Good book, but a few really bad typos.

The content of the book was interesting and helpful. However, I noticed some really bad typos so I think the author should go through and check the manuscript.

I recently read Self Esteem: Overcoming Insecurity, Boost Confidence and Enhance Your True Self, and I found it to be a straightforward and encouraging self-help book. The book focuses on understanding the causes of low self-esteem and offers practical advice on building confidence, developing a healthier mindset and overcoming self-doubt. I picked it up because I was interested in learning more about self-esteem and personal development, and I appreciated that the book was easy to read and didn't overwhelm the reader with complicated psychological terminology.

One of the things I liked most about the book was its positive and motivating tone. The author provides practical exercises and suggestions that encourage self-reflection, making it easier to apply the ideas to everyday life. I also appreciated the emphasis on recognising negative thought patterns and replacing them with healthier ones. The advice felt accessible and realistic, which made the book feel helpful rather than overly idealistic. There were several points that encouraged me to think differently about confidence and self-worth.

However, there were a few aspects that didn't work as well for me. Much of the advice felt quite familiar, especially if you have read other self-help books on confidence and personal growth. At times, the concepts were repeated throughout the book, which made certain chapters feel a little repetitive. I also felt that some topics could have been explored in greater depth, as the book occasionally prioritised simplicity over detailed explanation.

Overall, I found Self Esteem: Overcoming Insecurity, Boost Confidence and Enhance Your True Self to be a useful and uplifting read. While it may not offer groundbreaking insights, it provides practical reminders and strategies that can help readers build confidence and develop a healthier relationship with themselves. For me, it was an enjoyable and motivating book that reinforced the importance of self-acceptance and personal growth, even if some of the content felt familiar.

Full of typos and gets worse as you continue(kindle ed.). It reads like a very badly translated script. A lot of it just doesn't make sense due to the errors.
