Fallin' For The Biggest Plug of the South

That's right I first wrote my name at the age of two and I've been writing ever since. Growing up I always felt invisible. I suffered from that 'Middle Child Syndrome', so when my voice wasn't heard, I made my own story.
My journal and my pen became my companion. I would write stories where my characters looked like me (thick, tall, and pretty), they loved to read, was educated, and realistic. The older I got the more my imagination grew, which caused my stories to be more diverse.
Becoming an author came about in an unintentional way. I've been through many things in my adult life. My husband, who's my backbone, has always admired my strength. We suffered a devastating loss, our daughter. My husband urged me to tell my story, to be a light for someone else. I took him up on his advice and wrote my pains and truths.
I love weaving stories, touching readers with relatable characters and situations. I give life lessons, unconditional love, dedication, a little crazy, and a whole lot of truth. I have a saying that I live by; 'I don't just write books;I tell stories'.

Could have been better
I tried this author once again and I saw some of the same problems. so many grammatical and shirling errors. To be an author writing about my BBWs, I don't get the degrading discriptions of the characters. If Nova is 5'10 or 11"s and 220 pounds that's one fine ass stallion. But she gave the description like she is huge. The characters were not developed well and I don't know why the author had to keep going back over past conversations. It was just a waste and uneccesary. The book did not follow well for that reason. it was just so many things that didn't make sense to me like you're out on the beach, you say the band started playing and your dancing and then they get busy FINALLY, but you never said that the band left. and then you slept out there all night... really. Then in the epilogue it says a year and a half later and she that Nova has a 6 month old and that she got pregnant the first night.. was she pregnant for over a year? There's just too many things that don't make sense in this book.

As always my girl did again Kendra is my favorite authors I love her story telling she always have something to make you smile ,laugh , cry and wanna fight all in the same book any time I have readers block I always go to her catalog to reread one of my favorite series I really enjoyed this book and meeting the new characters ❤️ my only grievance would be club metro and it's owners I understand that all her stories and characters connect in some way let's just see some new club owners that don't compare to metro cause they have their own style that make them different and offer stuff metro don't to where everybody still winning.. (just a suggestion) lol... but all in all a good book

Smooth
I liked how much of a smooth read this was. It had plenty of errors but it didn't take away from the story. Thorn and Nova just had me at hello because of the passion they shared. I liked the fact that they took their time getting to know each other without distractions. She got to know the real him as him the real her. Zee is definitely the friend we all need. I love her sass as well as her jokes that are not meant to be funny but is. Now I was rooting for Trill but he definitely gonna get what he asking for with the baby mama from hell. I am glad Zee found some peace. Alora and Theo just made me sick for real. Great story and nice cameo from twins at the beginning

boring
The errors are nerve racking! The book was so boring that I was skimming through it to make it to the end trying to force myself to finish reading it. It’s unfortunate what happened to Nova, but if she knew how Theo and Alora treated her, why continue to be around people like that? Especially when she basically held Alora’s career in her hands. It’s like conflicting unnecessary pain on yourself. In the beginning it seemed as if Zee was confident within herself, but as soon as she gave Trill a chance, she melted like butter. She knew how he was and still gave him a chance when he showed her his true colors.

Baby listen to me Alora & Theo got what they deserved you hear me. I’m mad that thrill couldn’t be the man Zee needed because I really wanted them together now he got a baby by that hating hood rat winter.. Big Souf came in and showed nova how a women is suppose to be treated I loved them together. I couldn’t stand Alora from the beginning of the book so glad she was knocked off that high horse of hers and for her to do that to her cousin wow.. they say family be your worst enemy

decent read
This was a decent read and I loved nova and thorn. But honestly I didn’t feel a real connection with them for some reason the chemistry wasn’t there. I loved Zee though and I love how her situation was handled with trill. This story was kind of boring and I ain’t go lie I skipped a looooooot of pages to finish. It was like the storyline was great but it was too many details, and idk what but something was missing. It was like the author gets u to the climax but never fully brings it if that makes since.

Really Good Read
WOW!! This was awesome 🙌🙌 I couldn't put it down... I can't believe how evil this person was... The ex-boyfriend was pathetic... I'm so happy for Nova... I would love more of a story on Zee... I can't believe Trill... He had a REALLY GR8 thing and blew it... Oh well.... And we're not going 2 even talk about Big Souf!!! That's what I'm talking about!!! Level up w a REAL one.... This book was just that mildly good but could have been better I read better from this author and I enjoy reading her books but this one had way too many errors and could have been edited a lot better. It seems as though it was drawn out to make it interesting it was already a slow start. Zee was very comical and funny I wish her and Apollo to have worked out. Nova was a confident BBW but she was a real pushover glad she got her happy ending

Good read
I truly enjoy classical KS! This book was good and flowed well...
The editing was a bit much and a few parts or rather characters got too much time that I wish was given to the flowering of Nova and Zee.
Souf was agental giant and I enjoyed his mannerisms.
All in all a great read with the understanding that you rep what you sew.

Great Read
This was a great story.... I love Big Souf and Nova together... They are definitely a power couple... I love me some Zee and glad she found happiness... Smh at Trill... Alora is trash and she definitely got what she deserves... Theo was a horrible person you do wrong you get done wrong... Sad to see them go...

Once again MS Kendra you did your thing with this story. Alora was too selfish she thought she was better than anyone else but in the she got her karma. I just love Thorn and Nova. Despite what was done to Nova she still was humble. I can't wait until your next story because you never disappoint.

Great Read
Nova had a gentle soul and was an awesome person all around. For Alora to be her cousin she was awful to her and I hated it, but karma for Alora was lovely! Big Souf and Nova was the perfect couple and Big Souf was Just what she needed because Theo was weak! Awesome Read

let me say this
All I know is that I want 3 rounds with Alora in the ring. She really lost her mind acting as if she was in this very high horse. Believe it when they say don’t bite the hand that feeds you. She got everything she deserved. I’m happy Nova found love and got her recognition and a fairytale ending.

Not Feeling It
Unfortunately, the book just didn’t flow for me. The dialogue between the characters seemed force especially between the fellas.There was very little character development. The plot was just okay , just slow and boring. No real chemistry between the characters and there were some editing issues.

Good
A good read with interesting, likeable characters. The drama a conniving family does to Nova to help their selfish, no talent child was just to much. Not only is said family member a selfish, jealous, user, she is also sleeping with Noah's man. But everything comes to a head and everything comes to light when Nova meets a real man. This story is full of drama and karma.

True to Kendra fashion, this was a great read! I wish Trill could've got his happily ever after wit Zee, but hey study long you study wrong. Time waits for no man and no matter the damage from your childhood as an adult it's your responsibility to navigate life with better sense. Alora got what was coming to her and so did Theo trifling asses!

Loved this one here
I loved everything about this book, I loved the characters, the relationships, the love and the hate. I enjoyed that we didn't get the same old, bff's meeting brother's/friends and they all fall in love. I love a good standalone and this one here is a superior standalone! When I say I hated to see it end, I mean that! You have a true fan in me.

Pretty Good
I'm not really into straight "hood" books. This one was pretty good. The editing could be a bit better and it ran on a bit. All in all, I'm glad I read it. The characters were captivating and intriguing. The story line kept me hooked as well. I'll be looking into Ms. Kendra Sumter to see what else she has for us thirsty readers!

This story is amazing 👏. I love the characters, except Alora and Theo. They deserve what they got for doing my girl Nova like that. I am glad she gave Souf another chance. I wish that Zee and Thrill would have ended up together.

A very good stand alone
I love that it was a stand alone and not stretched out as 3 books like most do. Nova and Zee are 2 b!back women who know what they want in life. Men must step to them correct,ain't nobody got time for the bullsh**. Read it and enjoy it.
