Noticed lots of copyediting issues in the interviews/backgrounds which makes me concerned for the recipe accuracy. If a reference to another section says "see page XXX" instead of actually having numbers in place of the Xs then I'm nervous the measurements in the recipes are incorrect.

That being said, usually those are different people or parts of editing and from just looking at a few they do seem accurate. For now I'm going with four stars because I really do like the content of the book and the design, but if we make any and I determine there are errors then I'll probably edit this.

I thoroughly enjoyed all the local stories, but every recipe calls for one or two specialty ingredients.
