Question. If he says that he has never been kissed before and that the herione is his first kiss, does that necessarily mean he is a virgin? This is a cute book, although I wish that the relationship was more developed. I would have loved to read about them when they were at the masquerade ball, but the authors only referenced it. The fmc was a bit too naive at the beginning and the mmc shouldn't have waited so long to pursue the relationship, but they were so sweet together, especially when they joked around with each other.

FYI: The Andora Royalty series (four books total) is best read in order. If read out of order, or by themselves, the reader will get the feeling of being dropped into the middle of a book and be lost.


Secrets and the Bride, Book 2 of the Andora Royalty series, was about Cillian Flores, the older brother of Amelia from Book 1, and Glenda Andora, the younger sister of Prince Felipe, also from Book 1.
Cillian, who had been injured in an accident several years before the series started, had all but withdrawn from society due to the scars on his face. He was tired of the stares and the gossip, and the fact that nearly every woman he had ever been interested in, no longer wanted to be seen with him in public. However, Cillian had fallen in love with Glenda but never showed her his feelings.
Glenda was a bit of a recluse herself. She preferred staying in her room and reading to going out in public. She knew there would come a time when her parents arranged a much unwanted marriage on her, and that she would have little choice but to do their bidding.
These two main characters had attended the same charity function as the Hero and Heroine from Book 1, where they danced once together. Since it had been a masked ball, neither thought the other had been recognized.
This story began with the wedding of the couple from the previous book, and it moved at a pretty fast pace after that. There was more conflict in this story than its predecessor, and it had more angst and drama. But it also had more humor
I couldn't give the story more than a three-and-a-half-star rating, mainly because it went so fast that it ended quite abruptly and didn't even include an epilogue. It just left the reader hanging and feeling like there were too many issues unresolved.

Glenda is Felipe’s sister and Cillian is Amelia’s brother. Forbidden, I think just a little cuz she’s going to get married to Travis in a ploy for her family get money and save their family company. I enjoyed Cillian and Glenda's story. It reminded me of two fairy tales in a mash up. Glenda's parents were horrible and treated her like a property. They kept her away from people and in doing so, Glenda learned to enjoy being by herself. Weird, I got all that from a relatively short story. Anyway, Glenda always was attracted to Cillian and vice versa but neither knew of the other's feelings.
