Unbound: poems on womanhood

Rate this book
A deep, raw reflection of self. Chelsea Fulton's debut collection of poetry dives into the journey of womanhood through a painfully honest lens - drawing on her own experiences in trauma, reckoning, self love, and more. She speaks to the harsh realities women face in today's society, the hurt and healing found in love, the unending grief in loss, and the impact of our uniquely human need to assign worth to ourselves and everything around us. Unbound offers readers what the clearest mirrors do: a reflection of our most profound beauty, flaws, fears, and hopes.

First of all, I have always loved poetry and have many poetry books. Unbound Poems on Womanhood ranks as one of my favorites. This collection stirs so many emotions in me, and that is due to the incredible writing. Insightful. Honest. Personal. Each page amazes me and I have to close my eyes and dwell on the lines before I move on,,, Chelsea is beyond talented. She has found her calling. Her understanding of womens hearts, minds, and issues is reflected in each poem.

This collection is brave, enlightened, and “unbound”.
I loved every page.
