Aiden and Ivy story and their chemistry was simply electric. In short it is a cute, sweet, fun and spicy romance that is a wonderful way to relax and get your read on. My one complaint is that I wish there had been more of it. I honestly feel there was a whole lot of untapped potential here and I would have loved to go deeper and linger longer with this couple. I am posting an unbiased, unsolicited review.

A great story. I loved the sizzle between Aiden and Ivy. They were so hot together and the domination was a turn on. I'm glad that her brother was so understanding. ;) This is the first book I've read by this author and I enjoyed it. I can't wait to read more of her books.

The book is pretty short and quick to get through.
I don’t mind short reads, but some parts kinda seemed like big skips from events and I felt like the transitions could of been smoother? This story could of had loads of potential but fell a bit flat for my liking. There’s a decent amount of spice. I think the spice saved it from being a 2.

This was a quick read for me. I wanted something to read that wouldn't take too long, just something to pass an hour or so, this book did the trick. It was spicy, had a good story and the characters had chemistry.

Though there is an age gap happening, it was not too bad, but the domineering side of Aiden was hot.

Overall, a good read to kill a few hours.

I expected a dark romance and got a badly written spicy book. While I don’t mind a book with a lot of spice once in a while this books was just poorly written. There were loads of spelling errors and tje flow of the book was not there, just a rushed quick book that felt like I was reading a Wattpad book from 10 years ago.

This was one of the worst books I’ve ever read. Firstly, it’s incredibly short so consider it more like a novella. Secondly, the grammar mistakes and disjointed narration is really distracting. There is no real evolution of characters or plot.

If you like poorly written BDSM, this might be the one for you.
