★★★★★ - “You know you love a series when you hope it’s made into a movie.”

★★★★★ - “Another great story from Matt Rogers. I have read them all (some three times) and I have yet to be disappointed.”

This one really took my breathe away. Slater and King are under siege from parties unknown or are they? What happens in this amazing story calls into question what our heroes believe to be their truths. The things they have accepted as who they are. Now as things hear up and the action flows they are suddenly not sure. I was on the edge of my seat practically holding my breathe til the last page and still wasn’t ready for the turn of events! One of my favs in this series, Rogers is a master story teller and he laid it all out on the line with this one. Kudos!

Slightly different to previous

This time round family is what takes precedence
This time round they are hunted by a very unlikely team, one that shouldn't exist and only does because of Will and Jason's previous adventures
It's still as fast paced as ever and lots of introspection, especially from Will. The ending is inevitable and not as surprising as I think the author wants it to be. The next book will be interesting, I cannot see how the story progresses from here in it's current form

Good characters and story. King and Slater can't have a day's off? A killer with intentions. The boys are back with or without their consent.

When a killer strike, King and Slater have to be in the middle of it or more bodies will continue to show, until no more is acceptable.

A good story with some details off, but a good book no matter what.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Always a good read

I've really enjoyed this series. The books are well written and the characters while flawed always try to do the right thing. While reading "Daggers" it became obvious that the series is winding down. I'm disappointed, but I much prefer it ending to getting so far off the original story that it loses it's identity.

Daggers: A King & Slater Thriller

I would hate to see an end to King and Slater, but all good things must end sometime. Well written and developed probably one of the best stories lately!!

Waiting for the next adventure. Book 16

A good read & entertaining. Appreciate the "continuing " series with familiar characters. Always some good twists and turns although not necessarily overly sophisticated.

Daggers

This is another thriller by Matt Rogers,, in the vein of all the “King and Slater” books. A page turner I. It’s own right. Does time change everything? Only time will tell. But for now, it’s a weighting game.

Incredible

I have followed this duo and their families from the beginning. I love their commitment to and for justice. I’ve agonized and worried about them. This author places the reader in the story. You feel so connected to the characters.
I truly cannot wait for the next installment . My heart broke for will and his family. Please fix this if possible.
