Ariel agrees to be Porter's fake girlfriend for his sister's wedding. The billionaire has her sign a contract and one of the stipulations was no sex. Kissing is fine, until he finds her hidden toy in her bag. Now she can only use it when he can watch her. What can possibly go wrong there?
This was a fun, steamy story that has its moments of sweet and spicy. Ariel and Hunter have a little unusual relationship, but it works pretty well for them. The add in of Ariel's surprise toy was an interesting way to get them to interact more.
I felt like the actual contract portion of the plot was a little overplayed and unnecessary. It seemed like the author could have come up with a better alternative to getting the two together.

This was a fun, steamy story that has its moments of sweet and spicy. Ariel and Hunter have a little unusual relationship, but it works pretty well for them. The add in of Ariel's surprise toy was an interesting way to get them to interact more.

Could have been a great book
I don't usually bother with books with a 4 star or less rating. However, when I read the reviews to find out why, so many were that they " loved this book" yet only have it 4 starts with no explanation. So, I figured I'd give it a try anyway. I now know why.
Though the plot is one that is much too common, this novella could've be a great novel in the Fake BF/GF genre. The basis is there, but it never got its filling. With more work, this novella would be great. It has so much that should have been expanded upon. I love the curvy girl meets millionaire hotty and HEA follows! Yet, I was left with a hunger for more info and more to the story.
I removed an extra star due to the lack of editing that was evident in the very first pages when an entire paragraph is duplicated. This missing critical element of publishing a book, remained obvious throughout the book with missing words, wrong words, added or missing quotation marks, among several other glaring errors.
Bottom line... It's worth a read if you can ignore the errors and want a quick read. Just know you'll be left with a deep hunger for the rest of the story.

A quick and steamy read.
It’s Porter’s turn in this novella and he is swoonworthy as the MMC who finds his person after putting an ad on a site for people to be another’s holidate. Ariel is my girl. She’s an FMC that I wish was shown more - curvy. Totally relatable as someone who is positive but has their insecurities.
Loved reading Porter and Ariel’s story. Do wish it was longer since there was some areas that could have been explored.

Meeting through the Holidates app, it should have been a simple contract where they both get what they want. What they didn't expect, was their instant attraction to each other.
I loved reading Porter and Ariel's story. How they toed the line of their contract while navigating their instant connection.
This was such a great follow up to Blue Collar Christmas!

On a new holidates app. They set a bath and draw a new contact. No $ex. It’s ok do she knows she’s not his type. Wrong she’s everything he has always wanted. Some misunderstanding on both their part they break up. He finds out the truth and he makes her dream come true. Love love this book. Big girls are the best !!

This book is a novella, so it was a quick read. Though it was short in length, it was certainly not short on humor and steamy sex.
I love that this author writes main character curvy girls. It makes the story more relatable to me. Her characters are smart, sexy and funny.

A cute, quick and a bit steamy story. Porter is in need of a date to bring to his sister's destination wedding and Ariel needs pictures from exotic beaches to land a modeling job. Love it. Great story and wonderful characters.

A business deal with explicit rules. The rules were not broken, but they were stretched. Porter and Ariel have one week, it's a hot week, just the right amount of angst. I enjoyed this read.

Great way to start the day coffee and spicy book🥵 Porter needs a fake girlfriend and Ariel needs a way to get to a tropical location. This was the perfect insta-love with a strong successful curvy girl and sexy future CEO💕 I loved their story and I look forward to Dolly and Ford’s story.

I enjoyed Porter and Ariel's story. I especially enjoyed Ariel's character. Though I think a caveat with novellas is that the story is not fully fleshed out or developed. And I wished their story is more developed. But I think it's still a decent read.

Absolutely could not put it down!
I read this in less than 2 hours and it made me laugh until my sides hurt. I consistently am surprised by D. Lilac. I recommend her not only on Amazon and Gooodreads but Instagram and TikTok as well. It's 100% fantastic!

I absolutely loved this book. If you need a quick read and want to smile by the end definitely read this book. I really need to find me a man that loves all my curves like Porter does Ariel. I love that we got to read about Dolly and Ford.
