Amber Allen was told to stay away from Noah Dalton. She didn’t listen. Maybe she should have. Noah meets Amber while shopping at Macy’s. He feels an instant attraction and asks her out. They hit it off and things move fast. They’re in love, and he is going to ask her to marry him She will say yes, of course, or would if she didn’t receive the text message and see the photos. Now Amber never wants to see him again, so she packs her things and leaves. And she does it without telling him she’s pregnant. It’s a happily ever after billionaire romance that’s exciting and fun. A story you should probably read right now.
This was okay. I do think at the beginning there were some consistency errors and editing issues but it was a good story. He had a totally delusional.woman chasing him and even.though there was nothing ever between them, she went all bunny boiler on the heroine and posted lies about her and the hero. she also sent incriminating photos of her in the heroes bedroom. It broke the heroines heart and she ran.without verifying and just a bunch of miscommunication and interfering people. No.cheating.so that is good. I.will read this author again.
Basic. That’s the word I would use for this book. It was not horrible, but wasn’t great. It had that Wattpad feeling. I’m finding a pattern with this author’s books. Very novella-like, skims over issues leaving no real answers. I plan on reading a few more and hope they evolve.
It was fine, could’ve been better. Started strong and ended poorly.
I really liked the beginning of this book. Half through everything spiraled and things just started to be thrown at us. It didn’t make sense and it was honestly too much. Farrah went so far and quickly, and then it was so easily wrapped up and she never made another peep?? Who let her into the apartment?? What was happening with their phones?? Why couldn’t they contact each other? What was going on?? Why did Bobby do all that?? Did she ever get her dream job back?! The first part is so detailed and the second part is just random stuff thrown at the wall to see what sticks.
It was fine, could’ve been better. Started strong and ended poorly.
This would have been a really nice book the story line had a nice ring, but this was one of the most impersonal books I have ever read. It almost seems like the writer rushed through it ...not a fan... The characters were nice but even the few encounters they had were rushed and impersonal.. the book and characters felt stiff .. the female virgin goes to town on the 2nd date.. he knows she wont take handouts but she accepts it eagerly .. no this was just really dissapointing
Noah is our ML and Amber is our FL. They meet in Macy’s when he’s looking for a birthday present for his mother. Amber helps him out and that’s the start of their relationship.
There’s some fairly serious OW drama from Farrah Connor — I think that’s her name. Her mother and Noah’s are close friends. Farrah pretty much turns into a crazy stalker and she really harasses Amber.
KU read, and there are roughly 6 books in the series. One sister and four more brothers, I think. There are a LOT of them…
A cute and easy read. Noah is a bit bored by life. His life is a dream but there are a lot of fake people. Whilst looking for a gift for his mother, he meets the down-to-earth Amber. They both are attracted to each other. Amber is worried because Noah is wealthy. There is a little drama from a past hookup named Farrah. There is a happy ending. Read On!
Amber and Noah meet when he goes to Macy's to look for a birthday present foe his mom.he He's instantly smitten. He needs her in his life. Amber feels the instant chemistry. They become a couple and are happy, until Amber receives a text and can't get a hold of Noah, he's on a business trip. She receives another text. She's heartbroken, she leaves, she goes back home. Will Noah and Amber get their happy ever after?? Definitely Recommend
The writing was stilted. There was no depth to the characters, and the interactions were so ridiculously stiff that it took everything in me to finish this book. I don't mind novellas. I actually like them, but most authors try for a little depth to their characters, but everything was missing in this book. There was no deep connection at all. It's a shame, really, because it could have been a great read.
This book really could have gone into more detail and a longer time frame cause the gist of this was a good book but because of how fast it was I got more annoyed with the FMC than I felt I really should have been. There were a few confusing points and I don’t like how the conversations are written either.
This beautiful love story about Amber and Noah was so cute and sweet! I loved their meet-cute at Macy’s and how they handled their trials together which ended in beautiful HEA.💕💘
It’s a cute romance story. I didn’t like it too much I feel like everything was very rushed I feel like it could have been so much more. But it is a cute little romance story with a cliche happy ending I guess I just expected more from it.
Love this family already, such supportive siblings. Great story with a bit of drama which brought a well deserved ending . The two epilogues ended this well thought out story. Now on to the next book in the series.
Written as if a 15 year old imagines what life is like after binge watching soap operas all day. Why do authors write over the top 'women' hitting on the hot guy? And the 'crazy' OT trope. No thanks.
I really enjoy this authors books and I loved the blurb on this one so I thought I would give it a try...so glad I did. The book was about Noah and Amber. Just a feel good book. There were some ugliness due to jealousy but true love wins!
Very good story. It was a quick read. The characters were good, took a bit to feel any chemistry between them though, it wasn't fiery but felt solid for being together for such a brief time. I love the manipulative, evil, psycho in the story.

This had potential... it was ok. Not very well executed though therefore only 2 stars.
