Ruby’s been called a lot of things - too much of a brat, too emotional, too needy. She’s given up on ever meeting anyone who would actually stick around. The problem is, she’s not willing to give up on being a Little altogether. So when she discovers that there’s a club in her city where she can be a Little without a Daddy, she’s thrilled. Until her desire to brat and push buttons brings her to the attention of the stern owners of the club. Has Ruby finally met not one, but two Daddies that won’t give up on her?
Jace and Zane know something is missing in their lives, and they know what it is. They own a club that caters to Littles and their Daddies, and they love their job. They have each other - best friends since childhood. What they don’t have, is a Little of their own - someone to love, care for, and discipline. Will they ever find someone who needs not just one, but two overprotective Daddies?
Kate Oliver has aspired to be an author all her life. From the time she was known as "that girl who always has her nose stuck in a book", Kate Oliver has wanted to be a writer. Currently, fetish romance is her favorite for both reading and writing. Kate has been a part of the fetish community for many years, and strives to write stories that realistically reflect that lifestyle. Her favorite part of writing her own books is dreaming up the hot and steamy, yet loving and strict, Daddies that Littles dream about.

3.5 stars. This was really sweet. I loved how Zane and Jace were the perfect complement to Ruby’s needs.
I will say, I enjoy this author’s other series better, though. I think, in this instance, the club setting is a bit too formal for me. Plus I wasn’t a huge fan of how Ruby kept not sharing in the playroom to get attention. Don’t get me wrong. I totally understood it and why it would be hard for her to stop. But I was sort of hoping for a big serious punishment and conversation where her Daddies got to the bottom of it and made her see that upsetting the other Littles wasn’t the best option here. 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t know. I still really liked the book. I liked the little bits of humor that her sass brought in, and how her Daddies were so protective and sweet. Plus the sex was hot. So there’s that. 😂
Ruby has been torn down enough to not know her worth. The only way she can let loose is being Little. She’s thrilled to find a place she can be her true self. Owners of the club, Jace and Zane, immediately feel drawn to her. Having to punish her on her first night is the best thing to happen to all of them.
Such a sweet ddlg romance. Ruby has some self worth issues but Zane and Jace do everything in their power to make sure she knows how important she is to them. The three of them are amazing together!
This has got to be one of the most bizarre books I have ever read. Only because it’s about a world/lifestyle that I’m not used to reading about.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with how these characters live their lives, and there is a fascinating love and devotion they share with one another. It’s just not quite my cup of tea. Some of the scenes and elements were a bit out there for me personally but each to their own!
A few moments in he book did have me laughing out loud, although I’m not sure they were meant to be funny. I think if this is your scene or interest it could be an amazing read!
Ruby is a lucky girl! Jace and Zane aren’t sure they will ever find a little that can deal with two overprotective daddies. In the past, their over the top daddy personalities have caused relationships to fail. Then Ruby walks into the club that they co own and acts like a brat in the littles room. Since she’s there without a daddy it falls on Jace then Zane to punish her. Rubys led a sheltered life completely controlled by her absent/uncaring parents and the only way she knows how to get attention is to be naughty. Jace and Zane need a little that craves attention and Ruby needs a daddy (or two)that want to lavish attention on her! This book is spicy and sweet. You will also get a glimpse of characters from previous books! It was a great DD/lg romance!
This is the sixth book in the series and it just keeps getting better and better. I’m an ARC reader for Kate. I absolutely loved how dominant and needy Jace and Zane are. You know what they say, double daddies mean double punishments. Ruby is super bratty and finds herself getting disciplined often. She is just as needy as they are! This book is full of surprises, hot Daddies and one bratty Little who just wants love and attention. You instantly get hooked.
I read this through Kindle Unlimited and I am buying a copy for my library. I want to say that I am not a fan of DD/lg books where the little is in diapers, a crib and whatnot. I noticed the author in the very beginning of book says that it was talked about. I’m fine with that. Ruby wears panties, not diapers. She drinks from a bottle 1 time and she mostly drinks from a sippy cup and has a pacifier which I am ok with. There of course is discipline/punishment but nothing over the top like you can get in other books where all the sexy scenes is punishment involved. It was really nice reading a dd/lg book that actually had really hot steamy scenes with no punishment involved. Now of course there is some booty smacking but that’s just foreplay😜. They are not disciplining her. I actually got tired of reading books that the only smexy scenes were dealing with punishment like they can’t just have sex with booty smacking for fun. I kinda got tired of these dd/lg books and haven’t read any in months. I’m so glad I tried this book out. It’s hard finding these books that the Little doesn’t wear diapers. I’m sure there are books the Author writes that the Little wears them but I might still try them out from this Author. I do love how they worked with her slowly with all the Little play. Some of these books they kinda throw the Little into the play and force them into diapers, bottles, cribs and whatnot in the very beginning.
I will say that in the beginning I wasn’t the biggest fan of Ruby but I really started liking her and empathized with her the more we find out about her. You feel for her and Zane and Jace. They were absolutely perfect for each other. I’m very interested in reading about the other characters and how they got together. I also hope Nash gets his Little🤞🏻in a future book. I am going to go through the Author’s other books 📚 right after I finish this review and hopefully find another I like as well. Though they probably won’t be a MFM book😛😌I like a good ménage book😍. I hope the other books are as steamy as this one was.🔥🌶️❤️🌶️🔥
Another story from this author about a chick who is lacking in personality, maturity, interest and sense because mommy and daddy didn't give her enough attention.
Everything was unrealistic, contrived and over-the-top ridiculous. Nothing added up, especially not the situation with the parents. If they were that controlling, they would have her firmly under their thumb, not out on her own, only being checked on thru a video call every couple months, with enough independence that she could join a sex club.
Speaking of which, there she was whining about how her parents never taught her to find her own place or pay bills, yet she managed to find a sex club, apply for a membership and pay for it.
And she had a degree in business management!
And if she is video calling with her parents, she has internet so she has google!
You are a grown-ass adult, quit blaming mommy and daddy for your lack of ambition!
And sorry, sale people in a high end story would not act like that over some rando guy, no matter how hot the guy is. (And no, that was not a Pretty Woman moment. The Pretty Woman store scenario made sense on all sides and was empowering for the lead female, this was just nonsensical.)
Outside of that, the male leads were bare outlines that melded into the same bare outline by the end of the story, there was zero relationship-building that made sense and the smut was dull.
Ruby's Forever Daddies by Kate Oliver is the perfect Daddy book. Ruby is isolated by parents who should have never had a child. They wanted her to be the perfect cookie cutter rich girl and when she didn't fit their mold they hid her in a penthouse and ran her life. After a childhood of loneliness Ruby did not know how to be social and bratted towards people so she could keep them at an arms length. But not being close to anyone keeps her heart empty and Ruby a very lonely girl. Going to the Playground is the first step to getting out into the world but it is harder than Ruby expected and she ends up meeting both Jace and Zane's hand and they both realize she was the Little that was missing from their lives. Jace and Zane are best friends and co-owners of The Playground. They have been looking for the little who is their missing puzzle piece. After being called to the Playroom to handle a disruptive Little at different times in the same night, they both feel in their bones that Ruby is the Little to complete their lives and they do everything they can to prove it to her. Protecting Ruby from her terrible parents and the rest of life, Jace and Zane are Ruby's Forever Daddies. Kate Oliver has once again made my heart and mind very happy. kate-oliver
Ruby has been called a lot of things - a brat, too emotional, too needy and so she has given up on ever meeting anyone who would stick around. She has not given up on being a Little. When she discovers a club in her city where she can be Little without a Daddy she is thrilled until her desire to be a brat and push buttons brings her to the attention of the stern owners of the club. Maybe Ruby has met the two Daddies who won't give up on her? Jace and Zane know what it is - yes they own a blub that caters for Littles and Daddies and yes they have each other (after all they have been best friends since childhood), but they are missing a Little of their own to love, care for and discipline. Will they ever find someone who needs not just one, but two overprotective Daddies?
I was torn by this book - yes Ruby was a brat mostly due to her upbringing, but it was almost too much at times. I did love the contrast between the two styles of the friends and Daddies and how well they complimented each other. This was clearly written and easy to read and understand. Contains mature content of an MFM BDSM DDLG relationship.
Ruby Zane and Jace are perfect for each other Ruby's backstory is so heartbreaking but it is so much better when she gets with her two daddies and they make her feel special and they help her realize she's perfect and she doesn't need to change and that her parents were wrong with what they did to her I also love how naughty she is it's so cute and she's such a brat and they're dynamic all the way around was super consensual and it was very talkative as in meaning the communication level was amazing and I definitely feel that they were the right amount of dominant that she needs because she has like a brat Vibe and she shuts down a lot and she's very self-conscious so they were perfect for her. 5 out of five stars and the chili spice is I want to say a three but what had me swooning this entire book is every little quote that Zane and Jay said to Ruby.
So much emotion wrapped up in a feel good read. Ruby has everything she could want except for the one thing that money cannot buy. She wants to be lived. To be cared for. When Jace and Zane first meet Ruby in the Little room of the club they believe she is just a spoiled rich girl. But once they get to know Ruby they see how desperately she needs both of them with their overprotective and caring personalities. This book is well written and the character development is so good!! The author does an amazing job at making sure the feelings of all three main characters are important blending them into a family. She shows what the selfless love of two Dominant Daddies can do for one very lost little girl. Ruby’s feeling of needing love so badly is palpable. She is beyond happy when she finds that love times two. This book is a solid 5 star book.
This is the 6th book in the series. Here we meet Ruby. Ruby is a lonely Little who has been mistreated by her parents. She pushes everyone away before they get the chance to hurt her. She lives a lonely life, until she decides to be brave and visit The Playground. After she pitches a fit not once but twice she meets and is disciplined by both Jace and Zane. This changes all their lives as they are unable to stop thinking about each other. She becomes their Little and she must learn that what they say is what they mean. They help her stand up to her parents and get away from their control so she can live her hea with them. I loved seeing some of the characters from previous books in the series. Such a good book! I can't wait to see where the next one takes us!
I love menage stories and have come to love "Daddy" stories just as much so when Kate Oliver came out with a MFM that was Daddy related, you guessed it, I had to read it. I love how Jace and Zane slowly helped a troubled little Ruby that she was indeed special to them. Ruby doesn't trust easy after her upbringing (I despised her parents) so it's going to take time for her to understand that the guys really do want her. I loved their connection and how they were firm but totally fair with her. And I loved seeing the characters from some of the previous stories also. This was one of those feel-good stories that I love to read, and it sometimes makes me wish I had a Jace and "Zaddy" of my own.
This may be my favorite Kate Oliver yet! I love ruby and her bratty and sweet tendencies. She hasn’t had it easy growing up locked in her ivory tower and with that comes learning how to navigate emotions, life, and accepting there are people out there who may want her.
Our Daddy due Zane and Jace are drool worthy. I’ve been obsessed with them from all the clips we got in other books and they’re book was everything I wanted. This hot and overprotective duo know how to treat a Little and the spice is off the charts. I can’t wait to continue to see them pop in and out of other books.
Kate Oliver, you’re quickly becoming my favorite DD/LG writer and I can’t wait to see what you give me next!
A truely wonderful story, and i really loved it alot. Im loving all Kate Olivers storys, she really is a wonderful writer of little and Daddy stories. This is the sixth book in this series and it really is sooo sooo good. I felt sorry for Ruby and the way she had been raised, the way her parents treated her. She was a little and had no friends, till she went to the Playground. But not sharing got the attention of both the owners Zane and Jace. There was something between them all and soon the men are asking Ruby to be their little.
You will definitely not be disappointed with this. My heart really went out to Ruby, but was so pleased she had two daddies to take care of her.
Even though there is another series that has been written of the few new characters Addie and Knox and books on his brothers (Daddies of the shadows) awesome series too. I am so hoping for more from this group, like Carly's brother Grey. This book was the owners of the BDSM club, the guys all frequent Jace and Zane and Ruby who came to the club and caused an issue her very first night in the littles room. She is a hurting girl who feels so alone and worthless, just needing someone to care for her, even some friends. More importantly she needed daddies to help her feel wanted and loved. Would so recommend this book. Can't go wrong with a Kate Oliver book. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Sometimes a brat needs 2 Daddies to tame her, and Ruby just found hers! Zane and Jace best friends who own The Playground ( BDSM club) are both Daddies looking for a Little Girl of their own and when Ruby shows up one night and throws a tantrum they know she's the one for them! Ruby is a troubled sick little rich girl and she's never experienced the unlimited love Jace and Zane are offering! This trio are my favorite characters in the West Coast Daddies series and kudos to Kate Oliver on an outstanding MFM book!
Well, this is the last book in this series. I'm sad😪. What a great series of book. So much fun to read and the stories were amazing. Jace and Zane have been looking for a Little to share for years and when Ruby walked into the club they own they knew she was the one. But, Ruby has been made to feel stupid and in the way all her life. Can they find a way to help her get over her insecurities and learn to trust them? Read the book. You won't be disappointed!
Normally in smut , Authors sprinkle in smut without much thought on the back ground and psychology around those dynamics. This author not only understands those dynamics but does a very good job at explaining the tenants of those dynamics to the average person in a sexy and enjoyable way. I think that’s why I find Zane so unlikeable. He says he wants to prioritize ruby’s health and safety but then goes against that by forcing her to make choices over and over. What comes across as sexy and caring to other readers just reads to me as undisciplined and creepy. A real dom should never do this.
What can i ssy about book 6 west coast daddies AMAZING kate oliver literally made the story full of fire from the beginning. I was waiting patiently (no patience here) for this book and i wasn't disappointed. Ruby may be from money but her parents aren't fit to even be parents zane and jase show ruby what true unconditional love is. Even with her many tantrums and punishment. If i could give this book more 🌟 i would
Not for me I'm afraid. I tried and did read it all, but I just cannot understand the dynamics of this kind of relationship. Ruby never once was an adult, yet she had a business degree? I also couldn't understand why grown men wanted to have intimate relations with a virtual child.
The storyline seemed fake and over the top. We're the parents so bad to make you feel sorry for Ruby or the reason she was what she was? As I said, not for me.
I have read a lot of books in my time as a reader. This is the first time that age play was at the center of the storyline. I’m not a little personally so this gave me some insight into what it is like. The dynamic was interesting and despite it being different from my experience I found myself relating to key emotions. Well written and sweet story. If age play is not for you this book could be too much for you. But if you are open minded you might enjoy it.
Kate has done it again and given us a wonderful story. From the beginning the story grabs you, I couldn’t put it down even though I knew that I needed to get to bed! Ruby’s character makes your heart break for the way her parents treat her. Just what she needs is to have someone love her. Wishes come true, and along comes not one but two Daddies to shake up her world! This story has spice, humor and happiness, grab it now!
There is so much to love about this story. The characters are endearing and Ruby made me laugh. Zane & Jace have been looking for a Little girl and just knew it when they met Ruby that she would be theirs. The three of them are perfect for each other. My heart hurt for Ruby with all she has had to endure growing up. But Zane and Jace vow to give her a better life! She definitely gives them a run for their money! A truly delightful read!!
Two Daddies, mmm yes please. Jace and Zane are some dirty talking very attentive Zaddies. The common feeling between all 3 was they were too much. Too needy, too much to handle too much attention. But with all of Ruby’s needs and her Daddy’s wanting to give and take care of he, they are a perfect match. I love how Ms Oliver write her littles at different ages and bratty-ness (is that a word? It is now) 3.5/⭐️ 3.5/🌶️
What a fantastic story! I enjoyed that it brought in some Shadow Daddies and their Littles. As much as I didn’t like her parents, that part of the story was necessary. It explained so much about her. When they met, it was wowza, and even from the start, they knew it was something special. I liked the way she kept them on their toes, and how much they cared for her. Loved their epilogue!
Ruby had a not so nice past because her parents never paid her much attention but then she meets Jace and Zane and things change. I love Jace and Zane, they were perfect Daddies and Ruby was a naughty Little who kept them on their feet.
I enjoyed this book and especially when her Daddies stood up for her. Kate really knows how to write Daddies and Littles and I enjoyed all her books I read so far!
Going all the way back to one of the first times The Playground showed up in The Shadows books, we've been waiting for Jace and Zane to find a little. I had assumed they were a couple wanting to share a Little. They are actually two heterosexuals that have done everything together for so long they are always together. Ruby felt like she was too needy. The two Daddies were afraid they were Just Too Much. Turns out this triad is a perfect fit.
It was a good read but for some reason, I didn't really feel the connection between the main characters. They were mostly likeable with their own personalities and pasts, but Ruby and her tantrums... God. I imagined an adult woman throwing herself to the floor, wailing and crying... I just felt awkward. But there were not much drama and I liked that. As I said, it was a good story. Now, where can I read Nash's story?
