This book was absolutely AH-MAZING! Typically, when I cannot put a book down, I get aggravated when I have to; however, as I waited to finish this book, I just became more and more hooked! Now, I don't normally recommend books from sites such as goodnovel, for I feel like an individual end up paying more in coins then the book is actually worth; BUT for this story and the way it draws you in, I will make an exception!! 😍😍

I absolutely love this book. It even exceeded the first, which was pretty good. The amount of crying and laughing I did... God the emotions... And of course Alejandro. God, I loved him. He is one of my fav MLs. I also love Kia. She was perfect for him. Not to mention, the twists and turns the story had were shocking. I'm very good at guessing twists, but I did not see the twists and turns... My jaw was on the floor.
There was one thing I did not like and was planning to give the story 4 stars for it, but I decided against it cause it wouldn't be fair. I'll try to keep it vague but avoid anything between asterisks since it's a slight spoiler.

The battle scene was too much... What happened in it took me out of the book. I don't mind death, but the amount was too much... so many characters we loved died. I think the limits were pushed, but not in a good way. I really hope the author doesn't do this again.

The ending of My Only Luna, I had to jump straight into this book. My copy was broken down into 2 parts. This is part 2.
Alejandro is everything I thought he'd be. Hard exterior, total alphahole and yet deep down fell head over heels in love, shocking himself with his feelings.
The trauma he carries believing he's the monster.
Yet as much as the wolves are scared of him they also respect him and know he is their protector.
Get use to every 2nd word Al says is "fuck/fucking"
Kiara's growth and development throughout the book is fantastic. From start to end it's such a journey as she discovers herself, her powers and she steps up into her Queen status.
I don't usually like age gap troupe but didn't really notice it. Alejandro is emotionally stunted due to his trauma, so Kiara & Al mature together.
This is such a wild ride, so many shock factor moments. The links between the bad guys and events. The personal growth for multiple characters. The set up for future books.
This book improved leaps and bounds in writing and storyline from my forbidden alpha.
Loved it.

Okay, now we’re getting into broody alpha territory—and honestly? I ate it up. Kiara is the sweet, stubborn little sister from the first book who finally gets her own story, and wow, does she glow up. She crosses paths with Alejandro, the cold-as-ice, emotionally shut-down Alpha King who has zero time for feelings or, you know, smiling. Naturally, she’s his mate, of course.
What follows is a slow burn of epic proportions. Alejandro does not warm up easily, but Kiara? She's sunshine and sass with enough fire to melt his walls. Watching them circle each other, clash, and finally connect is super satisfying. Their relationship grows from awkward and tense to deeply passionate, and the age-gap dynamic is handled with surprising care.
This book is heavier on the emotional healing. Alejandro’s past is messy and dark, and Moonlight Muse gives him the space to grow. Meanwhile, Kiara’s journey from sheltered girl to strong, independent woman is a glow-up worth rooting for. The writing is lush and dramatic, with just enough steam to keep your eyebrows raised and your Kindle overheating.

3.75 solid stars! Alejandro & Kiara. This dude is the epitomy of a cold hearted dick. I loved him immediately and thoroughly enjoyed him warming up to the realization that he had feelings for Kiara. There was only 1 sex since btwn the two and some make out scenes. Be warned, Kiara sleeps with 3 different dudes within a month timespan... her brothers beta, then Alejandro, then Alejandros nephew while drunk. Another notable scene was when Al walked in on the nephew screwing old girl and ends up poisoning himself on purpose due to the pain he felt.
Kiara is the daughter of a pack alpha. She has a defect- can't see at night like other werewolves..trouble tends to follow her and she lands in the pack of the King Lychan and finds her special ability...she's a healer. Alejandro continously tries NOT to want Kiara..which he fails at miserably and same is true w Kiara. Al even accepts an arranged marriage with other Alpha clans daughter.

Honestly, what could I say about this book...
It's JUST PERFECT!
Alejandro the Lycan King and Alpha of Alphas deems himself unworthy of happiness. He believes he is so deep in darkness that no one can save him.
Kiara on the other hand is a young eighteen-year-old girl who seems to be defective but hides inside a true heroine.
When the mate bond snaps into place and Alejandro pushes her away, will Kiara fight for him? Will she bring light into his darkness?
An excellent story, written by Moonlight Muse which really provokes intense emotions.
Love, Betrayal, Friendship, Loss, Battles and many cliffhangers.
Alejandro's character growth through the book is so well described; as well as all the characters mentioned.
A great read. If you haven't read it yet... Well, now is the time.

I began reading 'My Forbidden Alpha' randomly when I scrolled past it on Facebook one day. It intrigued me enough to download the Good Novel app and my eyes have been glued since. I read all of your Alpha series and thought they were all really well written. But then I began reading the Rossi Legacies and oh my. I. Am. Addicted. You have blown this series out of the water! I've never been through an emotional roller coaster just from reading books, you have absolutely made me a fan of your writing! I'm also slightly obsessed with Alejandro and his lack of fucks given with what comes out of his mouth 😂 you're an artist and I cannot wait to read more from you ❤️ thank you for sharing your wild imagination with us

I absolutely loved Alejandro and Kiara's love story. Even having a big age gap between them, their attraction and passion is too big to resist.
Alejandro is The Lycan King who rules over all the Alphas, all of them fears of him because he thinks that the beast who lives in him doesn't deserve to be loved, but he's going to be surprised by Kiara who doesn't give up easily on him and becomes his light for his darkness.
They are my favorite couple of this series🥰.
Don't skip the book😅 You're going to love it.

Is a well written fantasy novel involving werewolves, lycans and other creatures. Expect a lot of swearing, adventure, mystery, paranormal romance, steamy & smutty scenes, fated mates, found family, bantering and HEA. The Lycan King accepts his fate in the form of a blessed werewolf, Kiara Westwood, will prove to be an excellent Luna and the best choice for a fated mate for the ruthless and cold-hearted Lycan King.

This was the very first of Moonlight Muse book I read, not realising it was the 2nd book of The Alpha Series. Due to this story of Alejandro and Kiara, I became a Muse fan for life. The dialogue between these two had me laughing but this book had me feeling ever emotion. I don't do spoilers, so you will need to read but this book is one you cam read a number of times and never get fed up with it..

Moonlight Muse never fails to deliver an amazing story, that will leave you on the edge of your seat. While I recommend all of her books, Her Cold-Hearted Alpha has to be one of my favorites. With the action, suspense, heartache, and absolute love(and steamy moments) this book will be one you will not regret reading!

Alejandro is probably my favorite fictional character, like ever. I found this book before I found the Alpha series, so this is the book that hooked me on Muse. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve read it; I’ve lost count. While I re-read my way through her all of her books regularly, I always come back to this one. 5 stars, every time!

This book was so incredible that I literally felt like I was a part of this world. I laughed, I cried, I was on the edge of my seat, I couldn't get enough. When author Muse announced the 2nd book (King Alejandro-return of her cold-hearted alpha), I was so excited it was unreal. This will always be my top favorite book ever.

This book is Amazing! I devoured this book in a day and then found out it was the second book in a series.started reading from the first one and is addicted to the world she creates. This book made me feel all the emotions. Alejandro is my favourite muse’s make lead. I mean, who doesn’t love him!

Moonlight Muse is one of my favorite authors! I own almost all of her books and also read the books on a platform app called GOODNOVEL. This is the 2nd book in the series, and has great characters! I love when books have great personalities that bring out the story and hook you in. The characters make you smile and laugh at some of dialogue. The plot keeps you interested and invested in the book.

I'm re-reading all Muse's books in this world. Alejandro and Kiara's story is an emotional rollercoaster that keeps you hooked from start to finish. Alejandro is the ultimate broken bad boy. Kiara is the compassionate light in the darkness. Their story is dynamite. Love this book. Love this series. Love this author.

At this point I have read this book a dozen times. It is probably my favorite grumpy/sunshine story ever. Al and Kia are such a sweet couple and I don't know one Muse fan who doesn't swoon at "Amore Mio" Just a freaking fantastic, un-put-down-able book!

I’ve read this book at least 20 times - no joke. I love this story! The thrill of the plot that builds from the previous and into the following books is incredible. Definitely a series to read! But it’s the lead male for me! I love him so much! Very talented at creating delicious men is our muse

I have read this book three times already and every single time I get to experience it as if it was the first. This book is so well writen and the characters in it are so creatively detailed that is hard not to immerse yourself into the story. The way this author tells a story captivates.

This is the first Moonlight Muse book I found and I loved it. So I went back to the beginning and have been hooked. Kiara is one of my favorite characters. She is a strong lead and pretty bad ass. I love the whole series!

Absolutely amazing yet another fantastic work by Muse in this universe. The ML and FL are both strong and as their journey progresses you root for them, cry for them, and sit on the edge of your seat during their journey. Love love love!

Ugh I'm just so happy that I'm through this. Frankly said, this story is pretty disgusting with a toxic man, toxic relationship dynamics, unsanitary sex scenes and endless repetitions plus too many adverbs. I just can't.
