I loved Bethany and Chaz. Bethany, abused, beaten down, and broken, led to believe she is useless and worth nothing, all she has left is her life and the love of music and all she wants is a fresh start away from the evil that took her under. Chaz, he’s still grieving and raising his daughter Melody, he’s broody, cold and never expecting to feel anything for another woman ever, that is until Bethany walked into his life. He’s not happy that Bethany was hired, and the fact that she’s making him feel again. Chaz can’t get Bethany out of his head and when her past comes back to haunt her, all he wants to do is protect her and figure out his feelings for her. I loved this book and can’t wait for more. Loved all the characters, all the guys were amazing and I want more. I found this book on BookSprout.

Ok, I’ll be honest, I’m a huge E.C. Land fan! Her DRMC books are some of the best out there. So when the opportunity came up to read her newest book, of course, I jumped on it, only to discover it’s not a MC book. I’ll freely admit I was a little skeptical but I should have known better. A Demon’s Bliss is a fabulous book! It has all the elements of an amazing E.C. Land book...sexy, thrilling, humorous and top notch leading characters. Chaz is a loving father who is grieving the loss of the mother of his child and love of his life. Bethany is a sweet and caring woman who has been beaten down mentally and physically her whole life. When these two finally get together, after Chaz finally catches a snap, they are truly amazing! Ms. Land definitely didn’t let us down with this book. She gave us some really fascinating new characters to anticipate new stories and who knew that this group of musicians would be great friends with the DRMC! And on top of that she’s pulling in another MC, The Satan’s Keepers...wow...more stories...I’m definitely in my happy place. Fantastic start to what I’m sure will be a terrific series. Fabulous job, Ms. Land, you never cease to amaze me.

A Demon's Bliss was an amazing story! I was hooked from the first chapter all the way to the end. I couldn't put the book down. I had to finish it. This story touched my heart Bethany has been through hell and back with her butthead of an ex husband. But once she gets away from him she started her life over and got a job. When she started that job she realized she would be working with her childhood crush Chaz. Chaz is a broken hearted man that finds love again in Bethany after losing his daughters mother at child birth. Chaz and Bethany go through alot together but in the end they have each other and their love is so strong. This was the first book I have read from E.C. Land and im hooked I can not wait to read the next book in this series

There were fireworks from the moment that they met. He didn’t want her working at his music store, nor the feelings that she brought back to him. She was trying to get her life back together, after an abusive marriage.
When her Ex-husband came back and physically abused her to where she couldn’t move, his and his groups protective instincts come into play.
They start a dance that leads to an everlasting bond of love and understanding. They balance that with laughter and joy. It is a dance and musical that becomes timeless.

I love everything E,C. writes and boy did this not disappoint!!! She start this new one with Chaz (single father to Melody) and Bethany (abusive past, fellow neighbors when younger). The relationship is just so good, starting with a jaded heart meets a heart of gold. And I have to say that Melody stole my heart with her sass and swear jar lol!! Loved this stoty and cant wait for the next one!!!

I absolutely loved this book. My heart broke for Bethany and all that she had been through. I loved seeing Chaz go from broody to the man of Bethany's dreams. I loved the mc connection as well. Melody is so darn cute. I hope to see more of them in the future as I didn't want their story to end.

I love A Demon's Bliss! It's a beautifully written story and E.C. Land stays true to herself from start to finish and I've come to expect nothing less from her. Chaz and Bethany have always been meant to be. Knowing each other as children and then meeting again as adults fills a void for both of them. Bethany suffered so much abuse from her first marriage and Chaz suffered such a great loss when he lost his first love. Their journey is sweet and poignant and so completely loving. A Demon's Bliss also connects with old favorites, has lots of surprises and will let you experience all the emotions these characters experience. It's an absolute must read!

It did take me a bit to get in to this book but once I did I was swept away with Bethany and Chaz. I’m a fan of the Devils riot MC so this spin off was a must read for me, I had thought it would involve them more but it featured another MC with connection to Bethany. The love story at the heart of this is so sweet, Bethany gets her man and a daughter but the threat of her ex is always there. She’s a really strong female lead without being the usual ball breaker type. Chaz is perfect for her, he’s the alpha type and mega protective of her and Melody his daughter with a gentle soul .

My heart felt like it broke and slow was pieced back together again. Bethany’s situation hit me on a personal level, I had empathy, sympathy, and knowledge of what she was going through with her ex. Chaz started off a little gruff but he redeemed himself with his compassion, protectiveness, and the way he just cared for Bethany. This story had the perfect amount of suspense, action, intrigue, and of course romance. I enjoyed this story immensely, can’t wait to see what comes next.

This book really dragged me in and it was impossible to put down. Chaz and Bethany were such amazing characters and I really loved going on their journey, even if I thought the book was a bit short - I would have loved more about them. I just didn't want the book to end but at the same time I just couldn't put it down. Loved it with all of my heart

Chaz and Bethany pulled me into their book from beginning to the very end its tragic,heartbreaking, emotional, beautiful and has a few twist and turns the will make your head spin and your heartbreak. This story will pull at your soul when you get the whole story. An amazing read that wont be able to put down and will you wanting more and more. Can't wait to read what she has next.

After reading A Demon’s Sorrow in the Rocked to the Core Anthology I was excited to find out we only had a short wait for the follow up and lemme tell ya, E.C. Land DID NOT disappoint.

If you haven’t read A Demon’s Sorrow I suggest you do before reading this. Grab a box of tissues, a blanket and a strong drink then sit back and enjoy this book. Once you start you won’t be able to put it down, trust me!! 🖤🔥🖤🔥🖤

A definite must read

As always, this author has truly exceeded my expectations with this awesome story. It's full of great characters, humor, drama, angst, mystery, suspense, and unexpected twists and turns. I have read all of this author's work, and the stories just keep getting better and better, which are fantastic to start with. When I found this new series on Amazon, I only saw this and the 2nd book listed, but evidently there's also a prequel to the series that I would suggest reading first. (which I intend to find and read before the next book) Honestly, I usually don't read the rock band/star type series, it just isn't for me, but I got to know a little about this band during the Devil's Riot MC series (which is an excellent series, and one that I highly recommend!), so I knew that this was a series that I would enjoy. I love that it includes some members of the DRMC as well. Overall, this is certainly not a story that you will want to miss. I definitely can't wait for more stories in the series!

There are some things that could be triggers for some readers. While these things are somewhat described in the story, it doesn't go into great details regarding these things, and what is described is done so with as much sensitivity as possible.

I would definitely recommend this book, series, and exceptional author.

Great

Bethany and Chaz have a connection, they were neighbors growing. Bethany is very talented in all way music but who was married to a abusive cop who told her to never sing cause she wasn't good, now shes trying to start over on life. Chaz is a member of the band Demons Among Us, a single father to Melody and runs a shop called Music Lullabies. They meet again years later when Bethany walks into Music Lullabies for a job, she recognized Chaz immediately but he doesn't her. He is actually kinda rude. But after hearing her sing something clocks for him. But what will happen when her abusive ex comes after her again? Will Chaz be able to show he can love again? Will there be a HEA?

I do not know where to begin with this. This is a spin off from the Devils Riot MC and let me tell you it is soo freaking good. We have Chaz and Bethany who have been through a lot. Chaz is a single father who has his daughter that shines a little light in his dark soul. Then there is Bethany who has been shrouded in darkness due to her horrible ex. She has been through the ringer with him. My heart goes out to these two. The funny thing is Bethany remembers him as the boy next door and it takes him a bit to remember. Even though Bethany has been surrounded by darkness she still has a light that shines and she sings so beautifully. This is a wonderful story of how love can shine through to a darkened soul. What a great start to a series.

Great quick read!

I really enjoyed this. I loved the Devil’s Riot connection. (That series was awesome). Loved how Chaz went from not wanting anything to do with her to being in love with her rather quickly. He knew what he wanted and he went after it. Their story was addicting and I read it in one sitting. Surprisingly, there wasn’t as much sex in this book as in her previous books. It was still really good and I definitely recommend it.

Chaz lost his wife and raising his daughter alone. He's not interested in any other woman. Then he meets Bethany. There's something about her that draws him to her. He fights those feelings until one horrible day. Finding Bethany hurt by her ex husband Chaz realizes how much she means to him. Throughout the story you'll discover a lot of secrets.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story! Bethany and Chaz are so perfect for each other. Chaz is a single father still grieving the loss of his child's mother. Bethany has been hurt and beaten down both emotional and physically. They don't want anything to do with each other but the pull is two irresistible. I love how protective he is. This is such a good story that is nicely developed and well written.

What dreams are made of.....

This book is filled with the good, the bad and the ugly of life. You can feel the pain, heartache, friendship and love in this story. The connection between all of them can be felt on every page. Bethany gets a real chance at life while Chaz gets a second chance at real love. You also get to catch up with the hot as sin guys from Devil's Riot. What more could you ask for when you get it all in this.

A beautiful book

While this book is heartbreaking, it is still a beautiful book. I love that some of DRMC showed up. The horrific life that was Bethany's before coming to music lullabies quickly turned around when she found friends in all the guys there. Chaz didn't want to love anyone else after Jamie but he could not help falling in love with Bethany. Different kind of book that E.C. wrote here but still wonderful.

A great read

Another great book by this author. It was intense, sweet, heartfelt, bad ass, all in one great story. Chaz and Bethy are a great couple.

They knew each other as kids, his wife was dead leaving him with a child, she's from a bad marriage. Their story, which brings together a band and a couple of MCs is worth reading.

Good

I did like the story as I love MC’s and Band books, but my love of angst tops that ! This is where for me personally it fell down, just finding out about her real family and that everything was a lie what a great build up to some angst, so excited but then ……. nothing ! Not a drip of disharmony ! Nothing ! So disappointed

I stumbled upon this author having been on a hunt for great MC stories.

Once I started one of the books by EC I had to read them all.

I have fallen in love with each and every member who get their own stories and women. Holy hotness!

The only thing I don't like is how short the stories are but EC makes it feel like you are reading a full book.

Coming out of the darkness

This is the first book that I am reading by this author, but I will definitely be reading more.
A quick paced story with sexy characters, real life situations, pain and eventually joy. Definitely want more from the other characters.

Beth has a lot of history she is not aware of especially an uncle that is her Father! 🙄. Anyway Chaz is really not a biker but part family being associated with the DRMC. To much to write about but you will enjoy reading if you are a EC Land fan.♥️💥🔥🍹🤯
